I strongly advise against staying here. This aparthotel has definitely seen better days. There are stairs everywhere and no ramps, making it a real struggle to navigate with luggage.
On the positive side, the food was tasty and the staff were polite, though misleading. They assured me the nightclub located right outside our bedroom window only operated on weekends, but it was active every single night until 3 AM, alongside another noisy venue nearby.
To make matters worse, there was ongoing construction work during our stay—drilling, sawing, and workers carrying buckets of cement through the pool area. Even though I didn’t capture it on video, management essentially gaslit me by flat-out denying that any work was being done. One day, they even taped off almost all the pools for painting. Guests should have been informed about these works in advance so we could plan our stay accordingly.
However, the absolute breaking point was the cockroaches in our room. After I reported it, I was told a crew would be sent, but they just sent the regular housekeeping staff—not specialized pest control. We were promised an inspection the next day, but that never happened. The cleaners who arrived didn't mention the infestation at all; they just asked if I wanted fresh towels, which I declined. It seems the staff had a significant language barrier and reported that I didn't want any cleaning service, rather than understanding I was waiting for pest control professionals. They never showed up.
The hotel claims in their response that they took immediate action regarding the insect infestation. This is simply untrue. The housekeeping staff sent to my room had no knowledge of any sanitary issues, and the only thing I was asked about was a towel change. None of the staff members made any attempt to carry out pest control or investigate the source of the problem. The hotel's suggestion that I refused to cooperate is a manipulation—declining standard housekeeping services (like changing towels) in no way exempts the property from its fundamental duty to ensure basic sanitary hygiene in a room infested with insects
By the last night, cockroaches were still scurrying around the room. To top it off, one of them actually hitched a ride home in my luggage and crawled out alive when I unpacked. This wasn’t my first visit to the Canary Islands, but it was the first time I’ve ever dealt with cockroaches in my room. It was a truly traumatic experience.

First time at the Nazaret mansions, not to be confused with the other Nazarets. Booking in was very easy, staff on reception were great and helpful all the way through the stay. Room was a duplex and was reasonably spacious. Balcony caught the sun mid morning all the way through the afternoon, but the view wasn't great, just some waste land, so best to close your eyes and soak up the sun. Several pools to choose from and none of them crowded. If you wanted a swim there was one that was heated, and very nice. Location is perfect, right in the centre and literally 1 minute walk from the square and all the bars and restaurants. So good, I've booked it again for May

Spacious apartment with everything you need plus nice touches, toiletries, wine etc. comfy beds, cleaning and towel bedding change. Lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. Great location short stroll to sea, square with restaurants, bars across the road, supermarket on corner. Great breakfast, lots of choice. Only be aware 3 floors in the building and no lift, but was not a problem at all to us.

I spend there last year in December one week at the Nazareth Mansion. It was an amazing experience, the room was very clean and tidy and the place calm so that it was possible to rest properly.

The staff was amazing, very kind and supportive.
The food was very tasty and for the week I spend there the meals never repeated.
For people that have issues with gluten, there are many gluten free options.
If needed the hotel is preparing something for you and explaining everything into details.
Close by you have a bus stop from where you can go by bus to Arrecife for example but also some car rental companies to get a car.
