I had an amazing two-night stay at Radisson Blu Taghazout.Everything was simply perfect—from the beautiful, comfortable rooms to the outstanding service.
I’ve stayed in many hotels in Taghazout , and this one has definitely become my favorite. It will be my first choice every time I visit.

The hotel is very nice. The swimming pool is clean, the facilities are great, and the overall atmosphere is enjoyable. The staff are generally polite, and I had a good stay.
However, as a Moroccan guest, I felt uncomfortable because every time I left the hotel and came back, or even when I went to the cafeteria, I was asked for my room number. I noticed that other guests were not being asked as often, if at all.
I completely understand that hotels need to verify guests for security reasons, but I hope they apply the same procedure to everyone equally. Being treated differently made me feel singled out during my stay. I hope the hotel can improve this so that all guests receive the same treatment, regardless of whether they are locals or international visitors.

We had a two great stays at Radisson Blu and one in the Radisson Residences in Taghazout. Great service all around but one person especially stood out. Fatima at the reception provided truly next-level and literally outstanding customer-oriented service. I think she is the management assistance. I hope that she is in exactly the position she wants to be in, because the way she represents the company and functions as a role-model for everyone is priceless.
We had an unforeseen issue with another hotel, due to which it was not clear where we would stay. Radisson Blu did not have any availability during that time. While my partner and I were searching for accomodation, she went extra-miles to find us a solution. My partner and I went for a short bike ride and learned that right when left off, Fatima came after us to let us know there was the availability that we needed. She saw we left our bags and knew we would come back and reserved us the spaces!
Honestly if my family would return to gastronomy or the hotel business, we would pay a lot to have her come to wherever we are on the planet to represent our business. I'll consider it with my current business too, to be quite honest.

An amazing hotel, we had a really nice stay! The location is top notch, right above the beach. The breakfast was good, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff is also super polite and helful. Especially Jamal at the pool who was such a nice and funny guy made our stay extra special 🙏

Stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. One of the highlights was their surf house! I had a surfing session and it was so much fun. The atmosphere was lively, the staff were friendly, and everything was well organized. It made the stay unique and memorable. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for a hotel with fun activities and a good vibe!
