Fantastic hotel for toddlers and families.
Really happy with our stay at H10 it was a lovely family holiday with our 2 and 4 year old, the resort is the perfect size for small children, easy accessible with a great pool and equally good playgrounds.
The best part was the staff and team at H10 they really went above and beyond to make our experience feel special, especially Alba, Maria and Rocio who made my children feel so welcome at baby club. They also went the extra mile when they saw my children around the resort or at the mini disco to make them feel welcome and to ensure they were having fun, my children loved it. You have a wonderful team and its people like this that make the resort what it is. We will definitely return.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay! Book this hotel you will not be disappointed. Honest review.
My eldest daughter (21) & I recently stayed here end of July for a last minute, relaxation getaway, (5 nights) & this hotel did not disappoint. We had done very little research about Lanzarote or the hotel so went with no expectation. We booked with Jet2 15hrs before take off & from start to finish everything was a breeze (including the welcome constant breeze on the island) The hotel food:- breakfast was the same daily however, there’s everything you could want there! Fry up, pancakes, cereals, fruit, yoghurts, oats. Lunch:- choice of pool bar snacks (really yummy toasties, burgers, nuggets, chips) & in the restaurant had plenty of choices including salads, fish, fresh bread with cheeses. (I recommend the iced coffee latte after breakfast at the pool bar) Dinner-: specials every night, we had Chinese food, Mexican, bbq/meats, Italian - you won’t starve for sure. Desserts were lovely and always a big range of choice. The food was always so fresh & some being cooked where you could see. There’s an adults only seating part at the back of the restaurant which has zero noise!
The staff:- absolutely every staff member we saw / met was a delight, cleaners, maintenance, reception, & amazingly funny, upbeat bar staff - really so, so friendly! The food service staff couldn’t do enough for you & the place was so very clean.
This is a family friendly hotel, focussed on kids entertainment (although some for the adults too) had a pool side foam party, white party disco & great evening entertainment pool side & in the Bar Rio. (One warning, we missed a show one evening because there wasn’t enough seating in the entertainment bar so you may have to sit early through the kids disco to get a seat)
They have a strict rule of not smoking everywhere on site & reserving sunbeds. There’s plenty for everyone throughout the day so no need.
Our room was beautiful & spacious, had a fridge, sink & kettle. They offered room service almost daily, didn’t use air con once as it stayed cool all the time. Balcony had a pool / sea which was brilliant. Pools were welcoming cool temperature & space for everyone.
This hotel offers great disability features including parking, sunloungers, a pool chair for access in & out of the pool and disabled seating areas.
Be mindful if you’re located in the top floor suites there are quite a few stairs to carry your luggage up. Our room was 314 - at the very back end of the hotel on the top floor (but this was no problem for us & quiet)
Highly recommend the 5 minute walk to the Aquarium & 5 minutes other direction the beach. It wasn’t busy at all, plenty of rock pools to explore & crabs to see. We will be coming back in 2027! Thanks again everyone at H10 Lanzarote Gardens 🙏🏼

We had a fantastic stay. The entertainment staff were amazing, especially Xabi, Diego, Carmello and Maria, who were brilliant with the children. The kids' club was excellent – our two loved it just as much as we enjoyed the peace and quiet! 😂
The food was always delicious, well presented, and the restaurant was kept spotlessly clean, with any mess quickly dealt with. The rest of the hotel was also immaculate throughout our stay.
Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and attentive, which really made a difference. The location is excellent too, just across the road from a lovely sandy beach and within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants, bars and shops.
We enjoyed our holiday so much that we're already booking to come back next year.
Highly recommended!

This is a fabulous resort for a family holiday, especially with toddlers and young children. It is spotless and well maintained and the pool area is great. The food is very good but the buffet meals in the same environment are noisy and gets monotonous. We chose to do half board and eat out for dinner. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the beach, promenade and bars and restaurants. The baby and children’s clubs were clean, felt safe and have wonderful staff, especially Alba and Rocio! Thank you!

Great location. Sadly this was sold as family friendly and it definitely wasn't. There was a run down tiny park that was damaged. The last day club was closed due to no staff and the rooms didn't cater for families. We were a family of 5 and the beds were made up for 4 every single day regardless of us asking several times. In the end we shared a bed with our daughter. The bed my son slept on broke and they literally fixed it by screwing it back together still broken. There were only 2 chairs on the balcony and no where else to sit to eat even though we were self catering. The cleaner gave the room a cat lick and even continued to put our dirty bedding back on even when my daughter spilt her milk on it. They didn't sweep or clean the balcony once The wardrobe doors were hanging on by a thread and we had dead bugs on the kitchen sink for the whole 10 days. Absolutely perfect hotel for older people who want to sit by the pool in peace all day. Certainly not for children having fun.
