I had an incredible experience at this hotel. This was already my second stay, and once again the service exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to thank André Félix for his outstanding care, professionalism, kindness, and attention throughout our stay. A special thank you also to Sol, who was equally welcoming and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The only improvement I would suggest is the installation of electric vehicle charging stations. As many hotels in the Algarve already offer this service, it would be a valuable addition and make the experience even more convenient for guests travelling with electric cars. Apart from that, the rooms are comfortable, cosy, and well maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to returning again in the future.

Great sized apartment with large rooms & large balcony. We had a room with balcony facing out to fields instead of to the pool which was fab as it’s a bit more private. Bar onsite serves good food. The couple Oscar & Mathilda who run it are lovely. Close to shops/resturants. 10 minute walk to the beach & 20 minutes into Portimao. Would definitely choose here again if returning to Portimao.

We looked for a reply to om with a double bed, but they don't have any! We also looked for a walk in shower, they only have one in the hotel and that was in use. We had a great at stay here apart from those issues, the rooms are large and spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and they have a private balcony. We had a great time in the bar, where we met Oscar and Matild, they run the bar, they made us so welcome. The food is excellent although we didn't book to have breakfast here and I am happy we didn't, just not enough choices for me. All in all this is a great place to stay and if you do, be sure and visit the bar.

I have no complaints here, was a very enjoyable stay, apartments were more than adequate, pool was nice, staff at the bar and hotel were great. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you

Not bad. The staff itself were very nice. We had a big balcony, multiple rooms with kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen has fridge, cleaning supplies and oven/stovetop. Bathroom has shower curtain and there were spare towels. We had a dining table and multiple places to eat. The view from the hotel was amazing, and a pleasant 15 minute walk to the beach, and also local to some supermarkets nearby. Our balcony door broke on the first night, and we had to sleep with a broken door on the bottom floor which may be a security problem for young girls travelling alone, but it was fixed the next morning. Sofa and beds were slightly uncomfortable but manageable. Our water ended up being cold and couldn’t fix the temperature despite telling reception, and the water from the shower head was also coming yellow. No cleaning service unless you stay for a week plus. Bar/ restaurant was good, breakfast was okay. Also a lot of noise from nearby places or other people staying at hotel- so be weary if travelling with small children. Pool was nice, clean and very deep and available for most hours of the day.
