Fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean, good food and very friendly and helpful staff, especially Sam, she is so good at her job and always has a warm smile.
Rooms are cleaned every day and towels changed when needed.

Lovely hotel. They were very friendly, professional and accommodating. The room was perfect and having your own balcony to sun bathe on is a real bonus. Food in the breakfast room was very good too. Eggs cooked to order as well as other breakfast items & a decent buffet of cold items and fresh fruits… A ten minute walk from the sea front and all the cafes, bars, restaurants etc etc…. 5 stars all the way !

We stayed here for 10 nights at the beginning of May 2026. Our first, (but definitely not our last), visit to this beautiful hotel. We cannot fault anything here at all. The staff are all lovely, every single member of staff, from the cleaners, reception, bar and restaurant were all amazing, so friendly and helpful. The whole hotel is spotless, the 2 pools and the jacuzzi are cleaned every day, there are cleaners working throughout the hotel all through the day. Breakfast was amazing. Runs from 8-11, a massive selection of fruits, pastries, cereals yogurts, continental meats and cheeses, full English, and any variation of eggs that you want, (omelette, boiled, scrambled etc.) Very quiet, we had no issues at all with noise even when there was entertainment on in the bar.
We only booked bed and breakfast, as we like to eat out at different places on the main strip. But I spoke to different people who were eating the evening meals there and all commented that the food was really nice, in particular giving very high praise for the BBQ night.
On the day of booking out we had a late departure, so we were allowed to book at at 14.00 instead of the normal time, and there was no extra cost for the late check out!
The location is at the top of a slightl hill, but anyone that knows Puerto del Carmen will know that most places you stay at have some sort of incline to climb. Taxi to the airport about €16-17, and back from the main strip about €4.
We cannot wait to stay here again. And if any staff member reads this, keep up the brilliant work! 10/10

This is a really beautiful hotel with great amenities. The staff are fantastic - particularly the reception staff - Sebastian was very helpful as well as being welcoming and professional. The food was excellent- we ate in every night and not only e joyed the varied menu but also had fun with the staff. Matias, Virginia, Steffy, Chelsea and Christina made our dining experience so much mote enjoyable.
We will definitely be returning.

Really lovely little hotel. Large apartments, with separate living area and balcony or terrace with private sunbeds.
Its a little out of the way, about a 10 minute walk to the action, but that means it's quiet and relaxed.
Excellent breakfast served by friendly staff.
