We’ve had a great stay. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Staff around the pool were helpful in getting beds and umbrellas and even across the road at the beach in the Tui area was the same. The entertainment team were great - brilliant with the children and making everyone feel welcome. My daughter especially loved the kids disco. Entertainment in the evenings was a bit hit and miss but we always had a laugh. Water slides were a big hit - something in the pools for all ages!

Ideal hotel for a budget place to stay. Rooms were clean, it is relatively small but that's okay if you don't mind a smaller resort. Staff were friendly and very hard working. Value for money. Good location close to the beach, shops just across the road in a market style leading to the beach. Crocpark is definitely worth visiting, we booked through our Tui rep and it was cheap for what it was - we had a great morning. Hotel and pools kept clean and well maintained. Food was repetitive but something for everyone, we did find a nice Italian next to MacDonalds that was really nice and cheap for what we had. Only reason i am giving it a 4star is because we were all poorly but I can't 100% say it was due to the hotel food, drinks or pool. I would recommend if you want a cheap holiday and are willing to go out for food some of your visit then this is ideal. We paid £1500 for three of us for 11 nights so with that in mind it is worth the money. It's a family friendly place to stay with entertainment most of the day and night which was great. Big shout out to Yo-Yo for learning some more Welsh

We have just had an amazing stay at the TUI Kenzi Europa in Agadir and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Everywhere was clean, well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day.
The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food had a good variety each day, and there was always something enjoyable to eat. The pool area was also brilliant, with plenty of space to relax and soak up the sunshine.
A huge thank you has to go to the entertainment team. They were absolutely outstanding and really made our holiday unforgettable. Every single member was full of energy, incredibly friendly, and always took the time to speak to everyone. They encouraged people to join in without ever being pushy and created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere around the hotel. The daytime activities were great, and the evening entertainment was brilliant, with so much effort put into every performance. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, and ability to make guests smile every day was truly impressive. They are a real credit to the hotel and one of the main reasons we would love to come back.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend TUI Kenzi Europa to anyone visiting Agadir. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special—we can’t wait to return!

Stayed here with my partner. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with staff working all day to maintain this. All the staff were friendly and really helpful. The men at the poolside were amazing- fetching and moving sunbeds and umbrellas whenever you asked.
The choice of food wasn't vast but it was all fresh and tasty. Gorgeous salads and fresh bread at every meal.
Entertainment was varied. Didn't always start at advertised times - bit hit and miss. Evening entertainment was either in a side room with rows of chairs facing a little stage, or in the foyer which was strange.
Good choice of drinks and cocktails- if you want named brands, you have to pay extra.
Plenty of shops and restaurants close by if you want to get out and about.
There was a section of beach for the hotel with security there. But no bar on beach. Only a few minutes walk from hotel though.

This was our first time in Morocco. We picked Kenzi Europa hotel and from the time of check in to when we checked out the staff couldn’t be more helpful! We arrived at 12:30am and the hotel kept open the restaurant for some late dinner after travelling which was a really nice touch.
The animations team are very kind and fun, shoutout to Anwar and Ben who was very funny and always made us feel welcome!
