Amazing staff at reception. They take your phone number and you can message them at any time through what's app.
I couldn't open the sofa bed, 5 minutes maintenance at the door to help.
Cleaning of rooms is available every day, room had everything we needed to cook, clean. Beautiful sun on balcony. Pool quiet and relaxing.
Early check out at 10 but you can stay long for a fee. Location was good. Nice few places to eat near by and super market.
Area to shower at reception also.
I really enjoyed my stay and felt safe as a solo traveller.

Amazing location, right next to Aqualand and near Siam Park.
Has a shop right down below the apartments so anytime you need anything you can pop down to the shop.
Room was cleaned everyday and had fresh bedding and towels available.
Lovely pool and bar pool. Beautiful views of the mountain from the pool and lovely views from the balcony in apartment.

I was very impressed with the Hotel and complex. It has a great location close to all the popular amenities. The apartments are clean comfortable and spacious. The customer service is excellent setting the bar very high.All staff including ground staff are very friendly and helpful.A special mention to Lucas and Mariam for all their help and assistance. The hotel offers great value for money in a very secure environment.
Overall it was a wonderful holiday experience.

Park Malibu is a pleasant place to stay with several strong advantages. The location is good, the pool is warm, and the territory is clean, well-maintained, and attractive. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Daily cleaning can be requested, which is a nice bonus. There are also tennis courts available free of charge for guests.
However, our apartment lacked some important amenities. There was no washing machine, and the kitchen had very limited dishes and basic household items. Overall, the apartment did not feel cozy enough or well-equipped for a longer stay.

What a beautiful place! The rooms/apartments were so spacious and well put together. The cleanliness wasn’t to fault.
The staff were lovely, was greeted at reception where we was explained everything and then walked down to our apartment.
The location was actually extremely good! We walked everywhere! The beach was like a 10 minute walk. Restaurants directly outside the resort as well as being opposite the water park if you fancy a fun day out.
Would 100% recommend and am planning on going back!
