We stayed here for Christmas/New year and cannot recommend this hotel enough. Management were constantly checking in with us to see if anything they could help us with. It was the most relaxing holiday for us and staff made us feel so welcome. Christmas and New year gala dinners were amazing, so much choice and variety. A special mention for Abdiel at dinner service, very accommodating and professional. Around the pool is so relaxing and entrainment at night was brilliant, everybody encouraged to join in.... Pool bar during is also good fun and Diana behind the bar is also very professional and helpful.
Already booked for next year.....

I had a nice time in lanzorate staying in relaxixa lanzaplaya hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly and welcoming. The hotel is on a slight hill so when you come to the hotel you need go up stairs or use lift to get to pool side and for your apartment, you might have to go up more stair unless booked a pool side apartment.
The area was nice as it just a 5 min walk down to puerto del carmen beach. It a small hotel with 2 small pools. Also you very close to the bus stop in town to get to arrecife and other place too.
The was some down side to the hotel it not best for disabled people or visually impaired as at night the lights was not very bright and it only small lift up to pool side and you are not allowed to bring mobility scooter up there.
We went all including for our holiday but I wish we only gone bed and breakfast. The breakfast was very nice and loved having the breakfast everyday. The lunch and dinner it was same food and repeated like Paella, chicken , pizza and pasta and I don’t think they really cater for English food there.
Also the power keep going off in the restaurant for about 5 mins most nights and on Wednesday we had a power cut in apartment and in hotel for about 30 mins.
A part from that small little problem it was a great holiday.

Second time we have stayed here. Danielle on reception was fantastic and was super helpful (please let her know how hard she works). We requested to stay in our original room 7214 and was pleasantly surprised when they was able to let us have it. Food is nice with plenty of choice, they try and give you theme nights for the main evening meals. The Pool area is nice with plenty of sunbeds however often had towels reserving beds but you get that everywhere, the condition of the sunbeds are good and well maintained infact overall the complex is lovely and clean with friendly staff, I've just booked to return again! This time with my elderly parents who I think will love it. See you again next year!

Wonderful half term break in Lanzaplaya, Puerto del Carmen! Everything is super clean and cleaners came daily. The apartments are spacious with all of the facilities you'll need. The food is stunning and caters for even the most fussy eaters (we had one with us!) Staff are helpful and there is a lifeguard at the pool daily. The pool is cold, but you do get used to it. Just a short walk from the main strip and a Spar just down the road for all of your daily needs. Absolutely loved our stay and would recommend. We went all inclusive - holiday hack, upgrade when you check in! It cost us 25% of what the booking company were asking for 5 people and we had more than our moneys worth. Recommended and as good as any 4 star we have stayed at!

This is not a hotel, this is apartments, paid for all inclusive, and could only get meals at meal times so definitely not all inclusive, no snacks served most days, hotdogs and burgers were available for 2 days out of
the 7, not great for a vegetarian. Room was clean and had everything that was needed, but it was so cold, heating didn’t work in any of the 3 rooms we had. The stairs that lead up to the rooms were so narrow and steep, asked if we could move due to the stairs told no, arrived on wed and fell down the stairs on the sat as they were wet and very slippery, showed my severely bruised ankle and arm to reception and asked if we could move room, told no I would have to speak with my rep did so and finally got moved on sun. The entertainment was a karaoke every night which after the first night wasn’t entertaining as it was only the 1 worker singing karaoke, there was a storm when we were there and the hotel had no entertainment no snacks being served and nowhere (except the room) for us to sit,as we couldn’t go out due to the storm.
