We had a wonderful family holiday here and cannot recommend the hotel and area enough! This hotel is perfect for families particularly with young children! The entertainment team and absolutely brilliant and made the holiday even more fun! The rooms are basic but clean and with a great shower and air con! The food is great with themed days which broke up the repetitivness of an all inclusive! We never struggled for sunbeds as a family of 9 and the waterpark attached is such a bonus! We will 100% be back in the future!

We’ve just returned from a fantastic family holiday at Relaxia Lanzasur in Playa Blanca (2 adults and our 11-year-old), and we honestly had the best time. The highlight of our stay was definitely the animation team — they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Their energy, enthusiasm and friendliness made every day fun and entertaining for both kids and adults. There was always something going on, from pool games and sports to evening entertainment, and they worked so hard to make everyone feel included. Our 11-year-old loved getting involved in the activities and made some amazing holiday memories. The team created such a fun atmosphere around the hotel and really helped make our holiday extra special. The hotel itself was clean, relaxed and in a great location, but it’s the animation team that truly made this holiday unforgettable. Thank you all for such an amazing experience — we would happily return!

Stayed here for a week with my daughter. Weather and pools were lovely, aqua park was brilliant. The rest i cant rate too much, the rooms weren't particularly clean, I had to request my bathroom be cleaned again upon arrival as it was filthy. Stains and dirty marks all over the walls. They didnt change the bed sheets atall in 7 days. They also failed to mention there is an ajoining door to the next apartment, which in my case was unlocked, so my neighbours could come and go as they pleased if they had wanted to. Again after another request at reception someone did come and lock it up. Fran at the front desk was incredibly helpful when needed, though the guy that originally checked us in was like a bulldog chewing a wasp. In regards to the food, breakfast was pretty much the only meal me and my daughter would eat. It was beautiful! Other meals not much choice, especially for picky eaters, my girl literally ate chips every day. Overall we did have a lovely holiday, but I dont think we would be returning to this resort.

We leave here tomorrow and we are here as a family of 4 . We have chosen to stay at the royal villa suite. OMG it is out of this world. Private hot tub. Food every day is something different we have all thoughrly enjoyed. Animations at night amazing for entering the kids, the lights show and fire show is a must watch We loved everything. We will be returning

The resort was brilliant. It’s a collection of villas well spaced out and well designed. The main reception is spacious and the staff will do anything for you. The food offering was solid, nothing too bland and nothing too wild. Just a good mix of healthy options, beige options for the kids and a live cooked offering. The snack bar being available almost all day meant no need to steal pastries at breakfast either. Burgers hotdogs, stone baked pizza, as well as salad and fruits and ice creams. The drinks are typical all inclusive spirits beers and wines, but ask for what you want and you will have a decent drink. It’s well located 5 minute walk from a nice beach and a 20 minute walk from a tourist trap style high street.
