We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The facilities are great, the bedroom very spacious, with nice amenities and the location is unbeatable. But the staff is the one that makes the experience completely worth it. Aleksander is a very nice and proactive Guest Experience Manager, making sure we are enjoying our stay and that we would have his direct contact in case we would need anything. We deeply appreciated the upgrade we were offered because of our one week stay.
I would need to do a special mention to the hotel restaurant and its staff - great food (taste and presentation), amazing drinks but above all an impecable service! The restaurant's dining room staff is so effortlessly elegant, polite and professional without losing the human touch which makes the whole difference - mainly when you have kids.
The noise at night in that area is expectable and indeed the rooms could have better sound isolation - nonetheless, is an improvement that I would say is easy and tangible in a medium-term. This being said, it was a very small thing compared with the entire positive experience we had!
Thank you so much for making our first experience in Malta an unforgetable one! ❤️🙏

Hotel is in a great location, breakfast is nice. A couple of things let it down, I messaged in advance to see tif they would do anything special for our anniversary and everything was at a cost, but considering the give processco away at check in and breakfast it wouldn’t have hurt them. Also, we were given room with rising damp that on day one stunk of paint and by day 3 was fully back, we paid extra for this room, as wasn’t the nicest to sleep right next to damp.
Also, there is no roof top bar, only restaurant so you can’t go for a drink in the evening as the are always booked

Fab location pretty interior room was nice but was set back from Main Street for peace and quiet however even thought you could see the first floor courtroom bar, the generator outside our window made a noise. Had to keep window closed to get some sleep. Breakfast nice however fruit & eggs were not replaced on time we had to wait most days. Coffee selection good. Not much choice in hams, no idea why they do fruit sticks but everyone eats grapes, or cantaloupe for health reasons therefore should be kept separate. Done waitresses were half asleep o & struggled to acknowledge you. Mix up in booking my massage. Very unprofessional I was let down even though they sorted out in the end. Even checking out I was billed for 3 taxes, & 2 massages? Resolved but very frustrating. All in all a fab stay. Rooftop breakfast .restaurant stunning views of Valletta. A must see!

we received a warm friendly welcome on arrival - greeted with the offer of a complementary glass of gluwein, which was a lovely touch for a festive weekend break.
in fact all the staff were friendly, helpful & attentive.
airy room overlooking the inner courtyard (advisable if you prefer not to hear the bustle of Strait Street at weekends). comfortable, large bed, great shower!
the rooftop bar has amazing views from Valletta over to Sliema.
thanks for a wonderful stay.

Excellent place to stay when visiting Malta. The hotel’s rooms were spacious and the breakfasts delicious. Valletta is an excellent walking city and no car is necessary (for most people) when traveling around the city (I found Parking Valletta to be a reasonable place to park, just outside the city walls).
There’s much to see in Malta and the Embassy Hotel affords a good base for visiting other places in the country. And Valetta alone can keep a person busy during one’s entire stay. And the views from atop the Embassy were always entrancing and changed according to the time of day and weather conditions.
The Embassy’s staff were always courteous and helpful.
