Currently staying at this hotel and it's not bad enough to say I wouldn't stay agai, but for the price I paid for the holiday I would have expected better. Its 1:20 am and there's already 12 loungers been covered with towels and there is not enough as it is. The locks on the doors are temperamental and it can take 5 minutes or so to lock or unlock the door. The shops are a 20 minute walk away if you know where you are going and there is no shop in the hotel. The fact you have to take your cups you are provided everywhere you go or you are charged for another even on all inclusive isn't the best. Like the loungers the dining room is I think to small for the amount of people here and a few times it has been difficult to get a table. The food hasn't changed much in the days I've been here and although it's good that they have an option for kids, it's not much choice and doesn't change much either. I also seen a staff member drop a clean spoon on the floor and just put it into the container of other clean ones for people to use.The staff seem nice enough and helpful, but a staff issue I do think needs looked into are lifeguards around the pool and pool maintenance. The pool with the slides has one member of staff at the top of the slides, but never once did I see them telling people when it was safe to go and not hit others, the same with not having one at the bottom to communicate with. As for pool maintenance I saw the water being brushed off the ground once today between 10am and 5pm. Nice hotel, but needs upgrading and a bit more structure

We have been to this hotel twice now. Management has been taken over and the slides/upgraded children’s pools are great for the children. The current entertainers (especially Juliet & Andrea) are outstanding, great with the children and a fantastic asset to this place. The bar staff have lovely personalities and learn to know your drinks pretty quick haha. The full team of staff make this place what it is, Paul on reception is a great laugh. The entertainment is 100x better than it was 18 months ago and hopefully with some more food varieties/themed food nights, this place could be better. The food has been a massive let down for us, my girls have lived on chips and spaghetti for 2 weeks (minus the nights we ate out). If you aren’t up for 6am, you aren’t getting a sunbed either. Some sunbeds have been absolutely awful and have probably been here for years. There isn’t enough sunbeds or seats/tables for how many people are currently in this place. The entertainment rooms/seating areas need expanding and many many more sunbeds need buying. I wish this place good luck for the future.

We have just come back from a 10 day holiday at Aloe, we loved the place, needs updating in parts but nothing major really.
We had 2 rooms the 1 me, my wife and youngest son was in was great, cleaned every 2days.
The 1 my 2 eldest had no aircon all holiday, we told the reception staff everyday, there where really good trying to get it sorted, but unfortunately it never got sorted. The Italian restaurant wasn't open at all whilst we was there which was very disappointing. It would be nice if it had a little shop on site, the nearest shop is about 12 mins away. The food was good typical all inclusive food, my kids got bored sometimes of the food. Most of the staff where very friendly, the pools are nice but cold and it doesn't help that fuerteventura is a very windy place, there isn't enough sunbeds, if you dont get your towels down early you dont get a bed. Me and my wife went down at 6 and there where already towels on most of the beds. The WiFi was really bad, it worked 1 minute then didnt the next! But we did really like the holiday and glad we picked to go there.

Brilliant holiday, the building itself is dated and some aspects need replacing and/or upgrading, but overall clean and spacious and had everything. The food was very good. Plenty of it and lots of choice. Different choices most nights. Catered well for children. Quiet location, a good 15min walk into the shops/bars/waterpark. Staff were amazing, front of house, bar staff and entertainment and children’s club staff were always helpful and friendly,

Staff really friendly. Paul on reception was really helpful all week. Kids club and the entertainment was brilliant and got everyone involved. We had an issue with noise in the room above us and they got us moved quickly. Food was ok, not much selection, could be improved with better labelling. Location is good, a 5 min taxi ride to main shops/beach. A change machine in the arcade would help being so far from the shop. The hotel was actively making improvements throughout the week. Overall enjoyed our stay.
