Good location for Gozo and Comino ferries (walking distance). Room was large with balcony overlooking the pool/ocean. Old decor but fine otherwise. Bar drink prices were average. Check in for us was after 3 pm. They kept telling us the room wasn't ready. Guest Services kindly bought us a drink for the delay. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was good. Porto Restaurant across the street for dinner was satisfactory. Service here was good. We were just happy to have somewhere close to eat. I would definitely not stay here again. There was a weird vibe to what we're used to. Many guests looked miserable. Hardly anyone mingled or talked to each other. They kept to themselves. We did meet a couple people but that was it. We stayed 4 nights and I regretted my choice. We traveled 5 weeks through Europe staying at a new hotel every 1 or 2 nights. This was our least favourite for sure. Visit Popeye Village and spend a nice day at Paradise Bay to get away.

For access to Gozo & Comino it is exceptional. Hotel is made for all inclusive guests otherwise the hours and access to the pool are impossible.
Extremely misleading room description. Ferry lights illuminated our room all night long when we expected a view of the pool and ocean/bay?
Someone did a sloppy white coat of paint at some time and all the molding in the rooms and hallways shows the paint.
The room electricity needs a room key to run and if you leave the do not disturb light is no longer on.
However room service must also put a key in the slot in order to turn on the electricity and would then see the do not disturb sign illuminated. They do not care and will move all of your belongings which for us was money, camera equipment, and lingerie without caring that you had a do not disturb sign.
The front desk did not even have a schedule for the gozo channel ferry and handed me the Sliema - Valletta ferry schedule which was hilarious.
The service in the beach front restaurant was also horrible.
The only reason to stay here is if you are diving and do not want to travel far afterwards. The atmosphere was like an old scene from the dirty dancing movie with a lot of old Germans who looked very unhappy sitting around listening to karaoke at night.

This hotel is a fake 4-star hotel and simply horrible! I checked in late at night on 23rd Sep 2025. My room was dirty, not only with dust and nasty hairs everywhere, including the bed and sink, but also with pieces of plastic packages. The furniture is not just old, which would not be an issue, but also broken. The WiFi signal is just terrible. My worst surprise was this morning when I tried to shower. Almost no water coming out from the shower head, also broken, by the way, and the temperature would not stay stable. This morning, I went to the reception asking to change my room. I was told I would have to pay a cleaning fee, which was simply shocking to me. I said "You have a customer complaining that the room is dirty and you are asking for a cleaning fee?" - the reception person continued insisting on this. I am here for a business meeting using one of their meeting rooms. I was told that I am not allowed to bring in a small plate with fruit from the breakfast area to the meeting room and I can have something to eat at the coffee break. I went to use the toilet allocated to the meeting room and was surprised to find broken sinks and a complete lack of a soap dispenser for one side. I do not usually spend time and energy to write negative reviews, but this hotel and the attitude of the employees are out of this world. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

If you want a 4 star hotel service, please avoid this place.
Good things first - the dinner buffet had some really yummy food and also the Sunday lunch buffet. Also most of the staff was friendly. On Saturday night there was entertainment in the bar which we enjoyed.
Cons - I will attach pictures showing the state of disrepair of bits of this hotel. The indoor pool had two big glass window panels literally missing. There was a storm in Satuday and we were being rained on in the indoor pool cause the roof was leaking.
Also there were peeling walls, rust everywhere. After the storm the surround of one of the outside pools was not even swept and till the following day was full of debris. Worst even still was that in Saturday there was a dead cockroach near a deckchair in the indoor pool. On Sunday that cockroach was still there, so obviously no staff had been round and cleaned the indoor pool area.
Because of the heavy rain, we had water coming in the room. Staff came to mop it up but must have missed a puddle because I managed to slip and fell. When I told this to the guy on reception, he did not even acknowledge what I had told him
Also breakfast was mediocre at best.
If you are a 4 star hotel offer 4 star service

We stayed here for a week. All good, from the food to rooms. It’s located in the northern part of Malta, it’s very suitable for couples and families, you’re away from the noise of Saint Julian but you can reach it in about 40 minutes with the bus. Perfect mix of relax and fun thanks to the animation provided by the strutture. Special thanks to Rajan, one of the barmans, he is a lovely person. If you are going to stay here , you have to try his Capo spritz. Unforgettable. Thanks Paradise and thanks Rajan for everything.
