This was a very nice holiday. Food was delicious - especially the rice dishes, specifically paella! 😋 Zack was very nice, enjoyable to talk to, good with kids, managed every activity flawlessly, and overall a very cool dude.😎 Kudos. Pat on the back. Nice staff, fast cleaning of rooms, tables when eating, and drinks are served quickly.Only flaw is that the room is kind of cramped, and the bunk bed isn’t necessarily great. Despite all this, absolutely great holiday. If I could come back, I most definitely would. The evening activities were awesome, and you wouldn’t see most of these anywhere else. Daily activities led by the one and only wonderful Zack, are always fun and he always makes you laugh. On an ending note, view was stunning. Not some crappy old beach with dirty water, but rather clear, glassy water and golden sand. Great place to swim. Loved this whole experience. 💗💗💗

The location of the hotel is amazing. 10 seconds walk from the pool area to the stunning beach. The food was fantastic, the staff were all extremely friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Zack who helped provide entertainment for the kids was especially brilliant. We will definitely be coming back.

I’ll start by saying that, compared to what it offers, the hotel is not cheap. We arrived at night and all the parking spaces were taken (there are only a few right outside the hotel), so we had to park over 500 meters away. The receptionist who welcomed us was polite and helped us by receiving our luggage the next day, which arrived late from the airport. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case with the rest of the staff, who never greeted us when they saw us and showed no interest in customer service. The rooms do not have a fridge, and when we asked for one — as it was necessary — the young man at the front desk in the morning told us that none of the rooms have one (although in other reviews the hotel responds that they provide it upon request, which was not our experience). We asked for some ice during breakfast to put in our coffee, and the bald gentleman immediately answered rudely with a “no.” We would’ve paid for it if that was the issue, but unfortunately he was extremely rude and negative from the start. Cleanliness was okay, and they would change towels or sheets only if requested. The room was spacious but outdated. The view was fantastic, but keep in mind the excessive noise from the pool and hallways, as the hotel is full of families and children. The breakfast had variety and was good. All in all, average hotel and not value for money for us.

A fantastic holiday. Stunning location, great pool, beautiful beach a couple of minutes walk away. Lovely little town with some nice restaurants to choose from. Staff are great, Zack works incredibly hard running the kids club and keeping everyone young and old entertained in the evenings. Our kids loved it. Hotel is really clean. Would definitely come back.

What a fantastic holiday we had , the hotel is in a great location overlooking the sea, with fabulous views! Very scenic and a beautiful beach. The hotel is immaculately clean and the food is lovely, with enough choice to cater for all. The staff are friendly and the entertainment was one of the most enjoyable parts, we met some lovely people, I must say Zack is such a credit to the hotel, what a great guy he is, he interacts with everyone and he made the evenings such fun and we really had a laugh and he got us all up singing and dancing. I would recommend this hotel , great all round.
