This is a really great adults only place to stay. The Kentia Club restaurant has a great bar and menu, the breakfast is expansive and includes a menu meal if desired. The hotel is friendly and I have had an issue finding staff to answer a question. The pool area is busy and has a bar/food service till 6. the pool is more cooling off than swimming the walk to the "ton" is about 10 minutes max where you can find the bards, restaurants and shops but you don't hear the noise from the bars at the hotel. the walk back up the hill from the harbor is interesting but walking into town with the variety of restaurants is worth it. The room was clean and spacious and we had a wonderful view of the sea. Definately recommend

Over all the hotel was great , there were a few areas I would have liked better for a 5 star.
The rooms great size, but pillow and bed are uncomfortable and yhe cleaners do not deep clean daily
The pool area is fantastic cannot fault that
Reception, would be nice to see a luxuary lobby seating area
There is not enough food choice in the hotel pool bar to cater for everyone
Also the restaurants are a let down

I choose this hotel to spend my little vacation and also my birthday was a nice choice is so amazing. The people from their reception until the bar and housekeeping. They are so nice. and you can see that in check-in the team, they are so helpful, and we can answer all your questions people also in the bar in swimming pool. They are kind with smile. I hope that is not the first and last time that I visit this hotel as a student last year in hotel management. I gave this Hotel.

we stayed at the hotel for two weeks and had a fantastic time. I would like to thank Carlos for his exceptional service. He was attentive, professional and
even taught us some Spanish! Carlos made our experience at the hotel extra special - thank you. I would also like to thank Hakim, another waiter at the hotel, who was very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and sea view was a nice touch.
