It's always great staying on Disney property if you do not plan on leaving to explore the surrounding area. Surprisingly, the rooms were quiet. I expected to hear a fair amount of foot traffic and talking, but we did not. The amenities are good for the price. There is a nice large pool with activities for kids throughout the day and evening. The food is not bad but limited to select items in a food court style setting.
You are not going to get the type of amenities that you would get from a more expensive hotel. This budget friendly hotel. Was perfect for everyone in our 20+ person group on vacation.

My parents and I stayed at this resort a number of years ago. Our stay was good and the price for our room was worth it. The location is easy to walk and go either to the pool or the bus stop to go over to any of the parks. The service was very nice and friendly with the hospitality they offered to us. I would recommend for anyone with small kids to stay here. It’s a movie lovers paradise.

This resort was the perfect place to stay before and after our 6-day Disney Cruise. The pools were massive and never felt crowded, and the staff kept the kids entertained with fun poolside activities classic Disney magic that gave us parents some much needed downtime.
During our stay, we experienced different rooms in separate buildings, and each one was beautiful. I was genuinely impressed by the design and functionality of the spaces. Walking to the cafeteria was easy, and everything we needed, the main lobby, gift shop, cafeteria, and arcade, was conveniently located in the same central area. While the lobby was smaller than I expected, it was still welcoming and well-organized.
One standout moment was when my friend’s luggage was damaged during transit from the Disney Cruise Line shuttle back to the All-Star Music Resort. The resort replaced it with a brand-new suitcase—now that’s top-notch service!
Highly recommend this resort—Disney definitely delivered!

I know I leave a lot of good reviews but I truly feel that if a place or company goes above and beyond it needs to be mentioned just as often as when something not as great happens. The customer service at this hotel is the best. The cast members really make you feel taken care of. Multiple people went above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. Tim (works in the store) and Will (hotel management) truly went above and beyond to make sure I got the best customer service. This might be a “budget resort” but it didn’t feel like it. Two of us easily stayed in there with no problem. It’s not like you are really spending much time in the hotel room anyway. Even if you’re not at the parks you’re most likely at the pool. This resort is super cute as well.

Rooms were great for what we paid. They are a little small but you really don't want to spend too much time in the rooms.
Staff were warm and inviting. I don't think we met anyone that didn't have a smile on their face.
Food was ok at the resort. I had the breakfast bowl which tasted good but didn't blow my mind. The Mediterranean bowl I got for lunch was very good for being a vegetarian option.
Arcade was a lot of fun and was an excellent way to pass the time while we waited for our party before going to the magic Kingdom.
Definitely will come back for the Disney magic
