The location, landscape, pools and beach are wonderful
On the other hand
Rooms need renovations; the bathroom ventilation fan wasn't working in a lot of rooms, the shower handle was almost not working and the curtains are falling from their places
The staff all over the hotel was extremely rude and not professional at all not what I'm used to in all luxury hotels in hurghada or elsewhere like they're beyond rude
The food was not at all tasty or of good quality
I've been travelling to hurghada at least 3 times a year since I was a kid and by far this is the worst experience of them all or second worse.
You are an overrated place and I hope you can work to get things better and treat the guests with respect and professionalism or you'll fall really fast.

I have stayed at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh three times, and each visit has been even more enjoyable than the one before.
The hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it an excellent destination for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. The property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed.
One of the highlights of every stay has been the food. The quality is consistently excellent, with a wide variety of options that cater to different tastes and preferences.
However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. They are all courteous and professional, dedicated to making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality create an unforgettable experience.
Although we have traveled extensively and stayed at many resorts inside and outside of Egypt, the Baron Palace Hotel in Sahl Hasheesh remains our favorite destination and a place we always look forward to returning to.
A special thanks to Mr. Reda, the Deputy Manager, for his attention, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring guests have a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and the food was excellent. The Egyptian restaurant was a special highlight with its authentic and delicious dishes.
A special thank you goes to Mahmoud and Ghareeb for their outstanding service, friendliness, and attention to detail. They made our evening truly unforgettable and are a great asset to the hotel.

The Baron hotel in Hurghada is a real resort where you can relax. Beautiful hotel, the sea with coral reefs, comfortable rooms, gym, massage - everything was excellent!

I would like to share my experience at the Baron Hotel in Sahl Hasheesh. Thankfully, it was truly one of the most wonderful hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
From the very beginning, the exterior of the hotel reminded me of Montaza Palace in Alexandria. It looked like something out of a dream. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and offered refreshing drinks. We were able to check into our room immediately, just as had been arranged.
The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We also found a welcome selection of fresh fruit and sweets in the room, which was another thoughtful gesture. The room itself was elegant and luxurious.
What impressed me the most was the hotel’s strong Egyptian identity. Both the interior and exterior reflected authentic Egyptian design through the colors, furniture, decorations, and even the towels, which were made of Egyptian cotton. The artwork displayed throughout the hotel also celebrated Egyptian culture. It is quite rare to see a hotel so committed to maintaining a consistent architectural and cultural style, and it gave the property a unique charm. Every detail felt carefully chosen, and despite the hotel’s size, it was exceptionally clean and looked as if it had just opened.
Our reservation was all-inclusive, and there were several restaurants to choose from, including Italian, Asian, and Egyptian cuisine. However, we preferred the main restaurant, where the food was varied and enjoyable. The staff were always happy to guide us and explain how to make the most of the benefits included in our stay. The reception team was especially helpful and responded to our requests quickly and professionally.

Another feature I really appreciated was the adults-only section of the hotel, which provides a peaceful atmosphere for couples, especially honeymooners. At the same time, there was a dedicated area for children with plenty of activities and entertainment, making the hotel an excellent choice for families as well.
Overall, it was an amazing experience. I honestly didn’t want to leave the hotel because it had everything we needed. Even the evening shows were enjoyable, well organized, and perfect for families.
I would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Sahl Hasheesh.
