For the money this is good value ,you need to replenish toilet rolls, shampoo soap etc but this is clearly stated prior to booking .
The equipment in the rooms is a bit basic I wouldn't want to try cooking a 3 course meal but what you have saved in price ,staying here you can eat out, it's fine for snacks and light meals. The decor a little tired but clean . The twin beds are comfortable ,linen changed weekly.
The TV has some English channels and WiFi available.
The air con / heating works well .
There is safe parking outside and not too far to walk for restaurants, public transport etc.
We stayed here a month the wettest weather for 40 years ,the constant rain caused mosquitos to appear and a few ants even though we were on the top level.
There were not many people staying while we were there ,I think it could be noisy in the height of the season.
We didn't use the bar so couldn't say what that's like .
The staff we met were nice .
For the price it's good value if you can afford to hire a car and get out into the countryside see some of the towns and villages in the hills .
If you want to sit on the beach all days perhaps go somewhere a bit closer as.ot might be a bit of a walk to get there .
I would happily stay there again but hire a car .

This complex is beautiful from the front. Some of the landscape is really pretty, like the bougainvillea and other vines over the pergola at each door, but other areas are lacking plants, as if they died off and no one bothered to replace them.
We asked to see a room and were told "Unfortunately No". Had we, we would not have stayed. The overall physical appearance inside is good. Where this place lacks is amenities.
Yes, there are clean towels, nice beds, be informed, its 2 twins pushed together) & bedding. It's been nicely cleaned.
We specifically were looking for a place with a kitchen, so we could at least have coffee & a bite to eat in the mornings. There was no coffee maker. We picked up instant. :-/ There's an old noisy microwave and a toaster, an electric kettle & a small adequate fridge, 2 burners/exhaust fan.
The skillet is an old ikea thing that needs to be replaced. No Teflon left. Also no wine glasses.
We were in a ground floor unit. The large patio is a nice touch, but has sunken areas & needs attention. Example: While we were there it rained quite a bit one night and left pretty large puddles for at least half a day. Mosquitos lay eggs in puddles. From the first night we killed 15-20 mosquitos.
The cabinet in the bathroom is badly water damaged, the drain in the shower is slow, feet were covered in Grey water fast.
The sofa bed in the salon was a trundle bed. Pictures showed a hide-away sofa, which would have been nicer to sit on.

This is the second time we have stayed in these apartments. The first time we rented T1, we didn't really like the cleanliness and the apartments. This time we rented T0 - new renovation, new furniture, everything is clean.

Reception were closed on arrival and had no answer when ringing the emergency number, had to book another hotel for the night. We had no room service all week, we were told we’d have some 4 days in and reception claimed that our towels were changed on the sunday but they definitely weren’t? Wouldn’t give us any toilet roll either. The people working at the bar were lovely and had good conversation, food was well priced and fast service. You also have to pay €200 before you check in as security deposit
