Just came back from an 11 night stay.
Rooms are basic clean and great shower fridge and hob in the kitchen, cleaned daily... beds changed every other day and clean towels the same... 20 euro deposit for air aircon which was refunded at the end.. free wifi... beach towels available at 1 euro per day 30 euro deposit again refunded when we left... short walk to the beach and local bars and eateries plus a great play park for little ones.. pool area clean and plenty of sunbeds.. we stayed all inclusive and as we had a little one with us who is a little fussy we struggled with her but we always had something hot and fresh ... breakfast had a good choice ... snack bar by the pool had the usual burgers pizza hotdog fries ect... staff all very nice and helpful... the animation team work hard to keep you entertained around the pool but a lovely quiet pool is available should just want to relax... the evening entertainment was a little lack lustre and could be improved ... we paid for 3 star and didnt expect 5 star... we wouldnt hesitate to go back ... 10 minutes from the airport,lovely location.

We arrived 26th august 2026,at around 11.20pm,walking to the reception we could see it look dated but got our check in done quick,went to our room to drop case's to be greated with a damp and fusty smell,and to see the room was very dated to,basic is all i can say.then went to get a drinck to be told there's nothing open,we can only give u a cup of water,a small amount of ham and cheese in a fridge section then offered for something to eat,went to bed to find we coudnt get to sleep we felt itcy,only to find ant's on our bed and crawling out of socket the hotel did spray but they kept coming back,we went to get some breakfast and when we saw the restaurent very dated wooden pallets made into seat's with horrible plastic cushions on and some of the chairs were very dirty looking,we looked at the food and it didnt look very nice,we went without,then we went pool witch dosn't open until 10am,we got some bed's witch look new the pools are nice but the bottom pool has no toilets or bar,so you have to go to top bar and toilets are in entertainment room there not very nice,quiet at bottom pool more stuff going on at top pool.we tried lunch but didnt like the look of food so went out.the cups you get around pool are hard platic and can be sharpe around the edges,we then went for food at evening wasnt much better,we ate out the whole hoilday just had dricks in hotel,on 30th the hotel started to interduce tokens as well as having bands on allready,the tokens were to get a cup so you get a drinck,to stop cups going into the sea even though we wasnt near it,but if you lost your cup you had to pay for new tokens,suppost to be all inclusive,we had our cups taken so we spoke to rep,but some people we spoke to said they had to pay for tokens.the place is been cleaned but because its dated it didnt look clean.
The good thing its near shops,bars and resturants,and not far to beach,the beaches can be rocky in places but nice beaches.bus stop not far and we went to next resort a hour away and was only 5.20 euro each,

We went on our family holiday fully aware we’d booked a 3* property, and at that level and cost we were extremely satisfied. Food was varied and of good quality, entertainment staff were brilliant, and the location is ideal for the beach and nearby shops and bars. Would recommend. The apartment setup makes a nice change from hotels. Oh, and if you love cats, you’re in for a treat 😁

This is an ok place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They switched our rooms because we were too close to the entertainment stage and wanted something quieter. The place can be a bit noisy because of proximity to the Lanzarote airport and windows here don't seem to be soundproof. Although after 10pm the landings stop or become less frequent, sometimes I got woken up early in the morning by the plane noise. One advantage is it's close to the beach and restaurants. The food is ok, we were in all inclusive. There's not a lot of options, it's very basic, all inclusive fair. The animations are also quite basic, done in a very amateurish way, but untrained staff. The swimming pools are ok, they get easily hogged by English tourists who queue up from early in the morning and leave behind their towels to "reserve" the chairs. No one to set them right. All in all, it's very average, and we were a bit disappointed with respect to what we paid.

Me and a friend spent a week here and loved it! A lot of the reviews are overly critical, we stayed all inclusive, I am quite a picky eater so not all of the food was to my taste (a lot of fish) but there was always something for me to eat, the bar staff are quick and very friendly and reception staff are always willing to help! I had an issue with the vending machine quite late at night and the staff member sorted it no bother! We found the room quite spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony and fridge was great, there was a 20 euro deposit fir the air con remote, but we did get it back and it was well worth it. We found we never had to fight for a sunbed like other reviews say and pool had plenty of room, would definitely recommend staying here
