Welcoming and friendly on arrival, show you on a map how to get to your room. Room is a nice size but needs touching up. We had to go to reception on the third day and inform them our room had not been cleaned in three day and no fresh towels where provided either, they come within the hour and provided fresh towels but did not clean the room. The room was cleaned on day five of our stay we received fresh towels also. Breakfast is a 10/10 but lunch and dinner not so good, we had to eat out has it wasn’t for us. Entertainment is ok but if you don’t get there early you will have to stand, there is not enough seating for the amount of guest staying.
Pool area is nice but the pool itself is not cleaned regularly always sand at the bottom.
Check out is midday they remove your band and you are no longer aloud to use the facilities or have lunch/dinner unless you pay. So if you have a later pick up you left stranded.

Had a really lovely, hassle-free stay at Livvo Morromar — genuinely couldn’t complain. The place is well looked after, and the staff were all really friendly and easy to deal with.
We arrived early (around 10) knowing check-in wasn’t till 3, but they gave us the all-inclusive bands straight away, which was a great touch and made the whole thing very easy.
The food in the main restaurant was beautiful with plenty of choice.
Apartment was comfortable and perfect for the two of us.
Overall, great value, very relaxed atmosphere, and we really enjoyed every minute. Would happily go back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can definitely recommend it. The location is excellent – both the airport and the beach are very close and easy to reach.
The food was varied and delicious, offering something for everyone every day. We would especially like to highlight the animation team: the staff make a great effort, are very dedicated, and create a fantastic atmosphere with their friendliness and enthusiasm. The staff at the bar and in the restaurant were also very attentive and friendly.
One small point of criticism is that the floor in our room could have been cleaner upon arrival. However, this did not significantly affect our overall very positive impression.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!

Usually, I wait until the last day of my holiday before leaving a review, but Apartamentos LIVVO Morromar deserves one before we've even checked out.
I genuinely do not understand how this hotel is rated as three stars. In my opinion, it comfortably exceeds that standard in almost every area.
The food has been exceptional throughout our stay. As someone who has stayed in many all-inclusive resorts over the years, I can honestly say I have eaten better here than in some four-star hotels. The variety, quality, presentation, and taste have consistently been outstanding, and every meal feels carefully prepared rather than mass-produced.
The cleanliness is impeccable. Everywhere is spotless, from the accommodation and communal areas to the pool surroundings. The restaurant team deserves special recognition for the way they continuously clean and reset tables between guests. The attention to detail is remarkable.
What has impressed me most, however, is the staff. Every member of the team has been friendly, professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. They are always available to help, but never intrusive. There is no sense of people hovering around you or expecting tips; they simply get on with their work exceptionally well while maintaining a positive attitude and a smile.
The pool area is well maintained, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the whole complex feels cared for with real pride.
If I had to mention one very small area for improvement, it would be that a few additional sunbeds around the pool could be useful during the busiest periods. However, this was never a significant problem and certainly did not affect our enjoyment of the holiday.
It is rare these days to stay somewhere where absolutely everything meets or exceeds expectations, but this has been one of those places. The combination of outstanding food, exceptional cleanliness, and wonderful colleagues makes this hotel stand out from many others we have visited.
A huge thank you to everyone at LIVVO Morromar for making our holiday so enjoyable. We are still here, but we already know we would happily return and would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

i was just on holiday here with my family and the room is great, especially because of the kitchen area. Unfortunately, my niece has not been able to eat much as she has autism as well as arfid and is very picky/unable to eat anything other than her safe foods, so the only thing she is really eating is chips and pasta and hashbrowns in the morning when they have them as they do not have very many options for kids like her (not even chicken nuggets, and we only saw pizza one day) this means pretty much every meal we are having to go out to get food for her. We booked this place due to seeing reviews saying they had food for kids (chicken nuggets etc) however to be met with just pasta and potato for her was a little lackluster, although i personally enjoyed the food and found the staff really pleasant it just wasn’t great for her. The location is very good, close to the airport, close to bus stops to get to the main towns, only issue is we found buses to be unreliable or often being too full. The service has been amazing, only issue is when we first came in and got our rooms we could not find them for the life of us even after having it circled on a map as we didn’t really understand the directions, would be very helpful if they were to have two receptionists as the one working was amazing but he always seemed so stressed and overwhelmed due to how busy it would get upon new arrivals, possibly having someone actually taking you to show you your room.
