This was my 9th stay at the Kennedy Nova hotel in Gzira Malta. A very pleasant stay with friendly and helpful staff always on hand when needed. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a daily cleaning service. There is a rooftop bar with a small pool and sun beds. The food is good with a good menu. The front rooms have an excellent view of Manoel Island, Valletta.and the many boats in the harbour.
Overall a very pleasant hotel and one I shall be visiting again in the future.

I was in the room 504 with my two friends but we also had 3 other rooms booked for the rest of our friends. In our room the ac wasnt working propperly and was also dripping wich we reported 3 times and only after the third did they send someone to fix it but they didn’t fix it it was still dripping. The shower was wery short and dint have a showerhead onlu the one attached to the wall dripping down, me and my friends were taller that the shower so we had to shower bending down. The breakfast was very bad like old good they keep giving when someone doesn’t eat it so u would still have to buy your own breakfast. The maids were very disturbing they always knock on your door the walls are paper thin so you hear everything all the time the pool the offer is very bas bad music is going its not clean and its very sad looking. One of my friends bes was hard as a rock her back hurt for all of our vication and the ac in her room was barely working she was sweating all the time. Majority of guest are kids but like a lot of kids school trip kids wich are very loud and disturbing. Overall it was an awful experience i highly recommend you necer go here. Just to mention this is all you get for over 1000€ per room.

The hotel is on the Sliema seafront. Parking in the area is very limited so arrive by bus or taxi. Check in was easy. The receptionist on 2nd May in the evening was polite and friendly. The room was quite small, no balcony. The air conditioner wasn't working. It was set to 16c and high speed but it wasn't blowing cold air. There wasn't coffee, tea or bottle water. This is something I'd expect im a 4 star hotel. The bathroom was clean, the shower head fixed and quite low down. I'm not particularly tall but had to stoop to get under it. There was a lot of noise at night from other guests. The hotel staff did deal with it Breakfast wasn't great. Almost everything that's supposed to be hot wasn't. The coffee was ok. The hotel is ok but I can't really recommend it. There are better options in Malta for the same money

The food in almost the same every day, the are minimum 2-3 types of potatos fried, boiled even for dinner, even for breakfast. The service isn’t really good the people at the reception are always around our room and knocking at our door cause we’re a group of kids and they are kidding with us every night. The location is good. The rooms are miserable, the maid doesn’t change our sheets but they are only changing the place of the sheet on the other bed. The air conditioning doesn’t work really good, if it works in the day it works on a cold mode, and the night- warm. Don’t take a speaker because they are going to tax you about “ the shout we make “. The rooms doesn’t smell good and the lamp switches are really strange. The balcons are miserable too and they are really small and doesn’t have any chairs. The bathrooms - the water isn’t clean, the shower is hard to work and the bathtub isn’t good too. The maids doesn’t take the rubbish and they only make our beds every day. For the month of march I don’t really think that the thin sheets are enough to not sleep with a jacket. In my opinion for one night it’s good but for more - not. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Reception guys were kind, and the breakfast was nothing special, but they got everything you need, the rooms were old fashioned, it would need a bit of recontruction, but in price-value ratio it was acceptable. Buy a toilet if you go there, its see through there. The hallway was loud in the evening even after 12a.m., and the staff didnt do anything.
