We recently stayed at the Caribbean World Resort and had a fantastic time. The hotel design is truly wonderful, featuring beautiful landscapes that make for a very relaxing atmosphere.
Accommodations: Our room was incredibly spacious and kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. It provided a perfect retreat after a day in the sun.
Dining & Facilities: I was impressed by the variety of food options available—there was always something delicious to try. The on-site facilities, including the various restaurants and cozy cafes, were excellent and well-maintained.
Beach & Fun: The highlight for me was the amazing long beach, which is perfect for walks and relaxing. The entertainment team also did a great job; the activities were very engaging and added a lot of joy to our holiday.
The only downside was the check-in process, which took much longer than expected, and unfortunately, the manager on duty at the time was not particularly helpful. However, the rest of the experience was so positive that I would still highly recommend this resort for a memorable vacation!

We had a very pleasant stay at this beach hotel in Egypt. The location is excellent, right by the sea, with a beautiful beach and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and regularly serviced.
The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They really made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The food was varied and tasty, with plenty of options to choose from every day.
Overall, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time a lot. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

First day here and not impressed with food so far. 4 restaurants aswell as buffet which is why we booked. Buffet felt like a huge school canteen last night and food was just warm.
Missed breakfast as got up late due ti time difference and found nowherr serves food from 10.30am to 1pm which i have never experienced before!
On booking other restaurants today found that there is very limited choice in 2 free restaurants and have to preorder from menu the day before! Menu books are not marked clearly with restaurant names and 1 menu was holed punched wrong way!! Furthermore 3 male customer relations staff ignored me for a good minute while chatting to themselves. Never experienced this before and certainly wouldnt expect from a 5 star.
All inclusive drinks are just local spirits in plastic bottles, wine and beer- had hoped for some local liquors! No bar area at quiet part of pool so have to walk some distance to get a water etc.
Rooms and complex look good although very spaced out. Not experienced any entertainment so far.

As this is a seaside resort, the location is quite remote from most attractions, but that is expected for a beach getaway.
Upon arrival, we were assigned a room in Block 3, which is a fair distance from the lobby. Unfortunately, the room key did not work initially, leaving us waiting outside. We informed a staff portal when he came to delivered our luggages. He promptly returned to the reception to resolve the issue. His quick and helpful action was much appreciated.
The room itself was very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pools and gardens. While the view was pleasant, we did not get to enjoy the balcony much due to the winter weather. No tissue boxes provided and no toiletries except hand soap, shower gel and shampoo.
The resort is vast and offers numerous dining options. With the blue wristband provided, we had unlimited access to food and drinks throughout our two-night stay. Most of our meals were taken at the main buffet, which offered an extensive and visually impressive spread. However, while the variety was good, the overall food quality was just average.
We also managed to dine at the Italian restaurant, which required advance reservation at the lobby along with pre-selecting the menu. The food quality here was slightly better than the buffet, but still fell short of expectations. The soup was overly salty, and the beef steak was quite tough, resulting in most of us not finishing the meal. Fortunately, we had already eaten at the buffet before this dinner.
The nightly shows, including singing and dancing performances, were lively and entertaining, creating a pleasant atmosphere and keeping guests engaged.
On our final night, we encountered a major issue when the shower water pump malfunctioned, making it impossible to shower properly as water was gushing out from the tap. This seemed to be a wear-and-tear issue.
Despite these shortcomings, we were overall still happy and relaxing with our stay and appreciated the resort experience.

Lovely Beach location, mostly friendly staff with a few not so nice (rude)
Big shout out to Ahmed on the Beach, lovely, friendly, happy and chatty chap, it was fabulous being greeted by him each morning, A credit to the hotel.
Rooms simple but clean, daily service.
Alcohol Drink quality was a big let down for me, you can choose from 1 local beer, sour wine and all the cocktails are made with a Yanni spirit were the gin/ vodka all taste like cheap tequila (awful stuff)
The spa was gross! Filthy hot tub with god knows what floating on the top and a steam room that smelt like sewage, the 2 women doing the massages were whispering and sniggering between themselves making the experience extremely uncomfortable.
Would I return, absolutely Not.
