My experience at the hotel did not start very well, however I am so happy and grateful with how things turned out in the end. The whole team were very good, and a number of people stood out to me.
The staff were also great even when dealing with a very rude customer while I was there. They handled the situation with total professionalism.

However, this time we were initially not satisfied with the room. The staff responded very quickly, and we are very grateful for their prompt assistance. Special thanks to Usamma Rudy — the issue was resolved, and we are now very happy with the room.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at Pickalbatros Dana Beach Resort—truly one of the finest resort experiences I’ve had.
Everything was simply outstanding. The food was exquisite: incredibly delicious, consistently available throughout the day, and impressively diverse, catering to every taste with remarkable quality. Dining here felt like a continuous culinary journey.
The staff were beyond amazing—extremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to assist. Any request was handled promptly and with a warm, welcoming attitude, which made the entire stay feel effortless and luxurious.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, featuring a dressing area that added a touch of convenience and elegance. The view was absolutely stunning, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere.
As for the activities, they were highly enjoyable and varied, ensuring there was always something fun to do. The beach was beautiful, wide, and very well-organized, offering multiple seating options—from comfortable beanbags to classic sun loungers—allowing guests to fully unwind in style. The marina, in particular, was a highlight—charming and perfect for a relaxing stroll.
Overall, an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and exceptional service.

Our stay at Pickalbatros Dana Beach Resort - Aqua Park was absolutely WONDERFUL — I honestly don’t even know where to begin!
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and Malak went above and beyond to accommodate our room requests in a way that worked perfectly for our family with two kids.
Traveling with children in such an exciting resort usually means extremely messy rooms, but Ramadan from the housekeeping team was unbelievable. He stayed on top of everything almost hourly, and I was SO impressed by his attention to detail and exceptional cleanliness.
The beach was incredible — super clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully arranged to provide privacy between the lounge chairs. The beach bar service was next level. Mohammed somehow managed to be everywhere at once without ever being overbearing. Anything we needed was there within seconds!
The food was consistently delicious and available at all times throughout the day. I honestly couldn’t pick a favorite restaurant because every dining experience was great.
The evening entertainment and parties were so much fun, and the mini golf course, basketball court, and football field gave us plenty of fun family activities every single day.
I would highly recommend this resort to families — our kids had an absolute blast!

I particularly enjoyed the Dana Beach Hotel in Hurghada, Egypt. The food was also exceptional and very good, especially the Italian restaurant. Head chef Roberto always put a smile on my face and absolutely blew me away with his culinary skills. Assistant chef Mahmoud was also quite good. I would always recommend the Italian restaurant at the Dana Beach Hotel.
