My husband and I stayed for a week over the Christmas period. The Hotel was first class. Very welcoming reception. We mentioned it was our Wedding Anniversary and within minutes of getting into our room, we had bubbly, chocolates and a card delivered to us. The room was very spacious with all you would need (spare pillows/tea,coffee/fridge with water). The Hotel overall was spotlessly clean and rooms were serviced daily with tea/coffee/towel replenishment. A very friendly Hotel where the staff were all excellent with a professional and friendly approach. Breakfast was outstanding in its quality, variety and freshly cooked hot food. We booked B/B only as we were visiting Family but we did have a couple of snacks poolside which were very good. We would highly recommend this Hotel. It has a personal touch and not too far from the hustle and bustle of PDC (there is a bus stop right outside the front entrance and taxis are plentiful and cheap.)

I think this was our fourth visit to this fabulous hotel in Puerto del Carmen. Amazing staff - always friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to the stars - Christina, Hello, Stefano, Samantha, Victoria, Matias, Yasser and Fatima! Food is fab - great portions - breakfast is amazing! Rooms ... indeed the whole place ... are spotless. Booked again for February and December 2026!!

The only reason I rated For for location is because it is about a 15 minute walk from the nearest beach which is not a bad thing for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are incredible. I went during October which might’ve been off-season so there was limited staff and it did take quite a bit to get things when you wanted a drink or food. The pool is heated but don’t expect something so warm. It was warm in comparison to other places I’ve been to where they have pools that are as cold as the ocean.

Lovely clean hotel. Staff extremely helpful- nothing an issue for them. Very friendly.
We had bed and breakfast. Breakfast always fresh and tasty, good variety.
Pool towels provided and changed whenever you want.
Would have been a 5 for location but it is at the top of a hill, takes about 15 minutes to climb.
This was our second year here and would not hesitate to come back again. Highly recommended

Second time here and love it. The whole place and rooms are spotless. The cleaners clean the room every day replace all the towels including the provided beach towels and supply a large bottle of too. Everything works including a fridge that is actually cold, and so dose the air-conditioning. The pool is heated, there is no problem getting a sunbed or parking and included breakfast has everything. Every bit of the place is so well run. The only 2 cons I have is that being on the smaller side the place can be a little quite and the life guard/ pool is very strict. But i have not seen a place in all of Spain as clean or as well maintained as this place.
