Park Malibu is a pleasant place to stay with several strong advantages. The location is good, the pool is warm, and the territory is clean, well-maintained, and attractive. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Daily cleaning can be requested, which is a nice bonus. There are also tennis courts available free of charge for guests. However, our apartment lacked some important amenities. There was no washing machine, and the kitchen had very limited dishes and basic household items. Overall, the apartment did not feel cozy enough or well-equipped for a longer stay.

I was very impressed with the Hotel and complex. It has a great location close to all the popular amenities. The apartments are clean comfortable and spacious. The customer service is excellent setting the bar very high.All staff including ground staff are very friendly and helpful.A special mention to Lucas and Mariam for all their help and assistance. The hotel offers great value for money in a very secure environment. Overall it was a wonderful holiday experience. Arthur Palmer

Excellent service from arrival to checkout. Lovely friendly welcome from Louis on reception and he walked us to our room. We had a lovely surprise upon going in as the team had left a cake, balloons and a gift for my daughter’s birthday. It was such a lovely kind gesture and we were so grateful. Room was large, very clean and spacious with everything we needed. Pool area is lovely, lots of loungers and a heated pool, also a bar for drinks. Location is perfect. There is a supermarket by the entrance to the hotel for all of the essentials and lots of places to eat nearby. Las Americas is a short taxi ride away or is within walking distance if you don’t mind walking. My daughter loved Siam Mall which is just half a mile away and Siam Park is about the same distance. All of the staff are super friendly and we got a WhatsApp message every night to check if we wanted our room cleaned. We had a great time, thank you to team Malibu Park.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the staff are lovely the whatsapp request is a great idea. Although up a hill, it's only a 20 min walk into the centre. There are pubs and supermarkets underneath the apartments and a couple of lovely restaurants and Aqualand is across the road.. One of the nicest pool areas and T who works in the pool bar is great, . We had a one bedroom apartment that had absolutely everything we needed. Its a very relaxed and chilled out place. Had a late check in and the gentleman on reception was very nice and even walked us to our room so that we would know where to go.We will definitely be back, highly recommend, five stars.

First night in the hotel, just wow! For the money we spent the hotel was above my expectations. We have everything except a dishwasher, we have washer machine, microwave, coffee machine, hoover, x2 40" smart flatscreens, chandler fans in the main room and bedroom, iron with ironing board, the balcony is massive, plenty of room. you could practically move in for a resident. The young lady on the desk was very helpful. She has took the time to explain all about the hotel including the security barriers which gives a very safe feeling to the hotel. 7 more days to go so if anything unexpected happens I will update. On the whole, we are very happy 😊
