First thing to note; staff will continue to have their conversations at reception before seeing to you, this happened on multiple occasions unfortunately, also previous hotels are more than happy to show you the way to the room, here you get directions and that’s as far as it goes.
Rooms are of decent quality but I agree with a lot that they could do with updating.
There was a few incidents with the life guard there for other guests, he was playing with a soft aquatic ball and was told to stop, even younger children was told not to, (its a pool to swim and that’s it basically) I’ve never seen rules like that at any hotel but apparently that’s in the rules for the pool, no inflatable water “toys”.
They have a jacuzzi but guess what… maximum 10 minutes, no drinks, vapes or phones are allowed to be left near the jacuzzi as we was told by the life guard, even though they was not been used in the jacuzzi, sometimes we like to keep an eye on our belongings or keep them close.
Food was mediocre at best, very low quality meat.
As others have stated, all inclusive should mean exactly that, you can choose about 20 drinks that are “free” they taste like water and have very low amounts of alcohol, if you want brand names or pay for the same drink, it’s generally done how you would expect.
Overall disappointing compared to many 4* hotels I’ve been too.
Loud noise coming from above, banging, and also the below rooms. One night our do not disturb was stolen by another guest so we had the maid knocking early, not an issue of the hotel but guests, just to be aware of.
A smell of what can be described as human fecal matter was prevalent outside which kept coming with the wind, doesn’t make for a pleasurable experience to sit outside and eat or relax around the pool.
Cleaners were always polite and respectful, more so than the staff that work there in the restaurant and reception.
Unfortunately I would not return to this hotel for many reasons, but some outlined above, just keep an open mind when looking to stay here if you want a true 4* experience I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We had a great week here mid July. Unusual building. 4 separate round buildings house the rooms over 4 floors, each unit has a lift. Rooms spacious and clean. Small balcony, our view wasn't great we were one floor up over the maintenance compound, but that didn't bother us. Balcony was sunny for a couple of hours late afternoon. Also overlooking the Jacuzzi area with hills behind. Comfortable beds, maybe a little firm for some. Aircon unit worked very well. Basic bathroom, plenty of hot water whenever we needed a shower.
The highlight was the FOOD!!! We were All Inclusive and I honestly could not fault it - read quite a few moaning reviews about the food so wasn't expecting much, but were not too fussy.
The amount of choice was amazing at every meal. Every day there were different themes in one area. Fresh meat and fish cooked infront of you - notice stating you can request it cooked as you want.... Mainly chicken and pork but beef a few times and Duck!! One day Languostine on the grill!! And Langoustine starter another night. Different fish too. A vegetarian section, pizza, pasta, chips for the unadventurous, fresh fruit and many desserts to choose from and a Soft serve Ice cream machine! (Working most of the time 😏) Big choice of bread and cheses, salads.... on and on, how anyone can moan is beyond me. Self pour beer, soft drinks, water and wine in the dining room.
The pool area was busy and never enough sunbeds, but not our thing, so not an issue. Self pour beer, soft drinks, water and juice machine at the pool bar (the only bar open during the day - maybe they open both in full season)
Entertainment in the evening was as expected, just for an hour from 9.30.
Bar shut promptly at 11pm but there are several bars a stones throw away for continuing if you want to.
Reception staff were friendly and efficient- it always amazes me how they switch from one language to another. Restaurant and Bar staff were good, hardworking and long hours. The cleaning and maintenance staff were good too.
Location was great 5min walk to the Promenade, 7mins to the bus station.
We walked along the promenade one afternoon to the main beach and tourist shops, then to the Sand Dunes- stunning and surreal.
Went to the Yumbo centre just to see it - not our thing but friendly and busy. Taxi back to hotel was 5 euros.
The restaurant is the only fully indoor area, the bars and seating are all outside, some parts covered, so I imagine in the cooler months that could be an issue.
All in all a great hotel

Really lovely hotel - stayed for 10 nights May 2026 with our 1 year old. Super friendly staff, lovely clean premises and an excellent restaurant offering lots of variety for our daily meals.
The animation team however without a doubt stole the show and really make this hotel a lovely place to stay. Absolutely brilliant team that carry the hotel on a daily basis. Engaging, funny, chatty, caring, talkative and inclusive - had these guys (Bader & Danny) not been around, we would not have had such a wicked time! Proper gents to spend time with. Cheers fellas!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The reception staff and all the employees were incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming throughout my visit.
The buffet was excellent, with a great variety of delicious food to choose from. The hotel was spotlessly clean and always smelled fresh and pleasant. Even the corridors were beautifully scented, which made the whole atmosphere feel even more welcoming.
The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable, with excellent mattresses that ensured a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was also large and well maintained.
The hotel is also in an excellent location, just a 7-minute walk from the beach, which was a real bonus. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops nearby, making the area very convenient and enjoyable to explore.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel. Thank you to the whole team for making my holiday so enjoyable!

I would rate my stay at this hotel 4/5.
The location is very good, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the food was good - although I’m not a picky eater.
The rooms were clean.
The main downsides were the sunbeds, which were permanently occupied by towels even when nobody was around, and the fact that people often smoked in non-smoking areas, such as at the tables, by the pool, and in the covered area near the bar.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend the hotel, but these issues should definitely be improved.
