This is a budget hotel and nominally 3 star. Howrver despite mixed reviews we were very pleasantly surprised, and the facilities are excellent. There is a spacious reception area with seating. We had a junior suite which had a roomy lounge, excellent shower and comfy bedroom plus a double width balcony. The breakfast was good with hot options including fried eggs, streaky bacon, beans, scrambled egg, hash browns and for some reason mini hot dog sausages!, plus an extensive selection of continental style breakfast items. Dinner is buffet style and food was well presented, although geared more to a continental taste than UK. There are extensive sun decks with numerous loungers and umbrellas which have amazing sea views. The pool is situated next to a small pool bar which serves drinks and light meals until about 6pm. There is a private lift from the pool area which takes you directly to the beach avoiding the hill down and the road. This is very useful and convenient. There are a gym and spa in the hotel, but we didn't have a chance to use these. The hotel is short walk from the small town centre via a moderate hill. In the centre there are four or five restaurants, a spar shop, pizzeria and two bars. We stayed in early September and the hotel and resort were very quiet. Weather was excellent with sundhine every day and temperatures around 30°c. There is an excellent and frequent bus service to Puerto de Mogan in one direction (about 15 mins) and Playa de Amadores, Puerto Rico and beyond in the other. We would definitely stay again. Recommended.

Location wise it was pretty good, close to most of the places we visited. The staff at the reception were great, always greeting us with a smile and helpful if needed. The food was not good, we had the dinner service only once and the only good thing was the paella, the breakfast buffet wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either. The rooms were nice.
Important thing to know is all the weird pricing and rules,15 euro if you want another towel, 5 euros per day if you use the safe and 2 euro if you use the phone other than to call the reception, not allowed to take the bottle of water that we bought from breakfast to our room, as well as any coffee mugs or juices. The food at the pool was surprisingly good in comparison with the actual hotel restaurant.
The hotel is only for people who want a very quiet atmosphere, families with small children or elderly people, not suitable for young people. Some of the staff got frustrated when we tried ordering food because of the language barrier, we speak very good english and a bit of spanish but they still ignored us when ordering even though we were very polite. Playing with an inflatable ball in the pool or on the grass was not permitted because some of the elderly clients complained. We are from Türkiye so some of us have darker skin and there was some racism towards us from the staff and the other residents. Not living up to the prices unfortunately.

Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment. Well equipped kitchen . Checked in by a lovely helpful gentleman. A special mention for the pool boy Aidi, he was so helpful and pleasant. Location amazing, pool bar excellent and great prices. Pool area comfortable with ample loungers and great views. The decking around this area needs attention, could do with my son in law building a new strong decking. We would definitely return x

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING !! This hotel is no more than a 2 star , it is absolutely filthy , the rooms are only cleaned once a week and you only get 1 towels for the week which is not told anywhere online only when you arrive.
If you want another towel you have to pay £5 each.
There is grime and build up all over the hotel and rooms.if you have low expectations in cleanliness then you may like it.
Ants and bugs everywhere and again there’s no cleaner so you just have to deal with it
Location is terrible up a huge steep hill so if you have any sort of disability or unable to walk far this hotel is going to be a nightmare.
There’s absolutely no food or night life in the area you’re quite isolated.
Pool area and view are lovely but I wouldn’t recommend booking at all.
Really disappointed
