Fantastic hotel run by a very kind and competent group of people! The pool was lovey and I highly recommend the poolside bar, which sold very tasty food and drinks at a reasonable price. The staff were the clear standout, shoutout to their absolutely incredible security guard who was so incredibly kind to my friends and I when we were having a crisis. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone looking to stay in Albufeira

We had room 001 which was positioned between barrel store and metal emergency exit which was being used as a short cut by staff. The door was being slammed 24/7 so we were continually being woken up.
We complained many times to reception but nothing was done and they wouldn't move us.
The hotel was dated but clean although towels were very grubby and the rooms had all necessary equipment in kitchen. The kettle blew the fuses in our room, but this was dealt with within 5mins of telephone call and kettle replaced.
We didn't eat on site so can't comment on food, but sangria was good.
They requested €100 each cash as a security deposit at arrival, we wasn't aware of this so make sure you have enough cash.
The room experience spoilt our holiday so will definitely never return.

Excellent service and staff 👏 so friendly nothing too much trouble ever arriving at 10pm the bar staff stayed on and prepared food for us the reception staff go out of there way for advice and help you you plan your day

We have just had a week with you!!
We loved it, Staff made us feel welcome, they went above and beyond to help us. We weren't sure about the area as our first visit so we asked Lilly and she went out of her way to find us a map.
She explained how to get to the old town, etc.
Nice bar serving cocktails, food etc.
The Room was spotless everything you need for self catering.
We went to Aldi and stocked up the fridge/ freezer.
Nice pool and sunbathing area, we had mixed weather but enjoyed a few days around the pool. Really nice and chilled vibe.
Hotel is close to lots of bars and eating places.
Lovely pizza place on the corner.
Will definitely visit this hotel again.
