I had the best time here. The resort was big and clean . Great food that changes everyday. The meals were delicious and nice. The all inclusive package was worth it.
However, the services was quite terrible. The hotel isn’t good for someone with mobility issues. Also, I struggled to find my room as the description was vague- normally, someone should lead me to my room but I had to do that myself; terrible!

10/10 value for money, the complaints in some of the comments seem to not keep this in mind.
We had a very fun 5 days in this hotel mid November as two friends in our late 20s
There were mostly older people this time of year, but that was actually really fun and probably more calm.
The animation team (shout out to Luna and Ro!) did an amazing job at keeping us entertained with plenty of games like French balls, midget golf, archery, aqua aerobics, etc and each night the winners would get a medal, certificate and a bottle of champagne.
The rooms are maybe a little bit outdated, but they’re functional, quite spacious and clean. For this price I don’t expect something very new and modern.
We had the all inclusive, and once again, for this price I do not get why people complain. The food is buffet style, so don’t expect the best food you have ever eaten. Overall the food was tasty with plenty to choose from, also enough vegetarian options, and the dishes differed a bit each day.
The location is absolutely beautiful with beautiful views from the pool and beach access.
I’d recommend this hotel!

My partner and I stayed here for a week mid October and we had an amazing time. We enjoyed the food at every meal, him the desserts most of all! The room was nice but basic, which was fine as we didn’t go there to spend all our in time in a hotel room! The views were beautiful and quick access to the beach was great for morning swims in the ocean. The staff we interacted with were lovely. The pool area was always clean and tidy and there were no issues getting sunbeds. We enjoyed our time and we would definitely go back here for another holiday!

The most inaccessible complexes I’ve ever stayed in. My fitness and mobility are not great right now but this place tested my poor agility to it’s limit!
To start with, there’s a €100 security deposit on arrival. I've stayed in many places and this is the first time we've been expected to pay this much! It’s a lot of money at the start of your holiday.
When we were able to get into our room, it was accessed by a seedily lit, corrugated iron roofed corridor which passed the complex shop and the ‘indoor swimming pool‘ but I'll come to that later, lay our room A104.
On opening the door, our first impression was of somewhat relief. We'd read the reviews and thought they were ‘obviously’ wrong. Plus, we could smell the bleach and thought this was a good cleanliness point. Once we'd unpacked and started to look at the room, we noticed the there were cracked, loose and broken floor tiles and an outdated bathroom, from somewhere back in the early 80’s! But we decided that we could deal with that. Later, as it was blowing a gale and raining torrentially. I noticed that balcony door was flapping. When I went to secure it, the latch worked in reverse, so turning the handle downwards but it wasn’t very secure, and so I put the chain on too. When next-door visitors slammed their balcony door with regular vigour, our door would bounce open, and it would rattle when the wind blew. We’ve been burgled in Portugal before so I barricaded the door until we could report it to reception. Still waiting...
Some of the interior design features like the tatty, unfinished plywood squares/diamonds on the bathroom door, was not what we expected. Nor were the panelled wardrobe doors that were archaic. Or the ‘wonky’ fridge that was put in a hole in the wall, was just weird! The beds were rather firm but clean and warm.
The air con didn’t work very well. We had to stand on a chair to open the vent to allow air out, and the noise it made was deafening. It didn’t really get warm just warmer as the weather was awful when we were there. We reported it and maintenance came out, but we still had to get on a chair to make it work!
Our view was of the back of ‘D’ block and a skip full of black bin bags. Not what expected but it wasn’t too horrible.
If, like me, you have dodgy knees, or your balance isn’t what it could be, this place could be a struggle. There is a long corridor that leads from reception down to the dining room with around 24 steps that brings you out to a dark and narrow reception area which is rather unwelcoming and becomes of a bottle-neck at peak times.
The food was fairly average for all inclusive, and if all failed, there was always salad and chips! The pool bar and snack bar were run efficiently, with pretty much the same daily food menu.
There were in total 74 steps down to pool area from the indoor. There is an expansive ramp down to the pool, but there are still steps to tackle before you get to the ramp. Incidentally, the indoor pool was less than expected. It was not deep but not very big. It wasn’t big enough for swimming, just floating, as long as there weren’t lots of children or inflatable crocodiles in there!
Whilst we were there, the evening entertainment and bar were run from the café in reception. It was totally inadequate. There weren’t enough places to sit and it was really loud. The bar team, however, were extraordinary. Two of the young women were natural entertainers and had fantastic voices.
There was an alarm that went off regularly on the corridor that one can only assume was a fire alarm. However, no-one ever came to explain, apologise or advise.
To the people upstairs who felt the need to drag your furniture around until 2.30 most mornings, 🤬. Totally unfair!

Hotel is very outdated. All rooms needs to be redone. Windows have gaps. Doors are not secured. And nightmare for us was a door key of a size of a coin! The sizes of them rooms are mad. We had 3xrooms over 7 people and rooms were massive! We were in block D and there are four blocks so dont know if we were lucky or if all the rooms are this big.
Can't complain about food. There was plenty of variety for every meal. So it's impossible to be hungry there! Drinks are nice. Entertainment so-so and the entertainer area is way too small... we had one say with rain and since morning all tables were taken and there was no bar sits or any other sits available. But even in a nice weather place was crammed.
The area of the hotel is great. Close to the beach and some rocks. Beautiful views all around and close to the town.
