I recently stayed at Relaxia Lanzaplaya in Lanzarote as part of a family group of seven, and we had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely excellent, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality—there was something for everyone, which made dining easy for a larger group.
The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always willing to help—nothing ever felt like too much trouble, even with a family our size. The housekeeping team also did a great job, keeping our rooms spotless throughout our stay.
Overall, the service across the hotel was outstanding, and it really made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This was the best stay me and family have had long time. The Relaxia Lanzaplaya, was a Fantastic stay, we came with our boys 24 &16 and they are fussy eaters, but could always find something to eat at meal times. We loved every aspect of our stay, all staff were great. Food was great, and being so close to the beach was a bonus. All in all, if we could give it 10 stars we would. Best stay.

We booked a package holiday through love holidays, when we arrived we were told love holidays hadn’t even bothered to book us a room that we had fully paid them for. The staff were extremely understanding and Immediately started working on getting us a room and giving us the support needed to get the issue sorted. They were amazing and got us a room whilst we contacted love holidays to get it sorted.
Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard, bedsheets and towels replaced with fresh. Service was amazing everyone super friendly. Entertainment was great, my favourite was the water aerobics😂
Food was amazing, had a massive choice with each day rotating the dinner buffet giving plenty of options of great food.
Location is also great, right next to the strip, 1 min walk to a shop and only down the road from the beach.
If i could give more than 5 stars i would :)

Stayed in Lanzaplaya recently and delighted at how good it was. The place is kept really clean, the rooms are a great size, and the beds are actually comfortable — which you don’t always get in holiday apartments. The location is unreal too, just a short stroll to the strip and the beach, so you’ve everything you need right beside you.
The staff are friendly and always up for a chat, and the pool area is spotless with plenty of space to relax. It’s a solid spot for couples, and it has that easy, relaxed vibe you want on holiday.
Overall, really enjoyed my stay in Lanzaplaya. I’d happily go back.

Very comfortable and modern rooms, we were on 2210 with sea view. Great selection of food in the all inclusive restaurant and had a tapas meal in the other restaurant which was delicious. Hotel location isn't too far from the centre of the strip and an easy walk. Hotel entertainment was great and varied but I'd love to see the darts as a permanent feature and not just an event. As well as great live music, James does a great job with competitions and quizzes. Overall loved it and will probably book again
