I have stayed at Servatur and, having now experienced the hotel in full, I can say this is a genuinely enjoyable all-inclusive resort with excellent staff, impressive views, very good entertainment, and far better food than many hotels in this category.
Bader is the standout for this hotel, and the food! I have no idea on child activities, as I don’t have children.
From the moment of arrival, the check-in experience was pleasant, welcoming, and efficiently organised. Reception operates 24/7, which immediately gives reassurance in a hotel of this size, and the staff explain the layout and facilities clearly enough that the place becomes self-explanatory within a short time. Security is also visible during late hours, which adds another layer of comfort. The first impression is helped enormously by the surroundings: the pool views are absolutely incredible, with mountain scenery, bars, restaurants, and open panoramic spaces that genuinely elevate the atmosphere of the resort.
The rooms themselves are spacious, clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping deserves credit for keeping standards consistently high throughout the stay. The balcony views are excellent, and practical details such as outdoor drying space are genuinely useful for longer stays. Noise levels are reasonable considering the hotel’s lively environment near the pool areas, and with the balcony doors closed, the room remains perfectly manageable for sleep and relaxation.
The only meaningful criticism concerns the air conditioning system. While it does work, the controls and remote feel as though they were recovered from a museum exhibit somewhere between the moon landing and the fall of the Berlin Wall. The system is old-fashioned and awkward to operate, and perhaps merely requires a replacement remote, but it is certainly the weakest aspect of the room experience.
Food quality throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner was consistently good. There is always something available for everyone, whether hot or cold, fresh or substantial. Some dishes can occasionally become slightly dry, but importantly the restaurant never feels repetitive, and the variety remains strong throughout the stay. Cleanliness in the dining areas is also very good. Drinks are acceptable for an all-inclusive package and, overall, the food offering absolutely represents good value.
Entertainment is where the hotel truly separates itself from many competitors. Evening entertainment is lively, energetic, and genuinely enjoyable without descending into the sort of painfully forced holiday camp theatrics many travellers dread. Daytime activities are frequent and well organised, with multiple activities available daily. There are also plenty of sunbeds and ample pool space, avoiding the usual dawn ritual of guests fighting over towels and loungers.
Special mention must go to Bader, who is the standout figure of the entertainment team. His energy, personality, and professionalism significantly improve the atmosphere of the hotel both during the day and in the evening. Quite frankly, he is one of the main reasons the entertainment works as well as it does.
In conclusion, this hotel is ideal for couples, groups, and holidaymakers seeking a lively but still comfortable all-inclusive stay with excellent scenery, strong entertainment, good food, and welcoming staff.
Having considered the evidence carefully, weighed both the strengths and weaknesses, and examined the matter in the spirit of fairness expected of any reasonable tribunal, I find the case against this hotel largely collapses under scrutiny. The prosecution rests not upon outrage, but upon a slightly elderly air-conditioning remote control.

Really lovely hotel - stayed for 10 nights May 2026 with our 1 year old. Super friendly staff, lovely clean premises and an excellent restaurant offering lots of variety for our daily meals.
The animation team however without a doubt stole the show and really make this hotel a lovely place to stay. Absolutely brilliant team that carry the hotel on a daily basis. Engaging, funny, chatty, caring, talkative and inclusive - had these guys (Bader & Danny) not been around, we would not have had such a wicked time! Proper gents to spend time with. Cheers fellas!

The hotel is located on the edge of Pla De Inglas, plenty of restaurants and small shops in the area. If you are looking for sun and warmth, this could be a good option. Large rooms that were well cleaned. Keep in mind that some rooms face a local road and the highway. Breakfast was ordinary. Nice staff.
Pros.
Fast check-in & check-out
Pool
Well cleaned rooms
Cons.
Some rooms are close to a major road.
A bit soft bed

Very clean, top service. Breakfast was really good. Everything you could want. Just a bit expensive for me but I loved my 4 nights there.
Oh,.. yeah, definitely don’t play techno at 4am, they really don’t like that.
It’s a quiet hotel, if you’re in a group or know you’re going to be noisy then I’d avoid it, they’ll just throw you out. If you’re there to chill this is ideal.

Great experience at this hotel, super location I walking distance from beach and dunes, hotel looks a bit dated from outside but rooms are modern and spacious, there is chilling area with jacuzzi on the back which looks glam, room could do with some fresh scent as there was old woodrow like smell in it.
But the star of the weekend was the restaurant and the staf, food was delicious and different daily, and staff was excellent very welcoming, helpful and always smiling, overall excellent value for money.
