The hotel offers a well-designed and relaxing setup, ideal for sunbathing, with a pleasant pool area complemented by a bar serving smoothies and drinks. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, contributing to an overall positive experience. Fresh towels were provided daily for use by the pool, these can be rented for a deposit that is returned at check out. The location is convenient, with the town centre approximately a 30-minute walk away or easily accessible via a 5–8 minute shuttle bus. The nearby beach is about a 10-minute drive and features a wide selection of bars. The Tipsy Hammock, recommended by one of the hotel bartenders, stood out as an excellent spot with a great atmosphere. Dining options on-site were also impressive, options ranged from a buffet with different dishes each day. I particularly enjoyed the pizzas at Hotel Jardin, which were both high quality and reasonably priced. The resort is family-friendly and includes amenities such as a small gym and a sauna, both available by reservation. In the evenings just after dinner time there are shows or live music plays to keep you entertained on the quiet nights. Taxis can be arranged through reception and are generally affordable, making local travel straightforward. Overall, great value for money and a perfect getaway for solo travellers and families.

Spent a few days in this randomly chosen hotel…
✅Pros
* Spotless clean all over the property, including the bungalows!
* Very quiet place, it is a great choice for those who are visiting the island for peace
* Friendly staff from the reception desk to the housekeeping
* Beautiful garden all around the hotel! Well maintained, tall palm trees, flowers, birds, cactus, lizards and lazy nice cats 🙂
* Cheap taxi to town (€6)
🚫Cons
* Breakfast menu should be supervised and updated. Boring.
* Door locks of the bungalows should be fixed - only if not under maintenance!
* Breakfast catering staff should do more interactions with guests! Unfortunately, none of the can speak English. It was really hard to communicate, even if it was only a request of a glass of water or told them do not take the plate just yet as we haven’t finished the food…
That’s all really. It was a great holiday in this hotel. I’d consider to go back again and I also can recommend to book there if you want a peaceful holiday. As I mentioned, there’s a shop just by the front gate and open every day. Only slightly more expensive than the shops in the central… Taxi was crazy cheap (€6) to the Yumbo!

I'm leaving this review reluctantly, but unfortunately have been left with no choice due to the ignorance of the resort.
Upon arrival me and my partner were initially happy with everything. However, on the first day, the toilet blocked up and began leaking, flooding the bathroom. We reported this to reception, and when we returned later that evening, it had seemingly been fixed.
On the second day, once again the toilet leaked/blocked. We informed reception again, who reassured me it would be fixed. It was at this point that I informed them that we would be happy to move room if needed.
On a further two occasions during our stay, we went back to complain about the leakage that was not fixed. This time, the maintenance team came, and spent 30/40 minutes fixing the problem. They told us they believed it was our fault, for putting tissue down the toilet.
The toilet was fine, until our second to last day, when once again, it blocked and flooded. By this point, we had ran out of patience. We went to reception, maintenance came (although management failed to) and told us they would have to remove the toilet, as the roots and gone into the pipes underground.
This was the first and only time we were offered a new room, which was basically redundant as it was our last night.
It is completely unacceptable that we spent an entire week in a room, flooding almost daily, with smelly sewage water all over the floor, having to use our towels to soak up the mess. Not only was this a huge inconvenience, but also gross negligence regarding health and safety.
It's worth noting that my partner was unwell for the entirety our stay, whether this is due to the toilet issue, we will never know, but it does make us wonder...
In total, we complained five times, to three different members of the team, and a number of different maintenance workers.
Since returning home on 20/05/26 I submitted an official complaint, which was ignored for 3 weeks until I prompted a response. It's now been a further 4 weeks, and once again we've been ignored.
I wouldn't be writing this review if they had the decency and respect to respond to my complaints, but they clearly do not care.
There are plenty of other places to stay in Maspelomas/Playa De Ingles, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

The hotel is very nice and well maintained, and the staff were generally friendly. The food was okay, and the hotel itself looks attractive and cared for.
Unfortunately, several issues affected our stay. The spa was closed, and the pool was far too cold to enjoy. I tried to contact the manager about these concerns, but received no response. One of the bathrooms was leaking and dripping during the rain, which is not acceptable. The pool bar was also often unattended, even though we had paid for all inclusive, so it was not always possible to get service when expected.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but the problems with maintenance, missing service, and lack of response from management were disappointing.

We stayed here for over a week. The staff were very kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.
Parking was available, but the area felt disorganized and the surface was quite uneven. The pool water was also quite cold, which made it less enjoyable.
The items provided in the room were not up to standard, especially the sofa beds, which were uncomfortable and seemed of lower quality.
