Absolutely stunning location. The staff were so polite and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. We had minor issues but all were resolved kindly and thoroughly by the staff. Sofia (entertainment provider) is absolutely fantastic with great energy and lovely. We really enjoyed our stay here, will definitely be back. The food had a huge selection and we did enjoy it. Thank you to everyone who gave us a fabulous time

HOTEL4YOU?
If you enjoy great views and nice walks. Also some staff, working very hard to please.
This is the HOTEL4YOU!
IF you DON'T mind luke warm food, poor selection. Bad quality meats, chicken drumsticks, neck end of lamb bones, swimming in oil and tasteless sauces. Reasonable salads and deserts. Green cut green beans for breakfast!
This is the HOTEL4YOU!
IF you don't mind paying extra extortionate prices for non basic inclusive drinks, long queues for drinks at the lounge bar.
This is the HOTEL4YOU!
IF you don't mind leaving you clothes and toiletries on the floor, due to lack of adequate storage, lack of hooks, falling over your bags and suitcases.
This is the HOTEL4YOU!
IF you don't mind that your numerous complaints about all the above, receiving no action or apologies.
This is the HOTEL4YOU!
Personally would only recommend this hotel for B&B only. There are plenty of excellent places to eat at reasonable prices near by.

Cabot Cala Ferrera has so much potential. The location is excellent, the views are stunning, and many aspects of the hotel are beautifully designed. Unfortunately, some basic customer service and operational issues let the experience down.
We arrived at 1am after a long day of travelling. The entrance was poorly lit, making it difficult to find the luggage ramp, and my 75-year-old mum and I ended up carrying our cases downstairs ourselves.
Check-in took well over 30 minutes per person due to communication difficulties (we were 2nd in a queue). When we finally reached our room, the full sea view we expected we expected and paid extra for was a partial sea view primarily overlooking a car park.
When we returned to reception, we were told there was nobody available to help and no management on site. After getting to bed at 2am, we were back at reception shortly after 6am, only to be told nobody would be available until 8am. Thankfully, the issue was eventually resolved and we were moved to a room with the direct sea view we expected.
The breakfast selection was good, the views from the restaurant are spectacular, and the hotel's public areas are beautifully designed and exceptionally clean.
However, customer service was inconsistent. When I raised concerns about our arrival experience, I felt the hotel became defensive rather than listening to the feedback. It was even implied that communication would have been easier had I spoken Spanish. I was also told that they don't tend to provide information, but wait for customers to ask questions, that seems odd practice to me.
The food was reasonable, but popular dishes regularly ran out early, sometimes by 7.30pm, when the restaurant opens at 6.30.
The wristband system also caused unnecessary embarrassment. We were issued the wrong wristband colour twice and, during dinner, were told in front of other guests that we would need to pay for our meals despite being half-board. Staff ended up replacing the wristbands by cutting them off with scissors whilst we were at our table eating.
On our final night, the patio door broke and would not lock. We were told maintenance would look at it the following morning, meaning we were expected to sleep with the door unsecured.
Overall, the hotel benefits from a fantastic location, beautiful views and attractive facilities. Unfortunately, inconsistent customer service and a lack of attention to the guest experience prevent it from being as good as it could be. With some relatively simple improvements, it could be an excellent holiday destination.
A few practical points:
• You'll need cash for misc items e.g. towels, safe etc.
Suggestions:
• A bench outside the hotel for elderly guests, pregnant women, families and anyone waiting for transfers.
• A welcome booklet or clearer information provided at check-in.
• Hooks in the late-departure shower facilities beside the gym so guests have somewhere to keep towels, clothes and toiletries dry.

The hotel has a good location. Not as many restaurants/bars as the area between the marina and Cala Petita, but good for those looking for a relaxing vibe or with kids. The hotel itself is not in great condition. The cleanliness is not their strong aspect. The breakfast is very average, plain, but several options.
But you get what you pay for. I got a reasonable deal, so I can’t complain. Although all these cons, I would stay again in this hotel not only because of the good cost benefit, but specially of the staff. They’re very polite, helpful and friendly. Khalid was a true gentleman for all questions I had and did his best to help me.

I can't recommend this hotel enough, in the context of it being one of the lower priced hotels that we saw when searching for a holiday to Cala D'or.
Most important is the whole hotel is spotless! The hotel isn't modern but had everything we needed for a family holiday. The location is amazing, the cove is really special. The pool is big enough for a swim and a play and can always get sun loungers.
The food is standard all inclusive, nothing too amazing but something for everyone. I would recommend planning a few meals on the strip though as the restaurants are great.
We had concerns about having bunk beds so requested 4 single beds put together to make 2 doubles. This was done and although wasn't loads of space left, it was easily do-able as long as you stayed tidy.
Zack, the entertainment host, made a lasting impression with his warm and approachable personality. He connected effortlessly with guests of all ages, offering a fun and inclusive range of activities for both children and adults. His presence was a constant positive around the hotel.
