We stayed at florist at the start of June. First off this place was super clean the staff did not seem to stop cleaning all the rooms everyday and every evening cleaning the pool area. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Always smiling and laughing with people and taking to the kids. We went all inclusive and the range of drink available all day was great
The food for great with a cold selection of pastas and salad that changed each day along side meat and cheeses as well as hot items that were cooked throughout the service form seafood paella, chips, lasagne, meats and other items that were different ever night. My fussy 5 yo tried and loved plenty of new food. The entertainment throughout the day was very popular although we ourselves did not take part. It’s was just over the road from a spa shop and the beach and there was a nice little walk with some shops and bars around the corner. It was also just under €5 to get a taxi to the casino in Puerto del carmen where there is a more wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The staff in reception called us taxis and were helpful as well. We flew with jet 2 and the morning after arrival there was a rep available if needed. We will be staying here again for sure based on the staffs attitude, cleanliness and services provided

Hotel has positive and negative points.
Rooms are massive and cleaned daily. Main pool is huge and others are available. Getting a sunbed is an early rise I'm afraid as the whole complex is open so towels were going down from as early as 6am.....but I went down at 8am and sometimes 😅 was fortunate to get some. Mad I know. Facilities like golf, footy courts are run down....Staff are friendly throughout the complex.
Entertainment is basic but depends what your going for...
Negative sides.....snack bar is inside with drinks bar. Carnage between 12-2pm. All too close together. Should be an outside bar built to seperate. Plenty of space to do it. Main dining hall is big but food has a grill part / hot food and a cold food/ desserts part. Not a large choice and sometimes struggled for something.
Spar over road from hotel but closes 9pm.
Small shopping/ restraunt strip 5 mins away. Larger place 25 mins away with more to do if you like a walk out.
Beach is 5 mins away. Proper sand and very clean.
I loved my break here even though improvements can be made......

Anyone looking to book this hotel, I would strongly recommend looking at alternatives. As a family of 5, we have just returned from a one week all inclusive stay and would not return or recommend. Location was good, 2 minutes from bars, shops and the beach. Food absolutely awful, not much variety, cheap and often incorrectly labelled. Poor quality fruit, not much fresh, fresh melon/apple/banana/oranges mostly available but others just swimming in syrup or juice like from a tin. Snack bar busy and small hot menu of foods that are not enjoyable at all - mushy burgers & strange nuggets. All inclusive ice creams (soft scoop) help your self when the freezer is actually out, not too bad but other ice creams are not included and are extra. Cocktails are absolutely dreadful, only a few available for all inclusive and they are extremely low quality are not enjoyable at all. Rooms are cleaned daily however we had a constant issue with ants and when we would complain, someone would come and spray them - but they always come back. Staff hit and miss, most of them don’t look happy to be there and aren’t approachable. In the dining area there isn’t many tables that seat over 4 people so when you ask for some help, it feels like you're a huge inconvenience to them. A younger lady on reception was kind however our room was not ready at check in and had to wait another hour. Older lady on reception is quite rude, along with a man we had at check out who just looked at us and said ‘bye then’.
Pool is on the colder side, however we never had any problems getting a lounger and we always went after 10! There’s always spares around for you to help yourself so no idea why people are saying there wasn’t any, there was clearly lots. Entertainment was alright, wouldn’t write home about it. Wasn’t much for children, the golf area was a mess and dangerous, cracked tiles, extension lead left out, football court dated and the games room just a joke. There are some reviews suggesting this could be a 4*, there is absolutely no way, it’s scraping it at 3. The hotel is definitely accessible but needs a modern refurbishment. It was easily £1,000 overpriced. This hotel should not be an all inclusive, many of the time we went out for food. The language barrier was high at this hotel, it was hard at times just asking if there was any none fizzy children drinks.
I don’t enjoy leaving a bad review but this hotel has a potential and unfortunately it is not reflecting the price paid.
There is a quieter side of the hotel, with its own pool that would be perfect for anyone wanting room only.
WiFi is also waste of time.

Only a 3 star hotel but should be 4 in my opinion. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very pleasant staff and some of best rooms I have stayed in. Great location, and pool, perfect for a relaxing break, I will be back next year

Friendly clean hotel.
Couple of mins from beach, spar shop on the way.
45 min walk from main strip, or about 5 euro in taxi, reception will book taxi.
Roons are big, with hob, microwave
Food is fine
