I stayed here with my cousin and we had such a welcoming time! Victor on reception was such a massive help! 👏 he advised us on many day trips and whatever queries we had he helped in every way he could! Also a big shout out ot Jorge who helped me with the meal times as I am gluten free and lactose free, he went above ans beyond! The food has been delicious, all in all very happy with our stay and highly recommend! Thanks 👌

I would give this hotel 4 stars overall. For the price we paid with the package, it was definitely good value.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the receptionist stood out as especially helpful—full of recommendations for places to eat and detailed information about the island.
The hotel itself was clean and tidy with plenty of space and a good number of rooms. The gym was a decent size with enough equipment for a solid workout. The pool was a little cloudy when I first used it in the morning, but staff quickly came to test the water, which showed they were attentive. The sauna unfortunately wasn’t open when I went to check.
Breakfast was pleasant with a variety of options, and the staff were consistently attentive and nice. I also liked the gallery-style pictures displayed throughout the hotel, which gave it some character.
A couple of downsides: the elevator wasn’t working well during my stay, and there’s no on-site parking. You’ll need to use a nearby lot at around €60, which in hindsight would have been worth the convenience.
Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with excellent staff and good value for money.

We stayed here for a week. It's a lovely hotel. It's a bit tired in places. The carpets on our floor were stained, some of the walls could do with painting.
No complaints about the beds or the bedroom. A decent amount of storage. No fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in your room.
We've had a really pleasant stay here. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
We stayed on a full board basis, we haven't had any real issues with the food. Very similar every day. We just lower our expectations when we come abroad with the food choices. If we don't like it, we can always go out to eat.
It's a pretty central hotel, easy walk to the beach.
Lots of places to eat by the beach.
If you hire a car then please bear in mind that parking is dire. We found a car park a 2 minute walk away from hotel. It cost us €60 for the week. They give you a card so you can get in and out.
For us coming away, the hotel is just a base to explore from. A decent amount of supermarkets around to buy snacks and drinks. The bar on the 5 floor serves drinks, we've had some lovely cocktails and they ain't that expensive.
This hotel is full of older people, some of them have been incredibly rude down in the restaurant. Pushing you out of the way. Probably not a hotel for the English. Also got told tonight by a waiter that we ain’t allowed our own drinks on the table. Just not somewhere we would ever stay again.

Good place to stay when you want to explore Gran Canaria. Room was clear and the staff was lovely. Close enough to the beach and to the late night stores when you need that one last beer lmao
Strongly recommend.

Bit strange this, although the staff and food was great I found the hotel very old and dated. A few trip hazards on the deck area where I tripped over and some lady fell over should be a priority in fixing. Around near the hotel there was beggars who kept annoying us and along the prom they kept coming over wanting food from our plates. So hotel all good, surrounding area not so good
