We currently on holiday at this fabulous hotel, we are in the serenity section (although god only knows how that happened 🙂), it's quiet, clean and just right for me and my wife. If you're looking for a quiet relaxing holiday then this is the place for you. There's WiFi throughout, the breakfast service is excellent and the housekeeping staff come in 4 times a week to clean and/or change bedding/towels etc.

We spent a fabulous week here at the start of June. We were b&b but we did eat in the restaurant twice as we had had busy days and didn't want to venture further. It was a plus that we were able to see the night before what would be for dinner the next day so we could plan. Rooms were spotless, staff friendly, breakfast was great. Plenty of fresh fruit, bread and a hot selection. It is so lovely and peaceful in the serenity section which is just what we wanted. Only thing was the busier it got some people decided to reserve beds with umbrellas. Maybe they could think about providing more parsols around the pool area as there was no option of shade without this. We would recommend this hotel to everyone wanting a quieter Costa Teguise experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Stayed here for a week, we did the upgrade to the serenity area and was worth it. Separate pool and much quieter than the main area. The staff were great. The food though is just awful and very basic flavour buffet. There is a lot of choice for sure, but not the best quality. The juices are easily the worst I've ever had though.
The rooms are basic but comfy enough for the requirements of our party.

Lovely hotel, and great value for the price! Breakfast was well presented and delicious every day and the staff were great. Rooms are a good size and lovely views too because of the location, though it’s bit out the way but it’s what we wanted and only like a 15/20 min walk to the centre. We were so sad to be coming home and would definitely return!

Just stayed for the first time and allocated a room on the ground floor/ serenity side. The room was well equipped, clean and spacious. It had a small kitchen, tv and plenty of room to spread out. Food was excellent and as we had booked half board, included a well cooked breakfast with every option we could wish for, including churos with hot chocolate. ( My personal fave )
We also enjoyed a wonderful buffet evening meal, which included many options which changed every night. One night they served steak, (amongst many other options) which was very tasty 😋. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we booked a longer stay at the hotel for next year.
