Me and my family recently stayed at this hotel for a 7 night holiday (15th - 22nd July) and what a fantastic hotel it is. The service is incredible and every member of staff makes you feel special and well looked after. We arrived late due to flight delays and even after the restaurant service had finished is was no trouble for them to provide us with a small meal on our arrival. It didn’t stop with that either every aspect of the service provided is done so with a smile and professionalism.
The hotel facilities are great too. The rooms are spacious and modern and the lobby, pool and bar area are clean tidy and well looked after.
The food at the hotel and the sister hotel across the road was great also. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice and fresh every day. The dinner service is also nice too if you’re half or full board.
The location of the hotel is perfect too. A short walk to shopping and bars. A slightly further walk to the beach but not excessive.
It’s also really handy for the bus routes for exploring further afield.
There really is something for everyone in the area. And it was made even better by our stay at the hotel.
I would recommend this hotel with out a doubt and we will return one day.

We just stayed here for 11 nights, we have stayed previously but this time half board, our room preference was accommodated prompt, we really want you to recognise antonio for his professional but curtious way, he definitely knows his job very well and does an exceptional job, seen him dealing with all kinds of issues but offering a calm solution setting a prime example and tone.
We were checked in and got offered to eat something even though the restraunt was closed after 9.30pm when service was done, restraunt staff were so attentive and were really pleasant and went out of there way.
The food was exceptional as was the staff really well presented and gave a professional service, special mention to Gian, and I did not catch the other names but a really friendly team for evening dinner service. 8
The rooftop and the pool was in keeping with the hotel, from my first feedback you have redone the pool floor and got all spa jets working again, however one of the jaccuzzi was only working towards the end of our holiday, there was one pool guard who was really friendly and chatty.
Rooms were absolutley amazing, like nothing iv experienced in spain before, so comfortable and stylish like a posh boutique hotel but classy, cleaned every single day, great job!
Just wanted to mention the grout around the shower floor and other areas in bathroom in room 320 may need replacing as it is discoloured, just a note that did not affect our comfort.
All public areas were simply stunning it is an absolutley beautiful hotel
Half board/ I wanted to highlight that in the restraunt, if you are half board you should be offered 1 soft drink like water or coffee to have with an evening meal as a basic then purchase in addition, just like breakfast with the drinks.
My entire party felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay. I also feel that if the hotel were adults-only, or perhaps restricted to guests aged 25 and over, it would further enhance the peaceful and exclusive atmosphere.
Overall, my comments are intended purely as constructive feedback to help improve what is already an outstanding hotel. In my opinion, this is one of the very best hotels in Maspalomas, offering exceptional value, genuine luxury, and a wonderfully relaxing experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

We went with our 4 month old baby. Room was amazing. Very spacious and clean as well as beds being comfy. Everyone was so great with our baby boy and made him feel very comfortable. All staff made an effort at interacting with him. Would definitely stay here again and was great place to have our first family holiday with the wee one.

What a delightful hotel! Me and my partner stayed here for a week and it was pretty much perfect. The room was spacious and was cleaned every day, the pool was beautiful, clean and quiet. The breakfast was lovely with options of a continental breakfast and hot food cooked in front of you. We were half board so we also had dinner, which was somewhat slightly confusing to understand at first, but gorgeous.
The only negative was that it is classed as an adults only hotel but there were a couple of families with children that were sometimes slightly noisy around the pool. But that isn’t the hotels fault.
Finally, the service at the hotel is fantastic, after a delayed flight we arrived at the hotel at 11:30pm and missed our half board dinner option. We were offered a of dinner which was just a perfect welcome to the hotel and an example of the fantastic service!

This is a great value hotel in a central location. I stayed in June for three nights and was happy with my choice. The refurbishment is smart yet the hotel remains affordable.
I upgraded to a superior room and this is 100% worthwhile. The website doesn’t really say much about the differences, but they’re significant and only cost €15 a night. A noticeably bigger room, much bigger balcony, located on a higher floor with sea views plus bathrobes, slippers. chocolate and wine!
The only negative in my room was that the A/C wasn’t very effective and only chilled the room to 23 degrees. That was actually OK for me, but others might find that too warm.
Breakfast was decent, but the dining room is weirdly large with little natural light, not somewhere to linger.
The pool was attractive and loungers plentiful, but there can sometimes be a battle of the music systems between the HL Rondo and the Axel night door, nothing too bad though. Personally, I think the HL Rondo should just accept defeat, the Axel has a decent playlist (with doesn’t include Spotify adverts like the HL Rondo’s does!).
