Overall excellent hotel! I stayed with my family (2 adults, kids aged 8 and 2). The staff was very attentive, except for one waitress at dinner. I recommend getting breakfast only, which is good; it's not worth including dinner since options are limited and there are many great restaurants nearby. The rooms and bungalow are spacious, clean, well-equipped, and have a great outdoor area. The main pool is large, with cold salt water. Regarding the pool shown on the EasyJet video: there are two adult pools and one kids' pool, but one of the adult pools is strictly for residents, so bungalow guests cannot use it. Lastly, it could use more activities for children.

The hotel was in a good location, with a great atmosphere. We stayed at Easter and so there was alot of children, but it didn't seem busy, there was plenty of space around the pool. No one saved loungers! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ordering taxis and explaining things. There was a soft play for free for under 11yr olds. The service in the restaurant was consistently good and efficient. There was enough variety of food, it was regularly topped up and extremely fresh. Rooms were clean and fresh. No room service on Sunday and Wednesday which was well communicated from outset so you could plan. It actually worked well as gave us a day off of tidying before housekeeping!
We really enjoyed our stay! And will definitely look to return in the future.

It's a perfect place for a family vacation. We were 2+2 and stayed 11 nights. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with everything you need, including a kitchen equipped with a microwave, stove, and refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable. There were two swimming pools, one for children and the other for general use. The water in the pools warmed up during the day, making swimming perfect and refreshing. The pool bar had everything you needed and was well-priced. A big plus was that we drank the best Barraquito on the island. The bar staff were helpful and smiling. The food and breakfast were the same as everywhere, but dinners were always a bit different. The entertainment and activities took place at noon, so the evenings were quiet and peaceful. There's a bowling alley and a playground for small children on the premises. The city center is 15 minutes from Santa Rosa Apartments. There's a pharmacy, shops, and restaurants nearby, and a bus stop is about 5 minutes away. We rented a car, and finding a parking space wasn't a problem. I recommend it 100%

I have stayed here before and it is a really nice place. Staff on arrival and throughout the stay were very friendly and very helpful. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The pool bar is really good and great for a drink and a spot of lunch. The room was a 2 bedroom studio with living area and kitchen. Very spacious and really clean. I had room #1067, I picked this because although it doesn't face the pool, it has the sun for the majority of the day, 9:00 am onwards. Loads of facilities for kids if you're with a family, and a couple of Padel courts. About a 10-15 min stroll into town which is ideal on a sunny day and a €3 ride back in a taxi. A few decent eating places close by on your doorstep and then a vast array in town.
2 things stopped this being a 5 star rating. The AC is poor, left it on all day and it was still very warm in the room, just didn't really work well, even at max fan. Secondly, the Wifi is really spotty and I generally used data. In this day and age it isn't hard to provide good speed wifi, and whether you like it or not is a big need even on holiday.

Just spent a week here witht the family. Our 2 bed aprt had 3 air-conditioning units keeping the rooms ice cold. They have just in July 2026 upgraded the WiFi throughout the park and rooms, it now so fast our kids did want to leave the room.
Suitability modern WiFi TV with plenty of English channels. We went B&B which was perfect. Costa Teguise has some love places to eat. El maestro being our favourite. We had a fault with our front door and the engineer was round quickly. All staff really pleasant.
