We had a wonderful holiday here and the hotel was a highlight of our trip (Feb 2026). The room was spacious, comfy and cleaned every day. Simple with everything needed. The pool was right outside our room (there are two pools in the hotel and the hotel is in two parts on either side of the road connected by a tunnel). The breakfast was lovely, pool bar nice, staff friendly and helpful. The location is good - up the hill as you leave the main resort but we preferred this to be somewhere quiet and relaxing. Town is only 10 mins walk, shop 5 mins and the beach about 15 mins. The public bus stop is also a very short walk which is handy for exploring the island. We booked quite last minute and felt it was good value for money! Overall would recommend this hotel if you are wanting to stay in this part of Puerto del Carmen!

My daughter and I had the best holiday here.
The room was nice and clean with good self catering facilities.
The pool was heated and well maintained. Plenty of space to relax while watching the children play.
Food was brilliant with a wide selection.
The best thing about our stay was the amazing service from everyone at the hotel. The bar staff were attentive and so polite as were the reception. Special mention to Kevin and Juan who were incredible. My daughter was so excited to see them everyday. They are both certainly good at their jobs! Thank you and see you next year :)

Our first time at this hotel, and we must say, we have no complaints. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment in Flora 2. Comfortable beds, a quiet night's sleep. The rooms were so comfortable and cleaned daily, with fresh bedding and towels every day. We paid a 10-euro deposit for the pool towels, and after having clean towels to lay on daily, you get your money back at the end of your stay. We were provided with free body wash, shampoo, soap, washing-up liquid, a sponge, a tea towel, a free safe, and Wi-Fi. The pool was heated and relaxing, and the staff were nice and helpful. Okay, this hotel is situated up from the main strip, but this wasn't an issue for us as cabs were accessible, and we often enjoyed the walk back. We all agreed we would definitely be back.
Ps. We loved the cats, especially the kitten, which the hotel staff took such good care of.
EVE Cowell
Lovely big hotel with apparthotel across the road. Withing 15 minute walk from the old town the restaurants, bars, shops at the bottom of the hill. Lots of taxis only €4-5 per trip no Uber, not needed. Only €20 to go to airport. The hotel has a free shuttle to take people down to the main beach for free (3 times a day both way). We stayed self catering, everything you need to cook in studio, maid cleaning every day. Walk in shower, hairdryer, toiletries . Our room near quiet pool, plenty of sunbeds. Main pool with pool bar can be a bit noisy . Restaurant and supermarket. I would recommend

This is the 3rd time we as a family have stayed in this hotel and we love it. Staff are amazing so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spotless with the lovely staff coming in everyday to clean replace towels etc. Lots to do during the day for adults and kids as well as entertainment on a night in the bar. Food in the poolside bar is amazing and the breakfast and buffet dinner options have loads of variety to suit everyone. Can't wait to go back thank you x
