Avoid this hotel! Overall we had a lovely holiday but it wasn’t helped by the accommodation.
Pros:
- location (15 minuet walk to the beach and restaurants, 5 minuets to the shop)
- Toilet rolls, washing up liquid, a sponge and bin bags provided
Cons:
- They try very hard to get as much of your money as possible, when we arrived (5pm) we where told our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait in the bar, you have to pay to leave your belongings in a safe so unless you want to carry everything around while you wait for your room you have to pay again. The wifi is extortionate at 5 euros a day or 20 per week, when we were told it’s included. You have to pay to sit by the pool on a sun lounger too. Very much felt like they were trying to rip us off.
- The rooms aren’t cleaned well we found fake eyelashes in our bed and dirt on the floor and in the bath. And they will “clean”your room during your stay but what they mean is they will move your bed sheets around and leave. (That being said the “cleaners” are lovely).
- The person on the front desk is very abrasive and rude. I saw two people complain to her one person about the fact theres no safes in the room and that they had to pay to use the ones in reception and another lady with four children who didn’t want to pay 60 euros for a weeks wifi for her children and the receptionist was smirking and smiling while offering no help at all. It just came across as a rip off and very rude.
- It’s not a non smoking hotel, we barely used our balcony because of all the smoking on balcony’s next to ours.
- Generally outdated. The kettle takes 6 minuets to boil, There’s no taps to run a bath, the fans are slow and if it was hotter it would be difficult to cool the room down. The rooms are dirty and the walls are a strange off white colour, the beds are two slabs of foam stuck onto a frame, the pots and pans are well used, there’s no sharp knifes only a bread knife.
- The hotel got very little sun during the day (visited in December).
Overall the hotel is in a good location, but for what you’re paying I would avoid at all cost. We used it as a bed and to make very slow tea, we spent as little time there as we could as it was overall unpleasant and with the added costs very expensive.

Enjoyed this hotel. Nice vibe. Staff really helpful and friendly..Aggy on desk really good and approachable. Good skills. Pool.good. no air con but strong fans..pleasant spaces and nice vibe throughout. Bar and restaurant good standard but eat no food there. No complications or hidden charges..would stay again..15 mins stroll to beach.location ok but would prefer closer to beach next time. Plenty of things around. Not a bad place at all..super good value. One point was no shower gel etc or refillable in room. Did get a cleaning pack of teatowel and new dish clothes and washing liquid etc but some even small shower gels just in case would be a good idea. Cheers

Lovely clean apart hotel, great swimming pool, although a little on the cold side. The apartments were excellent and clean with a nice kitchen and lounge. Lovely balcony, too. Hotel interors only need modernisation. The breakfast was great, too. Hot and cold items. Fried eggs, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, Croissants, fruit, cheeses, yoghurt, etc.
Only 5m walk from bus terminal and airport bus stop for bus number 40. 10m to beach. Amazing location.
There was no wifi in rooms, but it didn't bother us as we had a lot of data.
Would go again.
Say It how it is
I've been here twice now and my stay was brilliant clean friendly staff lovely cleaning lady she was so nice. Clean room every day. The location was brilliant near bars restaurants and not far from the beach. I had a pool view ground floor it was just so nice. We felt safe at all times. We had such a lovely stay once again definitely coming back. Thank you all for making our stay lovely and relaxing.

We are currently staying here and most things are as you would expect. Nothing is exceptional and top class but then again nothing is really poor either except the fact that people are continually smoking on their balconies and the open air access corridors. You cannot leave you doors or bedroom windows open without the place getting smoked out. I'm not some zealous anti smoker, I just think it would be a better idea to put all the smokers in one section of the building and allow others to enjoy the clean warm air.
