I took my wife there as a surprise to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Neither of us had ever been to Morocco, but it was somewhere we both had on our bucket lists. We arrived late evening, but found the welcome to be just as warm as if it were midday. We were impressed with the ease of booking in and the warm assistance given by the bell boy in getting us to our room, which was light & airy and spacious. Everything was clean and well presented. The meals were cleverly mixed (traditional & european) with masses of juicy home produced fruit (honey dew & water melon, oranges, apple, blood grapefruit were our particular favourites). The poolside & grounds were kept to a high standard of cleanliness - there was always somebody cleaning - and there is a good array of services on offer (you must try the hammam body care treatment). The beach is a 5/6 minute walk and there's a coned off segment with parasols and sun lounges and an attendant exclusively for patrons of the hotel, which we found very handy as the sun was up from early in the morning till late in the evening. The location of the hotel is quite central, which made it easy to get around on foot if desired. Children are catered for with a supervised splash pool with a variety of water slides and activity clubs. All in all, we highly recommend it whether you just want to laze by the pool, or use it as a vantage point for exploring, or spend time at the beach. The hotel & resort deserves its four star rating.

We had a fantastic holiday and would happily come back! Our boys absolutely loved it, and one of the highlights was the Kids Club. There was always something fun for them to do, with a great variety of activities for different age groups, including pizza making, mocktail making, arts and crafts, swimming, games, and much more.
A special thank you to Safaa, who was incredibly friendly, caring, and amazing with the children. She made every activity fun and made our boys feel so welcome.
The service throughout the hotel was excellent, the staff were always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was lovely. Thank you for helping us create such wonderful family memories!

Nice and clean hotel ideally situated next to beach, shops and restaurants. Rooms adequate with usual stuff. Food in my opinion was good with plenty of fish and meat. Pool was one of the warmest I've been in. The cherry on the cake is the Animation team which are second to none, especially Simba, Sara, aziz and bono. There's no buts in this review because ill definitely go back.

We recently holidayed here and had a fantastic time. I was very apprehensive after reading some reviews but I would 100% return and hope to book up again in the near future.
We had an accident in the hotel room which caused some damage but staff where very understanding and within minutes we had a nurse at the door to check everyone over, so thank you!
The animation staff are fantastic as are the bar staff, all of my children ages between 6 and 18 built up friendships with them and where sad to leave. Special mentions to Mohamed, Karim, Mario, Bono and Saad. They are a real credit to the hotel!
The food was nice, admittedly it was a bit repetative but we where always able to find something to eat. Chicken kebabs and mexican night where favourites!
Location was perfect, close to the beach and shops for essentials. Staff within most of the shops where very friendly and we enjoyed a laugh and a joke with them.
If I had to pick fault with anything I'd say it could be cleaner, especially the toilets in open areas and hotel rooms, but I think the hotel room bathrooms are more just wear and tear rather than dirty.
Overall I'd definitely recommend this hotel. The best holiday we have had so far and already can't wait to return!

A good hotel in a fab location. clean (if slightly dated) rooms, 2 swimming pools & aqua Park (go to the small pool for more peace), great selection of foods at all meals, wine, cocktails, soft drinks, hot drinks, water and juices are aplenty too. Friendly staff (look out for Zouhir the server. He made our trip amazing and every meal was a pleasure). The entertainments team were keen to get people involved but not pushy and their shows were fabulous/hilarious.
Be aware that this is predominantly French speaking hotel but as long as you know rudimentary phrases and are keen to learn simple things then you'll be fine. The evening show is in French as are much of the placards for the foods but everyone is happy to help.
I'd definitely come again.
