The hotel offers a truly spectacular view. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. Any issues are addressed immediately. The rooms are clean, the location is excellent, and I can highly recommend this hotel. My only minor concern is that above some of the rooms on the 8th floor, there is pool equipment installed. As a result, you can hear a constant background sound, almost as if there were an aquarium in the room. Personally, I found it quite pleasant and similar to white noise, but my wife was somewhat bothered by it. Therefore, this is really a matter of personal preference and depends on what each guest is comfortable with.

Great location and top class for couples and visitors for a few days to a week stay. We were there early May and the service was excellent. Unfortunately there was street works and road repairs in the area and this closed off streets for a period but these works will bring improvements to the visitors later in the year. The room service was excellent and they called up each day/evening to ask if we needed anything. Breakfast was good too . Did not use evening restaurant. Pool top floor 10th roof was great but freezing cold.

This is a beautiful hotel - all of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile, the services offered are lovely and relaxing, the food is very tasty and of good quality. Having an 8th floor room with a balcony offers wonderful views of the beach and St Paul's bay! The only downside to this hotel is the Nine lives bar situated on the beach not far from the hotel - every evening club-like music plays from around 6-11pm. This makes it very inconvenient when wanting to sit on the balcony for a cooler evening, and also difficult when it comes to sleeping. This hotel staff are aware of this and it is out of their hands, but it is an unfortunate addition. Additionally, I wouldn't recommend using the transfer service for the airport, as our pre-booked transfer was 20 minutes late collecting us from the hotel! Overall, the hotel and staff can't be faulted, this was a lovely stay, and we would return to the area again.

We had a great stay at this bueatiful Hotel, the only thing that is better than the Hotel is the amazing Hotel staff! Professional, helpful and so nice! And an absolute credit to both the Hotel and the Hotel management. They all went out of their way to make our stay so special! St Paul's is a bueatiful location, we count ourselves so lucky to have picked this Hotel and this location for our first trip to Malta and definitely will be coming back to this Hotel! Hopefully in the near future. Thanks again everyone involved, see soon!

Easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in Malta. The rooftop view is beautiful, but unfortunately that’s the only positive thing I can say about this place. The food was extremely disappointing, especially considering the very high prices. The dishes lacked flavor, the ingredients didn’t taste fresh, and the overall quality was far below what you would expect from a hotel rooftop restaurant. After only 10 minutes, I decided to leave because I simply couldn’t justify staying and paying those prices for food of that standard. It felt more like a tourist trap than a restaurant focused on delivering a good dining experience. If you’re looking for good food in Malta, there are many better options at a fraction of the price. I would not recommend this restaurant.
