A wonderful holiday in a superb hotel; I can't fault it. The decor is stunning, the staff friendly and helpful, the food delicious and the little touches like a bottle of fresh water in the room every day make it a delightful place to stay. It is lovely and spacious and kept immaculately clean. The heated swimming pool is fantastic and having unlimited clean towels makes it very comfortable. It is also very good that there is a policy of not saving sunbeds and there are plenty to go round.

Jardines de Nivaria pleasantly surprised us in nearly every way. We were luckier than expected with a part-sea view from our room, enough to remind you you’re by the ocean, even though it wasn’t a full panoramic vista.
Breakfast was a highlight: the buffet was plentiful, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of variety and the sort of quality that sets a positive tone for the day. The staff were extremely accommodating throughout - helpful, attentive, and always polite. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning: it blends modern comforts with classic touches you might expect of upscale American-style hotels, but with Canarian warmth, lush gardens, art deco influences, and beautiful architectural details (including a striking stained-glass dome over the reception).
Location is excellent: just 15 minutes from the airport, direct access to Playa de Fañabé, and well-placed for exploring Costa Adeje.
One personal recommendation: if you want something more authentic and less packed with tourists, Playa del Duque is a better pick than Playa de Fañabé. You’ll get a more relaxed atmosphere, fewer crowds, and still beautiful beaches (and less Full English Breakfast/Indian/Chinese takeaway food restaurants for the British crowds)
The pool is fantastic and coming during low season was perfect as it wasn’t too crowded and waiting staff were frequently popping over.
Overall verdict: Jardines de Nivaria offers a luxurious, relaxing stay - great for couples or travellers looking for comfort, quality breakfasts, attractive surroundings, and excellent service. It delivers strong value, especially if you pick your room and dining options with care.

”Five star hotel”
Maybe in Spain.
First of all you hear “No” from the staff more than “Yes”. Is that five stars? No!
They have also removed our extra blankets three times in 6 nights and gets angry when we ask for it again and again even though they’ve removed it.
One night with a sleeping baby, a guard came to our room and asked us to keep it down. We were silent. The fun thing is that our room is towards the beach with party 24/7 which makes this exactly like a terrible comedy movie.
Of course some staff do their job correctly and some of the staff has been amazing and the entire hotel is clean. The pool area is nice and it has a great heated pool. That’s why I give it 3 stars instead of 1.

The Best hotel in Tenerife. The room was large, very very very clean, they clean it every day. Real large terase, as large as the room, with the nicest sea view. Very good food. Very clean all the hotel areas. The personal is always ready and happy to help you. The food was great in the main restaurant and also at the pool restaurant.
It was my third vacation in Tenerife and i will surely return next year, just to return to this hotel.

If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would everything about this hotel is fantastic. The food was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the bedrooms were spotlessly cleaned every day. The hotel location is in a prime location close to the restaurants and bars. We will definitely be staying again.
