Overall, I would describe this as a neutral experience.
The rooms we stayed in are quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The location is decent, and the food is very basic, with limited variety day to day.
The entertainment also needs improvement — it felt quite outdated, almost like events from the 1990s. However, the hotel’s interior is very nice, with impressive palm trees and plants hanging from the balconies, which creates a unique and pleasant atmosphere.
one think was disappoint the spa and internal pool wasn't working when we got there ,but during the booking this want mention anywhere
The staff work very hard to engage and entertain guests. A special mention to Valentine, Cloe, and the other young lady on the team for their efforts — they really do try their best.
Considering the price, this hotel offers a good option for families who may not be able to afford a more luxury or VIP-level stay.
So overall, this is not a negative review, but a neutral one. I wish the team the best with any future refurbishment work. Thank you for having us — we look forward to seeing improvements and possibly returning in the future.

A very large hotel on the outskirts of the town. Very clean and well decorated but a Little bit dated but adequate. The staff are great. We arrived after midnight and they had a salad, drinks, etc waiting for us. We had a car so no problem for us to get to town but plenty of cheap taxis. An impressive hotel overall.

No kettle and room was dated and damaged. Could not flush the toilet as the panel was broken. You do get UK channels on the TV which is a plus.
Restraunt food average with limited options which do get boring after a few days. Hot water/cofffe machine only on at breakfast not during lunch or dinner. The staff in the restraunt were great and very friendy to our little one, they were always happy to help. We found the bar staff rude, there is a blonde female who works at the bar of a night who was not friendy at all, you almost felt awkward asking her for an all-inclusive drink. The all-inclusive drinks were okay but we have had a lot better, the cocktails were basically from a pre-mixed ice machine, very average.
The location was poor. Its a good 25/30 minute walk to the centre and to the beach. The taxi's are cheap and are about 5 euros each way. The hotel offer a free suttle 3 times a day which drops you off at the beach but not the family friendy one so you still have to walk.
The pools were cold as expected due to it being Feburary but one pool was heated with was good for my little one as she was still able to have a swim. The indoor pool was not in use which was not ideal. The entertainment in the night was basic. We stayed the first two nights however it was poor in our view so we went out to the town centre on our last two nights. You can tell the hotel was probably a 4 or 5 star hotel back in the day but its been left to run down and is tired and dated.
Overall we enjoyed Lanzarote and we will be back but we would not stay at the Beatriz again as there are better hotels.

We have just had a really nice relaxing week here, rooms are dated but kept clean & serviced everyday if you want, bathroom clean with twin sinks. Room is quite big, tv, kettle, not enough sockets for charging items but we managed. One English channel (world news) Wifi was good. paper cups for drinks 😆 Balcony a good size & great views, pools are brilliant, hotel is really big so have a good look around, gym small needs updating & improving, showers were good & lockers. work still in progress in spa pool (closed) dining room a good size & clean, food is reasonable & fresh. Hotel is a good 20 minutes walk from main areas there is a free bus laid on 3 times a day which will help some people, large carpark if you need it. music by the pool would have nice if they chose more relaxed stuff to play & not be so repetitive but all in all it is nice there.

Rooms are a bit tired, screaming for some tlc. Carpet has sticky (chewing gum? I hope) spots. Airco doesn't work. Nice balcony.
Rooms are definitely not 4 star, more 2- ish
Huge hotel with pools and entertainment.
Good breakfast
Location is good when u have a car. Big parking.
