The beach and water here are absolutely beautiful – clean, clear, and truly amazing.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. When we arrived in the morning, we were not given our all-inclusive bracelets until 1 pm. Instead, we were told to pay 30€ per person if we wanted food or drinks before then. The same thing happened at checkout since our flight was at midnight, we were again asked for 30€ per person to use the all-inclusive until departure.
Food was limited, drinks were definitely not “all-inclusive,” and most cocktails were served warm because there was almost never any ice. Breakfast at Tortuga ends at 10:30, and lunch doesn’t start until 1:30 pm, so if you wake up late there’s nothing available in between. Entertainment was also lacking, and the Friday show required an extra 10€ per person.
On a positive note, many of the employees really do try their best to make the place better, but the overall policies and management are frustrating.
The beach itself was fantastic, but because of the extra charges, limited food and drinks, and lack of true all-inclusive service, I would not recommend this resort.

The hotel was fantastic. I really loved the beautiful green spaces where you could take a walk and enjoy the lovely greenery and flowers. We tried all the restaurants, and our favorites were the Italian and Indian ones.
The beach was wonderful, with fine sand. I especially appreciated the large umbrellas that provided plenty of shade. It was also very convenient that there was a restaurant right by the beach where we could have lunch.
We were extremely impressed by the guest relations officer, Mahmut, who was always available for us and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We are also deeply grateful to the restaurant manager, who, after learning that we are vegetarians, came every day to check if we had eaten well and whether we would like something specially prepared for us.
The reception staff were also especially kind and helpful.
I highly recommend the hotel and would gladly visit again.

This resort exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and incredible service. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views. The food was delicious with plenty of options. Great entertainment team!

Love love the resort especially the staff. Special gratitude for chef Jerome (French chef) for making our dinner experience AMAZING. Him and his staff went above and beyond to greet and welcome us in. Once again from the bottom of our hearts thank you to these amazing people. Would recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 .

The resort is very nice and beautiful for family vacation, especially for parents with kids.
Pros: big spacious room, well organized space, big terrace, 65" HD TV, sheets and towels are changed every day, separate towels for the beach, you can eat in several different restaurants, good varieties of cokes and juices, they have good beer (Sakara) too, but its alcohol free. The beach is almost perfect with long coast line, very wide, equipped with huge umbrellas where 4 sunbeds can be placed underneath. The resort also has several pools with water park, and lots of green spaces everywhere, so you can walk in very pleasant environment when you go to the beach or anywhere else.
Cons: we had to ask for additional shampoo, soap and shower gel every other day, the food in the main restaurant and in Tortuga was almost the same every day, they must serve proper beer with alcohol in it, and to serve it in much bigger glasses instead of pouring it in 330 ml plastic cans.
Overall we are spending high quality time here, but there are lot of details that the managers and the owners must improve. At least there must be more European type of food, ex: sausages, pasta, chicken, BBQ, pork, alcoholic beer, in order to attract more European guests.
