From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and valued. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with stunning views, gorgeous pools, and that perfect adults-only vibe that lets you truly relax without any distractions. The beach access (or proximity) is fantastic, the food is delicious with plenty of variety, and everything feels luxurious yet relaxed.
What made this trip unforgettable was the incredible help from the team in organizing a surprise marriage proposal for my partner. They went above and beyond – coordinating every detail discreetly, with such warmth and professionalism. It was romantic, seamless, and more perfect than I could have imagined. The entire staff was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely excited to be part of our moment. Shoutout to the concierge and events team – you made magic happen!

A Truly Fabulous Week at Barcelo in Teguise Beach.
We recently returned from a fabulous week-long holiday at this hotel, and our experience truly exceeded expectations. It was a stay defined by exceptional service, fantastic dining, and wonderful amenities.
The entire team deserves recognition; the staff were universally attentive and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. As half-board guests, we were constantly impressed by the dining. The food choice was amazing and everything was great tasting. The accompanying drink selection was more than adequate, featuring some excellent wines, all of which were very reasonably priced.
The pools and amenities were great, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Although we did notice some people reserving sunbeds quite early, we personally didn’t encounter any issues securing a comfortable spot by the pool throughout the week.
Our room was perfectly adequate and spacious, providing a comfortable sanctuary. We must admit to having a slight chuckle over the slightly quirky design choice of having a hot tub situated right next to the bed, but it certainly added a unique element to the space!
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would certainly love to frequent a Barceló hotel again based on this experience. Highly recommended!

It is expensive to stay, especially in the summer holidays but it’s well worth the money.

Had a very lovely stay at this hotel. Location is absolutely perfect near beach and promenade. Personel is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner buffet are very good.
I would definitely recommend people to come stay here!
