Positive surprise this hotel. We were two weeks here. Only thing i cant tell about is food because we hadnt any. This area is full of restaurants and room had kitchenette so we wanted to eat different places everyday. Also right against hotel is Dino market. Cleanness was really good. Nothing to complain. Only proposal would be that also balcony floor and table could be cleaned at same when apartment is cleaned. There is coming some sand from air, but it was easy to clean by myself. 👍 Service was good all around hotel. You can also have transferring ordered by hotel nicely. Location is best thing in this hotel. Really near amazing nice beach and two other beaches also and all restaurants and bars and shops are in walking distance. I give tip: walk as far as you want and start shop jumping from there, there is little cheaper prices. Pools: big pool was warmed and get truly nice warm by the day. For me also smaller pool was good because i like cooler water. Another tip: keep your bathroom sink seawer closed when not using, you might get suprise visitor if not. 😅 I had forgetted to close it one night and i needed to kill one cockroach. But it was only time i saw cockroach in hotel for two week being there. Rooms: we had seaview apartment and must say that it was worth it. We enjoyed lots of amazing seaview and watching wawes from balcony wich had table and two chairs. Our room number was 303. Our companion did have 206 and it was even nicer because it was thru building having bedroom window also to the pool and they had bigger balcony and also sunlounge on it. I think this hotel is worth of its price. 👍

I booked a superior room, it was very spacious and had all the facilities needed for self catering. Nice touch of a bottle of water on arrival. When I first arrived the toilet flush was broken and the toilet constantly had water going into the bowl, I informed reception and within 5 minutes maintenance turned up and fixed it, great service. Reception was always very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is located a minutes walk of all the bars and restaurants. My balcony wasn't very big but enough for me to sit alone on it. It also got the sun all afternoon which was great. Only criticism is there is no Air con, wasn't a great hardship as it was cool in January in the evening. They do provide a fan, but for the size of room I don't think it would be enough in the warmer months. For that reason I would return here, but not in the hotter months

We are going here over 10 years with our children and on our own as a couple. I am sad to say customer satisfaction and service is gone since Sea Sense took over. The staff are amazing and so good but their hands are tied due to corporate decisions. I was put in a 1 star room that was bearly fit for purpose. Beds were good. We used to go here twice a year but I am sad to say we booked the H10 for October as we feel our loyalty to the Galeon is definitely not being reciprocated after the room we were given. Very disappointed😞. Standard rooms should not be falling apart. Toilet sliding door not closing and shower pole held up with blinds chain etc. Standard rooms need to have a standard. Not just anything will do.

First visit - great location for sea swims in lagoon area, handy for shops, restaurants access to promenade and Dolce Vita gelatos! Less than a mile to get to open roads for cycling. Very comfortable self catering apartment, basic for catering but enough. Pool a decent temperature and well kept. Didn't try the buffet restaurant but looked good - next time!

Having never been to Lanzarote before we opted to stay at Galeon Playa due to the location and amenities around ...we had a lovely stay in a 2 bedroom apartment ground floor as we did request it . It was very big spacious and comfortable and very comfortable beds to give that best nights sleep . We had a few issues with the bathroom shower and drainage smell but it was delt with accordingly.. i found things within the bathroom needed tweaking as the floor was stained and the shower tray this needed a good clean or replaced with this being a big company Seasence. This didn't ruin our stay though . The Galy club was fun but as discussed with the staff the entertainment needed to be on longer than 930pm seeing that the bar is open until midnight. I hope this can be rectified as the staffs are amazing the entertainment girls are too and was a shame there was nothing else to keep you on sight from the entertainment finishing just general music playing . We had such a lovely stay and we will return eventually and would like to see the events in full swing . Thanks for a lovely welcome and stay 😊
