The hotel was great. Everything was clean, the all-inclusive package was good, and the food was delicious. Direct access to the ocean. I’d definitely recommend it.
But what was absolutely outstanding was AYMAN, the on-site health coach. He’s just a legendary guy.
Thanks to him, I was able to gain 9 kg of muscle in just one week. :D
He also rescued a cat, two dogs, and nine penguins.
If you could give more than 5 stars, I’d give them to Ayman.

This is a lovely adult only hotel. It was peaceful, picturesque and calm - just what I was looking for.
The room was great, the air con was quiet - plenty of room to put your clothes. I was on the ground floor which had x2 sun loungers and table and chairs, perfect to sit out on in the mornings.
The hotel was clean and rooms got cleaned daily. The staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
The pool was great, even for those that are vertically challenged like myself lol there were some shallow parts which meant you could chill and relax for hours in the pool.
The night time entertainment had some very talented musicians and it was a pleasure to sit by the pool and enjoy at night.
Great experience and I would definitely recommend.

Room was great - we had ground floor and a very short walk to reception/restaurant/pools. Soundproofing wasn't perfect, but entertainment ended at a reasonable hour.
Front desk/maintenance were very helpful - there was an issue with our aircon and they got it fixed quickly and without fuss. Maintenance even fixed my glasses when a screw came loose. They were very accommodating.
Location was 20-30 minutes from airport. Train station close by. Pharmacy over the road and a small supermarket on site. Beach was just behind the hotel and there is direct access.

🌴 Great Location & Staff, but Heavy on "Hidden Costs" 💶
We stayed at the Corallium Beach Hotel by Lopesan for a week in late March.
The location is fantastic with top-notch beach access. The pool areas are well-maintained, our room was clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
📉 The Negatives:
The experience is clouded by aggressive profit optimization. Despite the €1,000 weekly price, the constant nickel-and-diming for basics is frustrating:
🔒 Extra Fees: The room safe costs €2/day, and exchanging a beach towel costs €1.
☕ Coffee Situation: The complimentary breakfast coffee is poor-quality syrup concentrate. The only "upgrade" is a €2.50 Nespresso capsule. Tellingly, there isn't a single real espresso machine (portafilter) in any of the bars or restaurants.
💧 Water Dispenser Mystery: An "out of service" sticker covered the sparkling water button all week, yet it worked perfectly when pressed. It feels like a cheap trick to save on carbonation.
🚪 Room 231 & Soundproofing: The bathroom door only closed if you pulled the handle upward, and the toilet seat was dangerously loose (ouch! 🥝). Furthermore, the rooms are very noisy; you can hear plumbing from other rooms and loud traffic noise even with the balcony door shut.
🧴 Cheap Toiletries: The "Lopesan for good" line ironically contains microplastics and outdated additives, prioritizing cost-cutting over guest health and sustainability.
📝 Feedback: Instead of leaving cards asking for reviews, the hotel should proactively offer better service without upcharging for basics.

Owned by billionaire Eustasio López González, this group started as a construction firm in 1972. This explains the corporate philosophy: treating hotels as high-yield real estate assets focused on volume and cost-efficiency rather than traditional hospitality. Management must remember that guest satisfaction should be the priority, not just shareholder margins.
✨ A Beautiful Highlight:
One morning, a live harpist played in the breakfast room. It was a truly special atmosphere and a huge highlight. We highly recommend having her play more consistently!
Overall: A nice hotel with great staff, but management needs to rethink its penny-pinching strategy.

Check in was simple, room is ample and well equipped with a huge bed, facilities pretty good, shower does need a bit of fine tuning, location is great, pool is warm although while we were here it was bank holiday, so gets very busy. Pool bar is nice with drinks on tap( still water as well).
Good selection of food, staff are really attentive. Small gym on site which is normal for a hotel. Overall we had a brilliant stay.
