Second time we have stayed here. Danielle on reception was fantastic and was super helpful (please let her know how hard she works). We requested to stay in our original room 7214 and was pleasantly surprised when they was able to let us have it. Food is nice with plenty of choice, they try and give you theme nights for the main evening meals. The Pool area is nice with plenty of sunbeds however often had towels reserving beds but you get that everywhere, the condition of the sunbeds are good and well maintained infact overall the complex is lovely and clean with friendly staff, I've just booked to return again! This time with my elderly parents who I think will love it. See you again next year!

Wonderful half term break in Lanzaplaya, Puerto del Carmen! Everything is super clean and cleaners came daily. The apartments are spacious with all of the facilities you'll need. The food is stunning and caters for even the most fussy eaters (we had one with us!) Staff are helpful and there is a lifeguard at the pool daily. The pool is cold, but you do get used to it. Just a short walk from the main strip and a Spar just down the road for all of your daily needs. Absolutely loved our stay and would recommend. We went all inclusive - holiday hack, upgrade when you check in! It cost us 25% of what the booking company were asking for 5 people and we had more than our moneys worth. Recommended and as good as any 4 star we have stayed at!

We had the most amazing time at Relaxia Lanzaplaya. Perfect location, 5 minute walk from the strip, pools and rooms were clean and spacious. Big thank you to Irene on reception for your warm welcoming personality and to Alex for your character and the entertainment daily around the pool, the children and adults loved him! The food was beautiful, fresh and there was something different for each one of us every day. Compliments to the chefs! We couldn’t have had a more wonderful time and can’t wait to return next year!

Was a good time, the service food and drinks was a sooooo good and the pool was excellent for swimming and diving. The location is great with bars, restaurants arcades and excellent looking beaches. However, my room smelt awful and despite only being in there when going to sleep, the smell was unbearable so I can't give it the overall 4 stars it deserves.

I was generally quite happy with the hotel.
The rooms are nice and renovated. I only have one comment regarding the cleanliness of the room. The first room I stayed in had very, very dirty floors, my white socks were brown. However, I did not have such problems with the second one (I upgraded it).
I also seriously recommend that you book a room on the 1st floor and not on the ground floor, personally I found it a bit strange to constantly walk past the terraces of the guests from the ground floor, which are not even closed for a little privacy.
The hotel staff is friendly, but I wouldn't say the best, I've had better experiences...
The animation in the hotel is terrible, but I don't care because I prefer to go out in the evening, but I witnessed an entertainer one night who was drunk as a skunk and you could hear him singing and shouting from the street😂
The food was okay, the dinner menu changed daily and was good, but the breakfast was pretty average.
The location of the hotel itself is great, but the definite downside is the lack of parking, which got on my nerves every day.
Overall I had a good experience so I'm still giving it 4 stars.
