Rooms were exactly as expected and looked just like in the photos. They were also very quiet. The location is good. The only downside is that you have to walk uphill when returning from the Old Town and the harbour, but it wasn't a problem because the uphill walk is quite short. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We booked half board, and the dinner menu was different every day, with a different theme each evening. One big downside is the sunbed reservation issue. By 10:00 a.m., there were no free spots under the umbrellas because people had "reserved" them by leaving their towels on the sunbeds, even though they weren't at the pool. The hotel should do something about this. A lovely surprise was that the hotel left me a birthday gift, which was a really nice touch! Overall, everything was great, and in many ways it exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just home from a 10 night stay at the THB Flora. We had an amazing holiday. Rooms were spotless, the cleaners were fantastic, the resort was spotless. The entertainment team, Juan was amazing, he remembered all of our names couldnt do enough for the kids and adults that were there. Ate in the restaurant 3times the food was delicious, everything fresh 👌 I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. 10 out of 10 👍

We returned last week from our 2 week stay at thb flora. When we arrived we didn't have a view from our room like we expected we Spoke to the director and he explained they was fully booked and asked for some time after 2 nights we where moved to a room over looking the pool the service was brilliant. The cleaners where lovely and did a great job constantly on the go cleaning. Bar staff and restaurant staff where brilliant very friendly. My son loved lina and the chef. The biggest shout out we need to give is to KEVIN (entertainment) he made our holiday he is the most kind,funny,friendly & talented person ever our kids absolutely love him and so did we nothing was ever to much and his talents are endless hes an assest to the hotel. Also to Juan he was brilliant with the children aswell they are very good at what they do I hope the hotel appreciates them as much as we did and are grateful to have them. We would definitely visit again 💙

First time staying at this hotel. We were self catering and stayed across the road at flora II . rooms were very nice , had basically everything we needed and cleaners in everyday. Only small issue with the room is the shower was very temperamental when pressing a button in to switch the water to the overhead shower and would often switch back to the hand held shower head. another small issue is that in the room there were no propper bowls only dishes. Not big issues just some things that was a little inconvenient. Pool in flora 2 seemed quieter then the main pool which we liked and wasn’t a fight to get a sun bead, however there is a smell of cat feaces in some areas around the pool because the cats will use flower beds as litter trays. Can’t comment on the restaurant food however the pool snacks were very nice with a variety of options and staff very nice. Hotel is closer to the old town than the new town , hotel is located on a larger hill which didn’t bother us however just bear in mind if you’re someone who struggles with walking or doesn’t want to be paying for a taxi a lot. A taxi ride from new town was about 3-4 euros. Hotel is also in a good location to get bus to playa Blanca or arrecife, bus stop only 2 min walk away

This is the 3rd time we as a family have stayed in this hotel and we love it. Staff are amazing so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spotless with the lovely staff coming in everyday to clean replace towels etc. Lots to do during the day for adults and kids as well as entertainment on a night in the bar. Food in the poolside bar is amazing and the breakfast and buffet dinner options have loads of variety to suit everyone. Can't wait to go back thank you x
