From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our stay at Cascades Golf Resort, Spa & Thalasso was nothing short of amazing.
I came here with my mom, and we genuinely had such a wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and the hospitality was on another level. Every single member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for.
The food was outstanding throughout our stay—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety. We also tried the spa, and it was an incredible experience. If you’re looking to relax and unwind, I highly recommend it.
Although the beach is accessed by shuttle bus, it couldn’t have been more convenient. The shuttle runs approximately every 10 minutes, and we never had to wait long. The beach itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and the service there was just as exceptional as it was at the hotel.
Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or with friends, this resort is perfect. During our stay, we saw all kinds of travelers enjoying themselves, and it truly caters to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our vacation. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The food was excellent with a great variety, and the sandy beach was perfect for relaxing.
The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We would especially like to thank Abdullah Fadl, our waiter, who was always smiling and made our stay even more enjoyable with his kindness and great service.
We truly had a great experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is decent overall, but I wouldn't consider it one of the top hotels in Soma Bay. The main issue is the quality of service.
Unfortunately, more than 80% of the staff are not professional enough to work in a hotel of this level. The reception provided us with incorrect information several times, and the staff were not welcoming at all. What was even more disappointing was seeing staff members smile and act friendly while talking to guests, then speak negatively about them as soon as they walked away. This is completely unprofessional.
If you are traveling with children, I would not recommend this hotel. There are almost no activities or entertainment for kids. There is only one swimming pool, and its depth layout is confusing and not family-friendly.
There are also no animation shows, evening entertainment, or recreational activities to make the stay more enjoyable.
The furniture is old and clearly needs renovation.
Overall: If you're looking for a beachfront hotel with excellent service and plenty of activities for children, there are much better options in Soma Bay not including this hotel

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we felt more than welcome, had an excellent check-in experience and were provided with all info we needed. All teams and staff at the hotel and the beach were super friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay.
The restaurant was more than wonderful with super tasty food and good variety, it was very well organized too.
The room was clean, had a magnificent sea view, the bed was comfy and the room was equipped with everything we needed.
The shuttle to the beach and to the marina was really useful. We unfortunately didn’t have time to try out the spa and Thalasso but see you next time.
All in all a beautiful hotel, beautiful people and a beautiful scenery. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.
