The hotel is in a very good location, right by the sea although there is a construction site next door which will probably block the seaview after it's finished. The food is delicious, great variety, well prepared, also with gluten free options. A special mention goes to restaurant servers at the cash desk, who are always smiling, extremely polite, and makes guests feel very welcome. The rooms may be a little dated, but provides everything you need. Overall, we are having a wonderful stay and would happily return.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel and were very happy with our experience. Considering it is a 3-star plus hotel, it exceeded our expectations. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable throughout our stay. The food was very good, with plenty of options every day for both adults and our child. We especially appreciated that the menu changed daily, so there was always something new to try. The location is excellent,just a short walk from the beach and very close to shops, restaurants, and bars, making it easy to explore the area without needing transport. Overall, we believe this hotel offers great value for money. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to families and anyone looking for a comfortable holiday.

We are currently staying at Galeón Playa by SeaSense and have been very happy with our experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right by the sea and next to two beautiful beaches. The food is truly delicious. The restaurant may not be the largest, but the food is always fresh, tasty, and well prepared. I especially enjoy the fresh fish and vegetables served in the evenings. A special mention goes to one of the restaurant servers Leo and Jose, who are always smiling, extremely polite, and makes guests feel very welcome. We were also delighted that the hotel accommodated all of our room requests. We received a high-floor room with a sea view, a bath, and a quiet location, exactly as requested. Thank you very much for that. The rooms may be a little dated, but the stunning sea views and peaceful setting more than make up for it. Overall, we are having a wonderful stay and would happily return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 from me.

Lovely place to stay at the Galeón Playa apartments. Rooms adequate and cosy for our stay. Place very clean. Lovely pool view. Bathroom could do with redecorating and up grading. Lovely pools to swim in. Staff very helpful and friendly from the cleaners to the reception. We arrived very late due to stormy weather issues in Dublin, but check in was quick and easy. Ideally located with short walks to the beautiful beaches and swims in the clearest and clean water. People very friendly. All the other guests were nice and friendly too. Quiet place. Looking forward to a return visit. Well done all the guys at Galeón Playa.

We are going here over 10 years with our children and on our own as a couple. I am sad to say customer satisfaction and service is gone since Sea Sense took over. The staff are amazing and so good but their hands are tied due to corporate decisions. I was put in a 1 star room that was bearly fit for purpose. Beds were good. We used to go here twice a year but I am sad to say we booked the H10 for October as we feel our loyalty to the Galeon is definitely not being reciprocated after the room we were given. Very disappointed😞. Standard rooms should not be falling apart. Toilet sliding door not closing and shower pole held up with blinds chain etc. Standard rooms need to have a standard. Not just anything will do.
