There were some good aspects of this hotel - the rooms were lovely and spotless and a great layout, the pools were good and child friendly with lots of slides. The bar staff and customer service lady were friendly and drinks were good.
However, the food was awful! There were no vegan options apart from vegetables and salad and the staff were very unwilling to help with this. (They literally said vegan food was too expensive!) The food that was there was like bad school dinners, vegetables that seem to have been cooked over and over again and some things that were literally inedible. We ended up ordering takeaway.
It was also very difficult getting any sort of help or information out of the staff, on arrival I was literally given a room key and was not told where anything was, what time meals were served, the location of the gym, the location of the bar, nothing. And when I did ask, they told me to look at a screen in reception rather than just telling me which seemed very odd.
I would definitely not class this as a 4star hotel unfortunately.

The staff are welcoming friendly and very helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are great and the beds very comfortable . There is a lovely pool area with lots of sunbeds and a great pool bar serving drinks and snacks. Only three things I would like to see improvement in;
Perhaps being early in the season but the food lacked variety, it was okay but that's just it - it was okay not great.
The hotel does need a lick of paint, showing its age in a couple of places, but that's a minor thing.
But most important of the three for me was seating. The bar chairs just weren't comfortable, to the point that after twenty minutes in a chair you give up. I get the pool side chairs being plastic but the bar area where you are expected to spend your evenings is too much. Perhaps an age thing, and minor to some, but found ourselves going elsewhere for the evening, which defeats the point of all inclusive. Overall a good holiday, but could have been better.

We booked our holiday through loveholidays, and from the moment we arrived at the hotel, everything exceeded our expectations. The photos on the website matched exactly what we saw in reality, which was fantastic.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention goes to STEPHANIE , who was amazing and always had a smile on his face, making guests feel valued and happy.
The hotel was very clean, especially the bathrooms, which were well maintained. There was a great variety of food available at the buffet, with plenty of choices to suit everyone. The views from the hotel were beautiful and added to the overall experience.
There was also lots of entertainment during our stay, ensuring there was always something enjoyable to do. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and we had a wonderful holiday.
I would definitely recommend Blue Sea Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Location is not as you’d see on Google maps. The surroundings are not nice. Derelict buildings etc.
The volleyball court hasn’t been used in what seems years. Very overgrown.
Only one pool bar which gets very busy.
One jacuzzi looked very green, but they did clean it daily. The water in both jacuzzi were freezing along with the main pool. Not the nicest when the wind is strong. The food was very poor. Few times mouldy tomatoes in the salad bar, flies around the food, the only good part was fresh counter which a chef was cooking as you walk in. Choices are limited.
This isn’t a 4* compared to other 4*s. Would say 3*.
Cleanliness in toilets was extremely good mind you, along with room cleaning however our floor was never swept during stay, so after a day or so the floor was grubby. The air con was not fully functional either. The bathroom isn’t bad, the bath tub itself is very marked and looked dirty. The staff were very polite and helpful. There are no umbrellas anywhere meaning shade is very limited. There is only one pool which is extremely crowded in peak times especially for size of the hotel. We wouldn’t visit again.

Just got home from a week at this hotel. I cant imagine how anyone could rate it 4 star, it's at 2 to 3 at best.
Hotel in middle of nowhere, you need a taxi to get around.
We had junior suite , quite nice but we requested 2 bedrooms with twin beds and one double.
We actually had 1 room with queen bed and a partition with a double bed settee which was not appropriate for our needs.
No facility to lock bedroom door. No lock on bathroom door. No lock on disabled toilet door in reception ?
Restaurant is very poor little choice, food under or over cooked, I wish we had taken imodium with us.
Pool dirty, kids slides minging, pool attendants don't speak English so was difficult to engage with the kids and parents . Hotel reception limited staff so you have to que and they are rude and abrupt. Do not empathise with any problems they are not interested at all, once you are there it is your problem not theirs.
Bars are good they are very generous with drinks and very friendly staff.
Would not stay at this hotel again even if free.
