Incredible hotel!!
We stayed last year at the double tree which is a 5 star. In our opinion the Seaview hotel trumps it massively.
Every single member of staff, pleasant, helpful, polite and professional.
The breakfast is out of this world, top top quality and such a massive selection to choose from. I am lactose intolerant and to my surprise they had a big jug of lactose free milk on the side amongst other free from options.
The facilities have the wow factor!
The infinity pool is just breath taking with one hell of a view! We also used the indoor pool with jacuzzi aswell and that was brilliant along with the sauna and steam room!
We will definitely return, we love Malta and we love this hotel.
5 stars from us!

This hotel is just average. Our room didn’t have any comfortable chairs to relax in, and the bath towels felt quite worn.Pillows were miserable. Drinking water was mostly available only through the vending machines, aside from one complimentary bottle on the first day.
The spa’s indoor pool area looked old and a bit run-down.
The highlight of our stay was the breakfast, good selection, and the staff were consistently attentive and very friendly.

Let’s start off by addressing the elephant in the room. The one star for service. May I just start by saying the receptionists were sublime. Very charming, friendly, lovely… I could sit here all day listing adjectives describing how great they were. So my issue isn’t with them, it’s with a cleaner. I was getting ready to check out and at 10am heard a knock at the door saying room service. I said no thank you, I’m checking out soon. She inquired what time I said I don’t know, before 11. She went away. As I was just about to leave at around quarter to 11 this cleaner came back and had knocked a bit more aggressively. This time I answered the door, instead of speaking to her through it as before I was just out of the shower. She said when will you be gone I said before 11. She said okay I come back.
If I were to guess I’d say I’ve stayed at 150-200 hotels in my lifetime. This is the first time a cleaner has came and tried to get in on the day I’m checking out, before I’ve checked out. And she didn’t try just one, but twice.
I spent almost €200 for this one night of stay. With that price I assume I’ll be allowed peace and tranquility until I check out of my room. Instead I was given annoyance and an anxiety I’ve never felt when staying at a hotel before. I felt a need to rush when there was no need and in turn I felt like I was on a conveyor belt.
For almost €200 one shouldn’t be receiving this kind of treatment. Sort it out, for the good of the hotel.
Anyways, life goes on.
I’ll just add that the rooms were lovely, however a room service menu would have been nice.
Also the location is fantastic, watching the sunset over the sea from the balcony was lovely.
And I’ll also just finish by saying I loved the receptionists. They were all kind and clearly good people. But one star has to be given for the cleaner.

We came to visit at the end of August and had a lovely, relaxing stay! The hotel is very clean, staff are so welcoming and cannot do enough for you. We have to give special thanks to Ellen & Donna who were kind enough to bring a cake & bottle wine to our hotel room, after my partner mentioned in passing that it was my birthday.
We had a superior side sea view hotel, the view was excellent even if not from the front and we had no issues at all with street or bar noise. Hotel amenities were fantastic, the upstairs pool & sunbeds was quite busy during the day and a few more sunbeds would be ideal, however we were happy enough to leave our things on a lunch table in the restaurant and enjoy the pool. The indoor pool was much quieter, we rarely saw anyone else there and would recommend to anyone to take advantage of that.
We stayed bed and breakfast, the breakfast buffet had a good range of foods for all tastes, including hot cooked breakfast items, cereal, pastries, meats, cheese, salad & bread, as well as choice of hot & cold drinks. The selection was different every day.
The area itself is a little bit run down, with the town square undergoing some building works, but again we didn't find any issue with this. There is still full access to all shop, restaurants and bars, and plenty to do in the area.
We will absolutely be back for another visit to the hotel in the future.
