Just returned home from a fantastic holiday
Lovely hotel, beautiful, large, clean suites
Staff are amazing, always available to help with a smile, especially Altea and reception staff. Due to my husbands mobility issues we asked to move to another suite, staff found a ground floor suite it was brilliant, staff were so supportive and helpful, big thank you, in fact all the staff were amazing.
Lovely variety at breakfasts, went down really well with grandchildren and adults alike.
We had a pool close to our room which grandchildren loved and being by our suite we could watch them play in fact I also had a paddle.
Use of taxi to and from the beach was great due to husbands mobility problem.
Myself and family had a really enjoyable holiday in a beautiful hotel with amazing staff thank you all staff.

After falling in love with Baobab Suites during a trip with my husband and son in April, we decided to return this July—this time bringing my parents and niece along. It proved once again why it’s our favorite place to stay.
The hotel is absolutely immaculate. Having a spacious suite with a huge balcony gives you the best of both worlds, especially if you prefer a night in to cook your own dinner. I strongly suggest booking a sea view suite; watching the sunrise over the mountains each morning is simply spectacular!
Breakfast here is a real treat with three amazing choices: a grand buffet, a delicious and relaxed à la carte experience at the BB Lounge, or breakfast boxes delivered to your room. Having a quiet, slow-paced morning enjoying a breakfast box on our balcony was a highlight of our stay.
What truly elevates this hotel to five-star status, however, is the staff. First, a special shout-out to Gilbert, who helped me arrange a last-minute booking for my family and made sure our suites were right near each other.
Above all, our heartfelt thanks go to Altea, the Guest Relations Manager, and Gerardo. Their extraordinary care made our trip. When my dad needed help, they provided a wheelchair, and when my mum unfortunately had a fall outside the hotel, they immediately called an ambulance, stayed with us until it arrived, and checked in on her every single day to ensure she was okay. That level of empathy and outstanding customer service is rare to find.
Situated in a peaceful spot in Costa Adeje, it’s still just a easy 10 to 15-minute walk to El Duque Beach, Playa Fañabé, and local bars and restaurants. We couldn't recommend it more highly and are already planning our next visit!😊

We stayed at Baobab Suites for 5 nights with our 6-year-old daughter and unfortunately experienced several issues during the first part of our stay.
On our first night the heating in our room did not work, despite being assured at check-in that it would. The room became extremely cold and we had to contact reception late at night. We were informed the heating system needed to be manually activated by maintenance and were provided with a small portable heater, which was not sufficient to warm the room properly.
We also experienced issues with the pool temperature during our stay. As we were travelling with a child, access to a warm pool was something we were particularly looking forward to, however the main pools were very cold.
In addition, one evening the lifts serving our floor stopped working which meant we had to use the stairs to access our room. The situation was handled poorly and was quite unsettling for our daughter when the lift shaft was opened in front of us while it was out of service.
We spent a large portion of the first two days of our holiday trying to resolve these issues rather than enjoying the facilities.
After a lot of backwards and forwards, the Assistant Director did meet with us and offered a complimentary dinner as a goodwill gesture, which we appreciated. However, given the disruption to the start of our holiday, we did not feel this fully reflected the experience we had expected from a 5-star property.
The balcony had gaps either side which was a concern especially with having our 6 year old with us.
Baobab Suites itself is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and great views, but unfortunately our experience was impacted by the issues mentioned above.

We found the perfect place for our holiday this year. Staff are very friendly food is beautiful. We are staying in a 2bedroom suite over looking the amazing view of the sea. Couldn’t fault this place. Perfect in every way!

Lovely hotel. Our suite was very comfortable with an indoor and outdoor sitting area. There was a very useful desk where one could do some work if needed. We had fresh flowers, fruit and wine as welcome and a very nice goodbye gift. The staff were very professional, smiling, super helpful about anything we needed. All in all a fantastic experience. Congrats.
