After reading the reviews I was a little scared especially as there was reviews saying theives coming in the rooms at night and ants etc
Ok then room wasn't spotless but the sheets and towels were clean and smelt nice. More towels were available at reception. Receptionist was helpful and rooms were ready before arrival time.
The Pools are not heated and were freezing 🥶
But apart from the pools there were no complaints
Shops were very closed by and lots of restaurants within a short walk. Beach was lovely 😍
Overall holiday experience 9/10

Stayed in a 2 bed appointment. 2 adults 2 teens. So much bigger then I thought it would be. Definitely needed a little TLC but clean and very well equipped! Pool area good, not enough sun beds though. Overall we enjoyed our stay and they are working on updating the apartments but alot to get through.

On this trip we have been robbed do not go, the reception staff didn’t seem to care when we informed them they somehow knew how the thief got in threw a locked window they did nothing to help us!!!
Also showers over flow room smells like damp pools freezing and the balcony door is broken shut please don’t go here look

I Go here every year for 10 years now .. this year we got the modernised room was very nice .. I prefer this part of the island as I hire a car and here more central for travelling up or down and ten minutes drive from airport

We chose this hotel because of the very good price. Our bungalow was a bit old, but offered plenty of space for two people. The grounds and the rooms could be looked after a bit better, because it is actually really nice. After we were a bit shocked by the state of the room on the first day, it was thoroughly cleaned on the second day and some things were replaced, such as the frying pan. Unfortunately, our previous tenant left the kitchen quite dirty, but we cleaned it up ourselves. Overall, good value for money, but not for everyone. If you want to spend the whole day in the hotel, you should look elsewhere.
