Hotel beatriz is a great hotel to give your head a break and enjoy time with your family. I think this is a good hotel for any searchers online looking for holidays and are looking for a cheap and calm hotel. This resort includes.varios activities such as mini golf ,the spa,the programmes that happen every night and the pools. Overall the food was okay. These meals rarely change so i think it could be a bit better if we could change the menu. The rooms are nice. They are very.cosy and spacious and with a vuew that every one woupd like to see. The views depend on the room you select when you buy the hotel.Overall i think this hotel visited more often because its a great coice to choose from.

When we arrived greated at reception directed to room . Our room was very clean well presented. Maid came every morning. Agree few sockets but not an issue
Tea coffee kettle fridge in room .
It's a large hotel we got lost every day but this was okay as you found different parts hotel. Sports bar , shops . entertainment, kids club , restrants . The main eating area ,
the spa you pay extra but well worth it my facial by 'Amber' was lovely!! then the hydro pool sauna steam room.
We never had a problem with sun beds, the pools are clean .
The food in main restaurant is what you'd expect from all inc. we never went to restaurant as we're booked
The hotel is very clean tidy .
The staff very helpful and polite .
Good location you hear the planes during the day but they become back ground noise. No flights after 11pm. If I was a loan female id travel here alone . Gate locked 10pm only way in is reception. You can hire car onsite .
Beach across the path way . Local shops restaurant less 5 mins walk
We met other travelers very friendly.
All in all a lovely stay. We stayed end of May 26

Me and my family including 3 children all different ages have just got back from this hotel and after reading the reviews we were really worried. However we had nothing but a positive experience!
Firstly, rooms were clean and comfortable. (In need of a paint but does not in one way affect my holiday)
The pool and pool area was always clean and able to always find a sunbed. Staff were always super friendly. Entertainment in evening was good other than the kids disco could be a little earlier and have music on in the background before everything starts.
Food was as you expect from an all inclusive, tasty and always something to eat even for one of my children who has additional needs but yes slightly repetitive but again what all inclusive isn’t repetitive.
The bamboo Chinese buffet was brilliant, definitely worth a visit! As well as the burger bar, their chicken burgers were amazing!
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the water features and nature all inside definitely makes it one of a kind.
I am writing this review as all of the reviews I had seen prior were bad and this hotel does not deserve the bad reviews it has got. I hope whoever is reading these prior to their holiday ignore all the bad and enjoy their holiday just like we have! Would definitely go to this hotel again!

Hotel Beatriz Playa & Spa – Mixed Experience
We recently stayed at Hotel Beatriz Playa & Spa and while there were positives, several issues left us disappointed.
The food was genuinely good, with a nice variety and good quality overall. Our room was spacious, regularly cleaned, and had plenty of storage. The mini fridge was useful for keeping drinks cool.
However, there were several frustrating issues. The room had very few plug sockets, making it difficult to charge phones or use appliances like hair straighteners. The hotel’s open-air walkway design also became a safety concern when it rained — the floors were extremely slippery, and there were no warning signs in place.
In the dining area, there was only one toaster for the entire hotel, and it was very inconsistent — sometimes bread toasted in one pass, other times it needed three or four attempts. On one occasion, we also had to wait around 10 minutes for hot water for tea, which shouldn’t happen in a hotel of this size.
We were also surprised to be told we had to pay €10 per person for a spa towel, with no explanation as to whether this was a refundable deposit or a one-time charge. The lack of clarity made it feel excessive.
The biggest issue was the inconsistent smoking policy. Reception told us it was strictly non-smoking except outside the front entrance. However, we saw guests smoking by the pool and outside the buffet area, with ashtrays clearly available. The mixed messages were confusing and poorly managed.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but clearer communication, better organisation, and improved safety measures are needed.

In general the hotel wasn't too bad. However the food was too bland for my taste. The oriental buffet tasted nothing like anything Asian that I've ever tried. Whoever made that needs to learn a great deal more about spices!
The spa was excellent, I was very impressed. I had a very relaxing massage and spent time in the warm water of the indoor pool with many different water jets. One outdoor pool was pleasantly heated and ideal when the sun came out.
Unfortunately the bar areas were not very welcoming but we didn't have to go too far away to find more convivial venues.
I thought the location was excellent for long, seaside walks to the busier parts of the resort but away from the noisy bars and restaurants. There is enough beach, stretching for miles, to cater for any number of tourists without overcrowding.
Overall we had a pleasant stay but feel that your cooks need more training.
