We spent 10 nights here with our four children, and from start to finish we had the most amazing holiday!
Everything was just perfect. The entertainment team were fantastic and worked so hard to make everyone feel included, especially the children. The kids’ club was a huge bonus—our girls absolutely loved it and were genuinely sad to leave.
The location is lovely, with a beautiful beach right by the hotel that was perfect for relaxing and spending time as a family.
The food was excellent. I’m a really fussy eater, but I honestly enjoyed everything we ate. The daytime snack bar was also brilliant and had plenty of choice.
A special mention has to go to our cleaner, who worked incredibly hard every day and kept our apartment spotless throughout our stay.
Thank you to everyone for making our family holiday so special. We made memories we’ll never forget and would happily return!

Fantastic location, right by the beach, nice spot to walk around by the seafront 15 minute walk to the marina.
Staff really friendly and helpful, the rooms are a little tired but comfortable. The food was decent, they have a little children's buffet which was fab for our little one.
The plates weren't all clean in the buffet area so just grab a different one.
Honestly ideal place if you have little ones, they have splash pools, play area and evening entertainment for little ones too. Go all inclusive and benefit from everything, so you don't have to worry where to go for lunch or buying drinks etc.

Had a lovely week here with my husband end of June. The hotel staff are all very friendly, the rooms are very spacious! We were all inclusive but still had a kettle, microwave, fridge etc.. the hotel is kept clean and the food is delicious. We only ate in the main restaurant and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw there is a 'VEGAN CORNER'!! Everyday there was vegan bacon for breakfast, porridge made with plant milk. Lunches and dinners there was usually something with lentils, Beans or chickpeas plus deliciously seasoned vegetables, there were even vegan nuggets and meatballs a couple of days. They had almond, oat and soya milk, soya yoghurts and aside from Vegan corner there was so much other food suitable for vegans dotted about there's a sign saying to notify them if u would like vegan desserts (I didn't).as I was already getting plenty of sugar from the cocktails! There a 3 pools too, we found sunloungers every day. The hotel is litterally minutes from the beach. Cocktails are OK, I mainly stuck to mojitos as freshly made, many of the others are premixed. The red wine is nice and cava is also on the all inclusive which was a bonus! Pool towels are given for the duration with the option to change with lifeguard on certain days. Very family oriented but as a couple we still very much enjoyed it.. also one last thing.. in the restaurant there is an 'adults only' section !

We booked this hotel for its location. Having stayed previously at either end of Playa Blanca, we wanted to be close to a beach and more central. The room had everything required, but was a little dated; the bed had mattress toppers over the mattress and wasn't hugely comfortable; there was plenty of hot water; the room was clean and spacious; the food was a bit hit and miss. Breakfast was plentiful and with great choice; dinner was sometimes ok, but food was always lukewarm and the fish/meat quite dry. The ingredients are all there, the cooking and presentation was not always great. Choice of house wines/soft drinks available - serve yourself in the restaurant and drinks always available throughout the day in various locations.
However, the view from the terrace was perfect/stunning and the location super - this made our holiday. 😀😀 The housekeeping was great and the staff very friendly. The spa is again a little dated, but we enjoyed a massage from a very capable, friendly lady.
Two ringed hob, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery, beach towels, shower gel, soap, washing uo liquid and tea towel provided. There is no shaver socket in the bathroom, but there are two electric sockets. Plenty of storage and an iron/ironing board provided. Supermarkets close by for water, milk and essentials.
There seemed to be plenty going on for children and a separate layout for food in the restaurant.
Would we book here again - yes if we could guarantee a room in the same area. 😍

After reading a review below, I thought I would start with the steps, stairs, ramps, and hill.
I don’t know what the percentage is of rooms that don’t have steps or stairs into them, but it must be a very low number.
I have just taken the time to re-read the TUI page on this hotel, and if I am right, there is no mention of any steps, stairs, or ramps at this hotel.
We were in room 6C, 8 steep steps to the gate at the top, no wider than a large suitcase. I can walk, and I struggled to get my suitcase to the top.
TUI needs to get their hotel page sorted so people can make a choice about going to this hotel, as not everyone classifies themselves as special assistance. They need to mail me and talk this over.
Let’s get to the main event, the food.
Good food labeling with vegan and gluten-free sections with a good selection of food at each meal time on both these stations. I had some excellent vegan food.
No shortage of pizzas. Always a good choice in the kids’ food section.
A good selection of desserts which changed each meal time.
Most nights were a theme night.
What I also liked, there was always a chef on hand to answer any questions.
The chefs and dining room staff worked very hard to give you a great experience.
Soft drink, beer, and wine available to help yourself.
Now for my 0 out of 10. The hot drinks were hanging, sorry, hot chocolate more than any, this was the same across the whole complex out of the hotel drinks machine.
Poolside bar.
The best thing they have, Is a no food by the pool policy.
They have a bar you can walk into with your swim stuff on and get a drink.
The poolside food bar you need to put footwear on and tops.
This is one of the best food bars by the pool I have been in.
Rooms.
We had 6C, a superior room. An air-conditioning problem with this room that never got fixed, which I reported on day one. I think it’s a standing problem as we had two fans in the room.
The room was very clean, the beds were okay.
The cleaning team were very polite. TV had come English TV and kids’ channels in the day.
This room is 2 minutes from the beach, a few shops, and restaurants. Up the hill, 2 minutes to the pool, dining room, and entertainment room. The gym is the same way.
Entertainment:
If you have stayed in a TUI Blue before, it’s all the same.
Lots of stuff around the pool for the kids, lots of get-fit for the adults. Lots of sunbeams, not sure what it would be like in the summer.
Evening entertainment starts with the baby’s story time and ends with adult stuff. Some in-house TUI staff act as well as outside stuff coming in. You like it or you don’t, as it’s not for all.
As always with Lanzarote, pack a light coat as it can get a little cool in the evening if it’s windy.
You can always relax on the patio.
All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
The TUI staff were also very friendly and helpful.
