Nice hotel, really clean with great staff, the Maintenance man was there cleaning the pool and tidying up from early morning to late evening. The life Guard needs to relax a bit and maybe smile. The food was ok if you like a bit of rice with your Garlic or fish with Garlic or even your breakfast sausages with Garlic.
There was very little entertainment, the poolside music stopped at 4pm and the pool closes at 6pm.
There was music from the bar some nights but that was from the same playlist that was repeated continuous.
The location is brilliant it is just across the road from the beach which was fantastic to walk along and there is a really good selection of shops to search for a bargain.
Also there is a weekly market next door. Don't be frightened to haggle for a great deal

Where do I begin after returning less than 24 hours from this hotel...
The rooms are a of good size and basic and are fit for every purpose necessary however we had trouble with getting access to our room numerous times! One time we do believe the door had been tampered with as the plastic was smashed all over the floor meaning we had to leave our room unlocked all night and day while for it be repaired with all our belongings in the room, Key card had to be reset numerous times and we found this a common issue with everyone! Cleaned once in a whole week! No towels replaced until I went reception to request clean towels! I booked the holiday through love holidays they were advertising air conditioning ( I have screenshot proof) the rooms Do NOT have air conditioning they charge you €2.50 per night none refundable for fans that are about as much use as someone blowing on you all night. The fact they don't refund you the deposit money is disgusting in my personal opinion.
The service that we received in this hotel was terrible expect from one young receptionist Noah and a barman I didn't manage grab his name and the entertainment man! They were far too good for this hotel! Everyone else was rude not interested in what you had to say at point I got told to be quiet for laughing at the bar with a fellow British man which completely stunned me been told to be quiet on my holiday is disgusting by a female member of staff behind the pool bar! The kids are not allowed floats and balls in the pool due to previous guest complaints which after speaking to the friendly members of staff they agreed with myself it's a joke!
Now the positive thank god for the good location it saved our holiday we were able to find great food local and things to do and walk it really did save our holiday highly recommend the Dock Grill and the Waikiki on the beach front!
I definitely will not be returning to this hotel they do not cater for English they aren't interested in the English and you are the minority so if you English I would highly not recommend this hotel!

The location is good and that's pretty much the only positive point. If you want to have all inclusive vacation and expect you'll be happy about food this is NOT the place you're looking to stay at. The food choice is so limited and completely unfit for the majority of nationalities who come here such as german, polish etc. We see people eating bread for every meal or potato + fries because everything else is just so bad, 99% are reheated frozen meals. There are no basic things most people eat for all 3 meals. People walk around looking entirely disgusted with empty plates. We even got one piece of pork which was not fully cooked and a bit raw which is dangerous. After the new year's dinner the same things (leftovers) were used the next day. Ice cream machine available just spits out slime, anything with chocolate tastes like plastic. The labels are confusing and only on one side even though meals are on both sides. This was mentioned in other reviews and acknowledged by the hotel but nothing was done apparently. And the meals are always cold.
About the rooms they are okay, just pretty old and require some renovation. The blankets provided (packed in plastic bags in the wardrobe) smelled very bad and old, definitely weren't washed. The kitchen and dishes were dirty.
Walls are so thin and you can hear everyone and cannot sleep at night.
Another thing is that the hotel uses chatgpt to respond to reviews which is easily detectable, and nothing is done about the negative ones - noone takes any steps as they claim they would. This is top level of ignorance.
We do not recommend at all

Although the journey from the airport takes what feels like 7 years (2 hours), we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Given some other reviews that we read, we were expecting the worse. However the hotel and staff were brilliant.
The all inclusive food selection is limited (this should be expected though given the size of the hotel and it's star rating) the food was always tasty and we always found something that we both enjoyed. The pool area is small but there was always somewhere to sit, bar service was quick and the selection of drinks were good.
Rooms could do with updating and no air con is an issue, however we had a really enjoyable stay and didn't want to come home.

Room 204A.
Date w/c 1/11/25
We stayed here for 6 nights.
Reception.
White, sparse, bland, unwelcoming, clinical, no sofas.
Checking in was quick and easy. The only information we were given was a piece of paper with the restaurant and bar times. Nothing about entertainment, local transport, check-out times, safe, WiFi. No information pack in room.
The room.
The room was big, clean and looked newly decorated. No tea & coffee facility (EasyJet stated there was).
We had to get maintenance to fix the air-con and shower. After the shower was "fixed" the water pressure was very low and the temperature fluctuate (see video) Moaned again, pressure still not adequate. I resorted to removing the shower head, giving it a big on the wall to clear it out and finally it worked. I don't know why maintenance couldn't try that on day one! The Air-con was good once working. Considering the room can sleep four there is little wardrobe space. There was a small fridge. Beds were comfortable. Hairdryer, safe, TV, shower gel and soap included. View from our room was poor (see pic)
Room was cleaned twice all week. Sheets weren't changed during that time.
The restaurant.
Basic. We struggled with finding something appetising. Everything is cooked on mass and brought out from the kitchen and left to cool down. There isn't a chef cooking eggs to your liking, making fresh omelettes or grilling meats to your taste. The majority of the time the choices were fish or pork variations. Too much garlic. Even the chickpea salad had garlic gloves. Staff kept things clean and tidy. Poor food labelling. There are two sides to the buffet however, sometimes only one side of a dish was labelled. Labelling was in 4 languages including English.
Under-cooked fish in "green sauce" (see pics)
Entertainment.
On a Saturday and Wednesday. We arrived on a Saturday. The entertainment was a male and female duo from South African. They were excellent. They both had really good voices and handled Elton, Luther, Witney, Tina, Marley with ease. No daytime entertainment for adults or kids. Wednesday was a solo female artist signing a very similar playlist to the duo.
Poolside Bar.
No physical menus to indicate what drinks are all inclusive or what you pay for. Instead you have to scan a QR code on the table then convert it to English. Having a physical menu on the bar would be better. Tea & coffee available, as are afternoon cold snacks consisting of bread, ham, cheese slices, biscuits and fruit. You're given a reusable beaker at check-in to use for bar drinks.
A plunge pool and swimming pool, both well maintained. Showers.
A separate smoking area, shaded seating, small stage and toilets. Lifeguard. Loungers, table and chairs available after 10am although this rule is broken with people reserving loungers well before that.
In summary...
There's no drop-off point at the hotel. It's was a 200 metre walk from where the transfer coach drops you. Transfer time 90 minutes.
Children are welcome at this hotel however, there's nothing for them to do. Inflatables and balls are not allowed in the pool. There's no games room. No pool activities. The week we stayed the majority of the guests were over 60 years old. Predominantly Spanish and German guests. I would recommend going half-board and having your meals elsewhere.
Nearby shops, bars, restaurants.
The beach is 10 minutes walk across a duel carriageway.
Easyjet give this hotel a 3 star. We suggest it should be lower just because of the restaurant.
Top tip... If you do find something appetising to eat, use the microwave to heat it up.
We would not stay here again.
