Ignorant staff, abysmal management.
Maintenance carry out drilling maintenance work inside the hotel all through the night, staff do not care and walk away when you complain. Swearing at you in Spanish.
Rooms are basic and dated. Broken tiles everywhere.
Noise everywhere, sleep always interrupted. Food is boring.
Pool and beach is nice.
Would not recommend.
Look elsewhere.

We booked a family holiday here and were completely disappointed. The rooms, hallways, and kitchen were all filthy. The staff were rude, and the food was terrible, with very poor cleanliness throughout. Each evening, there was a huge queue for the all-inclusive bar. There is genuinely nothing positive to say about this place. Save your money and avoid the disappointment – go elsewhere.
After we left the next few days apparently the kitchen was under lock and key and customers where been made to walk up the road to other hotels owned by sbh and use there services all week.

A very average stay. The hotel is by no means a 4 star as described - maybe 10 years ago but due a refresh.
Hallways are dirty and carpet worn, very tired overall look to the hotel. Rooms are a good size, very basic but with decent amenities. However, the aircon lets off an unpleasant smell.
Staff are polite and seem to be doing the best they can with the tools they are given. The entertainment team work very hard and are are all very friendly and energetic! They really do make the holiday - especially for the children. Lots going on; darts, water polo, dances by the pool, aqua aerobics, entertainment in the night.
Food is average, bring kind - the freshly cooked meats were nice but after a week, repetitive. I am an adventurous eater but stayed away from anything sat out as often Luke-warm and sat for a long period.
Pool area is okay, lovely size pool and right by the beach. Bar staff work very hard at the pool bar and are friendly. However, lots of loose tiles and pool area becomes mucky without cleaning all day. Lifeguard was extremely rude and seemed more of a ‘reinforcer’ than a lifeguard, did not have eyes on the pool for safety at all times but often gave adults ‘rows’ for doing very minor things (playing ball, using a pool float deemed ‘too big’ for the pool etc)
I would certainly not go back to the hotel but great location and overall a pleasant holiday.

I will try my best to be honest. Am I recommending this hotel or will go again?? Definitely not ,will explain why. There were positive points in staffs who were friendly. But negative points so many thins to talk about them. First of all we had to wait more than 2 hours of check in time to get our room. Reception staff had no idea when rooms will be available. And it was not just us there were 5-7 families were waiting same as us. We were 3 people but there were 2 pillows we had to wait more than 4 hours for another pillow. Room services you should go to reception and asked not just once at least 3-4 times so you could have empty bins at least. For pool you must go 6 am to reserve otherwise no chance to have space to use pool. This hotel is not clean and it s too old, uncomfortable beds, dirty toilets which were close to the pool, no bins with lid in women toilets so dirty pads everywhere in toilets,corridors’s carpet too old and dirty. Most of the walls were mouldy even in the restaurant. Drinks were okay, Foods were too much but quality was too bad. First half an hour of each eating time was okay but after that still too much food but in conditions that you wouldn’t feel good to eat. Most of the food like: chicken, meat even had not been cooked properly.

The worst hotel in my life. I have been with my family for 7 days in this hotel and i can say I DO NOT RECOMMEND it at all. If you care about your health do not book. Is not safe at all. Food is horrible, bugs everywhere around food, hygiene is zero. In 7 days never our bedding was not changed, bugs in the room, bugs on my baby’s bed, it was horrific to stay there. We ended up in A&E with my baby with a very bad infection because of the hygiene. We wanted to book a fly and just leave but unfortunately we didn’t find any, we tried to change the hotel and everywhere was booked so had to stay there and eat just from outside the hotel.
