Last night tonight....as others mention the food is OK, not the best I've had but certainly not the worst either. Everything else makes up for that 100% The girls on reception helped with any needs we had. The bar staff were amazing. Juan the entertainer did exactly just that, great bloke. Not forgetting the lovely staff in the mini mart who helped us book our day trip too. And then just got back to the apartment to find it immaculate and our PJs under our pillows.
It's little touches like that which make me want to come back here the next time I visit the island.
I also didn't see many kids around which was an added bonus although that may be seasonal too.
Yes all round great holiday....thank you all and see you next year x
Ps was gunna leave 4* due to food but after writing my review I went back and give you what you deserved. 5* service, 5* staff you deserve the full 5* thank you all 🙂

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were exceptional. Special mention to Oscar who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We had a slight issue with our room and he gave us another room that we were so happy with!! The hotel is extremely clean and very relaxing and quiet and not too big. There is a small mini mart in the hotel which is handy. The beach is about a 10 minute stroll away with the Pueblo Marinero slightly further. We stayed on a b and b basis so can't comment on the food other than that the breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.

An honest review, the welcome at reception was nice, the reception area is clean and welcoming, the mini market is okay, didn't realy use it so cant comment on prices.
The room is spacious and clean, the beds are very comfortable, our room overlooked the pool, the balcony is a good size with the usual plastic patio furniture. With the patio door closed you cannot hear the noise from around the pool.
The pool was very disappointing as there was no disabled access to either of the deeper pools, so one of us couldn't go in. Surely in 2026 all areas should have disabled access.
The area around the pool is nice, plenty of sunbeds, they prevent early bird reservations by stacking and locking the beds up overnight.
The poolside bar is nice, most drinks available on all inclusive, you pay a 1€ deposit for an ecocup, we liked this as it stops the overflowing bins and empty cups blowing around everywhere.
The bar in the evening is clean and spacious, in the evening you don't have to use the ecocup they give you a glass, usually only one staff member again so when they are collecting glasses and tidying chairs you may have to wait to be served.
The only animation staff member Juan is great he works hard and he engages with all guests. There is an obvious lack of funding from the hotel. Outside entertainment twice a week, no ambience created for this, all lights kept on. On the other 5 nights its Bingo, followed by a quiz, dancing or karaoke. Again this is all done by Juan, he spends time chatting with each table, if there were more animation staff this could be done quicker. On one night we had the 360 camera with Liana, this was fun.
The restaurant is clean well set out. Typical all inclusive foods, lovely fresh salads, a lot of the time the food was cold but we didn't starve. There is a lift for disabled access.
The hotel is possibly within walkingl distance of Costa Teguise Square, we went in a taxi, prices ranged from 3€ -4€ depending on the time, reception will call them for you.
Overall its a good hotel with the potential to be better if some money was put in to it. We will definitely return and look forward to it

Clean rooms but very dated. Staff at bars dont seem to want to be there very rude and slow. Don't change glasses or wash them when getting fresh drinks. Food very basic bland and not fresh lots of tinned items like mushrooms. Salad buffet basic and unappealing. Clean and cheap but wont be back such a shame as with not much effort it could be a great place such a shame. After 30 years of all inclusive this has to be the worst. Reception staff lovely.

If you have any basic human standards stay away from this place.
I don't know where to start so I'll keep to the main points.
Rent a cup for €1 in an all-inclusive resort. I've never seen the likes and the drink is shocking.
Food - absolute muck. My dog wouldn't even eat it.
Restaurant - its in the basement with has no windows, bright lights and so loud you'd swear you where in a disco.
Entertainment - non existent other than bingo and bingo.
Staff - tried their best but you could tell the management or owners just don't care because the staff didn't care.
Rooms - the worst I've ever stayed in. No air con or WiFi and a very old safe which you could rent.
Theft - my sons Nintendo Switch was stolen from our room during a clean up by the staff.
Grounds - old and decapitated, the outdoor all weather pitch has a fence around it that could take the eyes out of your head if you weren't careful.
Bathrooms - small with broken shower and no shampoo or hand soap.
Double bed - it's an old sofa bed with a 20 year old mattress full of stains??
My wife and I went for a week with our 2 sons 6 and 10 and they even hated it so much that we left most days and stayed at other Hotels and ate out in local restaurants.
10 times we've stayed in Lanzarote and this place wins the crown for the most disgusting hotel in Europe.
By the way. We stayed last July and its taken me this long to get over the shock of what was meant to be our once a year family holiday.
Our own fault in fairness.
It was our first time booking at last minute and we didn't take head of the reviews and booked cheap and definitely not cheerful.
Holiday cost me twice as much in the end to entertain the kids and feed the family out.
Too many nice hotels around, this is not one of them.
