Room was okay. We had a suite with a side sea view. We had 2 TVs, 1 didn’t work. Hall lights are on till late at night and the light creeps into your room. Same with the balcony light.
The staff were nice but the hotel policies really let the service rating down. There was no entertainment at all for the first 5 days, then entertainment was minimal for the remaining 2 days. Food is basic, we have had a few days here without eating meat because the choice is not varied. Yes, there were different types of meat but when they are both sweet and sour flavoured it doesn’t give me an option. The drinks were lovely. All inclusive ends when you check out which isn’t like any other hotel I have stayed at. They wanted to charge us €15 each to extend it for the remaining 6 hours of being here.
There were sun bed wars between hotel guests as there were not enough beds to for the hotel. This meant the implementation of a 15 minute rule. If you leave your bed for 15 minutes, staff are allowed to remove your belonging. This is shocking

After staying at the hotel 3rd year in a row, I can say that I am impressed how refurbishment was done in such a short period of time. I hope that pool area will be renovated as well (not that I’ve been using it but there are a lot of guest that do).
It was nice to see that there is a rent a bike and gym, so nice improvement compared to previous years.
Staff is more than friendly and supportive as always, from reception to room service.
It was my 5th stay in 3 years and each and every time I was welcomed as regular guest should be.
On the downside, more attention should be given to room assignments. From this season you are able to choose between more room categories (e.g. side sea view room vs. direct sea view room). We booked and paid for direct sea view room and were unpleasantly surprised to find out at the check in that we got side sea view room, despite double-confirmation by the hotel management in the email during the booking process that we will get direct sea view room. It makes a huge difference for me and one of the top reasons for coming back to the hotel is stunning view from direct sea view room.
Luckily situation was resolved relatively quickly by the management and we moved to upgraded room after 2 nights.
But this is definitely something that should be improved in the future to avoid unnecessary stress on
the first day of the vacation. 😉

REALISTIC REVIEW ‼️
I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews at all. Some people seem to be expecting a luxury experience while paying for a 4-star hotel, but in my opinion this hotel feels more like a 5-star property.
The hotel has been newly renovated and everything is spotless, modern, and well maintained. The rooms and common areas were extremely clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, location is amazing!
The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed.
I’ve also seen complaints about the food, which surprised me. There were so many options available at every meal, and everything we tried was delicious. There was plenty of variety, so it was easy to find something for everyone.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely return. Don’t let the negative reviews discourage you—our experience was excellent.

We came to this hotel as a couple in our early 20’s. We stayed for one week in June, and we were breakfast only. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. Breakfast was amazing, they offered a good variety of food, they were continuously bringing out new food and making sure tables were available, it was never too busy at the breakfast buffet even though the hotel was full.
The location of the hotel is great, only a 30 second walk to the beach, with lots of cliff jumping spots. And very close to other beaches too. It’s also a couple of minutes away from Spar and some lovely restaurants, and takes only 15 minutes to get into the town.
The hotel has been recently renovated and looks amazing! With the rooms being spacious and modern, our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels on multiple occasions throughout our stay.
We spent a couple of days by the pool rather than the beach, the pool area is nice with a good view of the beach and it’s relaxing and quiet. However, as the hotel was busy it was sometimes difficult to get a sunbed, along with the pool not being cleaned regularly which was noticeable.

Overall it was a very enjoyable experience for us. The rooms were nice and clean, not the biggest but nothing to complain about. The bathroom was clean and nice, big and nice shower, but it was very little space for toiletries and stuff around the sink. The balcony was a nice size where we could enjoy lunch and other things.
We only had the B&B and found the breakfast section okey, and they had a gluten free option, but you had to ask for it. It was also nice that the breakfast was open till 10:30, so you could sleep a little longer if you wanted to.
The pool area was nice, but 75% of the sun beds were covered by some shadow at some point during the day, so we had to find the right one that had sun the longest. It was also a bit weird that the some of the staff went around and removed towels that had been on the beds for to long, but only some of the staff did this so for the most part it went okey. One day they had rented a DJ and live artist which was REALLY loud and made it difficult to relax or sleep by the pool, but thankfully it only lasted 2 hours so it went okey.
The hallway was extremely bright with lights on 24/7, and the light went through the door making it difficult to get the room completely dark during the night.
Had no problem with the reception staff other than it that it seemed like they didn’t know a lot about things guests could ask about.
All in all it was a very nice experience with nothing much to complain about and would recommend for other to go there if you want a relaxing place to stay.
