We had a wonderful holiday here and enjoyed our stay.
Let’s start with the many positive aspects of this hotel :)
The views! The hotel is located at the top of a mountain with a spectacular view on the Taurito beach below and Puerto de Mogan a bit further away.
The people working here are also very friendly. Staff at the reception are always willing to help and the people at the restaurant welcome you with a smile.
The food at the restaurant is good. Every day something a bit different and lots of options to choose from.
The drinks that were included were okay. Not great, but you could always pay a bit extra for a better cocktail or wine.
What we really liked was the small bar near the beach. A free shuttle bus will take you there and you could enjoy a day at the beach and enjoy some snacks and drinks that are included in the All Inclusive concept. Of course not that many options as the lunch at the hotel, but that is okay.
We also loved the events and animation in the evening. Quality was top notch in our opinion.
Why not a 5/5?
First of all: the elevator problem. Mentioned here on Google Reviews multiple times, but we didn’t expect it to be that bad. Some elevators are “permanently” broken, as in, will not be fixed anytime soon. There are at least 4 of these (both elevators on the 4th block and one elevator on block 3 + one elevator on block 2).
This means that the remaining elevators (one elevator per block) are stressed a lot; All guests, but also all housekeepers and handymen (with all their laundry carts and equipment) use them constantly.
In the week that we were there we noticed that on one evening people got stuck in one of these elevators. On a Sunday the same elevator was broken and it couldn’t be fixed until the next day. They, however, do fix these 2 remaining elevators on the 2nd and 3rd block, otherwise people are forced to climb the stairs.
We were located on the second highest floor of the highest block. Which meant a lot of walking a climbing.
The rooms need to be renovated. It’s not too bad, but you see that a lot of the furniture, walls and wood is damaged. Also there is no WiFi in the rooms.

Good points :
- Restaurant and staff very professional very good foods.
- Sea View : very good view to the beach and pools.
Bad points :
- Gaming corner: shameful scame don't go there you loose your money.
- very small swimming pool not hygienic at all , no rules , no monitoring
- Lift and infrastructure deffect all the time
- Parking very badly managed you'll get a ticket each day with your car.
Final point : very last option if your budget is limited and you really need holidays!

Lovely hotel, rooms clean and spacious. Plenty of sunbeds and no fighting for them as available throughout day. Free bus to the beach and waterpark and harbour which are a must to visit as there are very limited walking places. The harbour is lovely and I wish they had a later bus for pick up as we would have liked to stay longer.

Reasonable hotel. A little tired but the majority of the staff and the quality of the food makes up for it. Our bed was very comfortable. Reception staff could do to be more welcoming. If you are arriving late it's worth noting that bringing some water with you is recommended.
Also... parking is a total nightmare. If you have a car hire expect to drive looking for a place to park. If you park down the hill from the hotel it's a steep uphill 10 minute walk. Fortunately we travel light but if we had cases we'd have had to pay for a taxi.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 days (booked via Booking), and overall had a good experience.
The highlight is definitely the view, this was the main reason we chose this hotel, and it was absolutely worth it. The ocean view from the room and the sunsets are truly incredible. The food was also very diverse and enjoyable.
However, there are some important downsides. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly anywhere, even at reception. The hotel feels a bit outdated, cleaning could be better, and basic amenities like water, bathrobes, and slippers are not provided. Elevators were often out of order, and the location is not very convenient without a car — quite a long walk to the nearest stop, and limited shuttle service to the beach.
The beach itself is great, with plenty of cafés, bars, and a nice hotel beach bar.
Unfortunately, we also had an unpleasant situation at breakfast. We asked to sit by the window where many tables were free, but were told everything was “reserved” and placed in a dark corner. Later we found out reservations aren’t actually possible, which made the situation feel unfair and disappointing.
On a positive note, we would really like to thank the manager Sebastian. He was extremely kind, helpful, and professional - he assisted us with everything from hotel organization to transport and travel advice. He truly made our stay better, especially compared to other staff who gave unclear or incorrect information (for example, suggesting Google Maps routes that were not accurate due to road closures).
Overall, beautiful views and good food, but several service and organizational issues need improvement.
